Schuyler on the grooming team did an amazing first time groom on Jareth! Tara M in the training department is also absolutely the best. Our precocious Golden Retriever went through 3 levels of training with her and we are already scheduled to return in April with our newest family member (Jareth) the Great Pyrenees/Husky mix pictured here. I genuinely love the staff at this location!

DONT GET YOUR PET GROOMED HERE if you care about their wellbeing. The back room of the salon is CRAMPED with tiny kennels that most dogs can barely lie down in. The kennels just have a grate at the bottom, nothing soft or comfortable. The stylists may be talented but they don't do ANYTHING to calm down their canine clients. They wash/dry dogs in the same room and leave trash on the floor, the room is also maybe 30 sqft. Also the dog daycare is tiny and gross and dog racist to Bully breeds.

Love this place and love bringing our Golden doodle here. There definitely needs to be more room between the shelves but she always has a blast and can never focus while here. I will be going here from now on.

One of the larger Petsmart locations, at-least in terms of the selection of fish. There was not an employee to be seen when i wanted, otherwise they have good selection of fish and the store looks clean.

Ce two minutes before closing and some big headed guy and bad gum deseass said they couldn't let me in because they were about to close. It wasn't even 6 year. The time he spent rying to tell me why he couldn't let me in, was the time he could have let me in and get my cat some food. I also worked today and came out late and tried to hurry and make it on time but due to traffic I barely made it. He could have let me in and grab the cat food and be in my way, I was aware of the time and I also knew what I was getting. So inconsiderate and not empathetic and yest it's 7:08 and customers are still coming mout. But I wasn't let in to gard food for my animals. Not like I didn't know what I was going to get.

Pretty cool staff as far as a PetSmart goes. At least the people I have dealt with there have been very nice and helpful when it comes to finding toys for my puppy that seems to destroy every single toy she gets 😁.

For a while their selection of Fancy Feast cat food was not good. They didn't always have the varieties in my cat liked. But I'm happy to say that things are improving. Thank you!

I do NOT recommend this location for grooming services. My dog was recently harmed at this location, and the groomers responded by putting a cone on her. They told me she was "aggressive" but I literally heard her scream from across the store. I have never had an issue with my pet until this location. When I spoke to upper management (which I never do), they dismissed my concerns and justified their treatment of my dog.I have taken my dog to numerous grooming salons over the last several years, including numerous PetSmart locations. This one is quick to cone and dismiss any accountability they have in harming pets. My dog has never had an issue until this location. They do not have trained groomers and upper management will only side with their poorly trained staff.Take your dog to any other grooming salon in the area. Even other PetSmart locations are fine. Do not take them to this one.

If your looking to buy betta fish don't come here. There wall of betta fish are mostly dead. Go to pet supply plus they actually care for the fish. The photo's here are from short video's I took before the made me stop recording.

Great place to drop off your precious cargo four legged buddy! They take care of the dogs with each dog getting customized instructions from owners. They hose down the floors all the time for cleanliness!

This store is fine as long as you physically go in and purchase your items. Today, I ordered items for same day delivery. This means someone from the store picks out the items and then hands the order off to DoorDash for delivery. The store personnel picked out the wrong items. I can’t go to the store to exchange for the correct items myself due to a work related injury (which I explained to the “manager” when I called). The “manager” then suggested that I donate the items to a pet charity. So basically, they messed up my order and could honestly care less. I should just deal with it. Unbelievable.

They refused to cut my dog's hair. They are causing my dog to be blind and she has been running into walls lately. She cannot see with all her luscious hair and they still refuse to groom my dog. This is ridiculous.

I took my senior long-hair kitty in for a grooming today and Erin was absolutely wonderful! I made the appointment for a bath and brush, but after an assessment, she said that she would was clean enough for just a thorough brushing and that a bath might stress her out too much. She gave me lots of great advice and I really appreciated that she didn't end up charging me for something my cat didn't need! On top of that, she was very gentle and was very careful not to hurt my baby. I was very nervous at first, as this was my first time bringing her for a grooming since adopting her, but everything went great.
