This was my first time. My mini doodle was nervous. But my groomer, Jessica, was so gentle with her; she looked so beautiful! I feel bad cuz I didn't have much cash with me to tip. So I'm leaving this review :)

Just used grooming services here for the first time, and it went surprisingly smooth with a great quality bath and haircut. Will use next time!

Yesterday the groomer did incomplete groom session on my dog because my dog is trying to bite. They telling me to come back tomorrow to finish the appointment. I feel like I should be refunded, wasting time and gas just to get turned arounded. I'm pretty disappointed. Y'all should be prepared and trained for this type of job.

The only thing i use them for is pet hotel. Fantastic people. Definitely stay away from their Fish sales rep. Products are ok. But horrible people and careless run the fish department.
