It might be a chain, but the owners of this franchise location are often working in the store and it has more of a family owned small business feel to it. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of products at reasonable prices. The self dog washes in the back are great for days when the dog park is a mid pit!

I love the pet store. The people who own it, the people who work there--- always the nicest! And we love the self-wash in the back for muddy pup days. Great selection of dog food and cookies. We have used the grooming in the past, as well. Best pet store around.

My favorite place to go to for my pets needs. The staff is always so friendly and is always happy to help! I was accidently overcharged on my bill yesterday but they were apologetic and corrected the mistake promptly. They are also very knowledgeable on pet food and will give recommendations based on what you're looking for. I always have a great experience going there. Thank you guys for all your hard work, it does not go unnoticed! ☺️

Really nice people! They didn’t have the item I wanted to buy but the man actually googled it and found the nearest place to buy it and gave me the info. Over the top customer service. So unlike the stores in Chicago where the employees are clueless and the places stink.

I walked in on a fluke and walked out thrilled. No pressure, terrific service, and they had 3 hard to find items in stock. Great sale price on the item I needed, but it had sold out - the associate offered to check a new shipment, and promptly dug it out for me. Was also pleasantly surprised to see "owner" on Tamara's badge, my cashier. Nice people, great sale on relevant products. I'm a new loyal customer.

We’re getting a new kitten and needed some supplies. An amazing selection of cat food, had every brand we wanted to try. Clean and organized, good prices, friendly staff. This is definitely our new pet store.

I get all my pet supplies at Pet Supplies Plus! Their prices are great. Their customer service is fabulous. I definitely recommend that everyone go to them for their pet Supplies! I'm Little Bit and I love the food and kitty litter my mommy gets for me at Pet Supplies Plus! GO there your kitties and puppies will love em too!

Though this has a corporate name it is franchised to a wonderful person. They have everything you need to care for your pet. My family supports privately owned franchises and mom and pop businesses. We hope you do the same.

This location was super helpful. I I was very pleased with the selections. The fact that the person helping us had dogs was a plus as he had additional in site into some of the products he's tried with his dogs. Thanks for the great help, we are especially happy with the advice about the crate!

I like pet supplies Plus. The lady friend and I bring the Doberman in here to get her bath every couple of months. We like the punch card that you can buy in this store. You get five punches on a card and I think it's $25. Well they always have the shampoo and the towels and everything. We always try to have fun at bath time. The dog likes to look around the store. They just always are nice in there. I like how they play the hard rock heavy metal music. They had motley Crue and I think I heard five finger death Punch once. But it's a nice store and the dog likes the bath.

I would love to give this location 5 stars but the hours never returned back to pre-pandemic hours so now I end up going to Petsmart & Petco.

Todd and his wife have always run this place great! Fast forward to today when I drove 20 minutes to wash my dog which literally takes five minutes. Their posted hours are until 7 PM. So normally last wash would be 6:30 PM. I get there at 6:11 the guy at the front counter sells me a $25 wash pass Knows I’m going back to wash my dog watches me go back there I get back there and two of the employees tell me last wash is at 6 PM! Doesn’t make a bit of sense to close the wash area down an hour prior to the store closing! I walked back up and asked nicely to please let me wash my dog that would take less than five minutes which would still be 40 minutes prior to closing. I will never ever walk through these doors again as there’s multiple pet supply pluses in the area that has self serve dog washes. Very disappointed that this business would act like this!

I’ve literally have spent over $10,000 at this store. I arrived today at 8:40 am not knowing what time they open, as I pulled in the parking spot I seen the door was open. By the time I got out my car the door was closed. I went to the door expecting it to open as normal but it didn’t (me thinking maybe the door is broken I opened it manually) I literally just seen it open. I walk in the store see no one at the register I called out several times is anybody here (which can clearly be viewed on the camera system) at this point I become concerned because my concerned because my cousin also works here. I head towards the back only to be greeted by a disgruntle employee who clearly doesn’t know how to talk to human beings. Clearly I didn’t come to rob the place if I’m asking if you’re open but this guy flew of the hinges telling I shouldn’t have open a door that was clearly opened. If you don’t want anyone in the store lock the door is the simple answer.Maybe he would have been more kind and nicer about the situation if I was anything other than a black male with a mask on. But needless to say I will never come back to this location again.

I have been a loyal customer to this specific location. This is only relevant because the 1 time I asked for a bit of flexibility the owner herself refused. I was going to buy a smaller bag of a Purina bag because I had it in my plans to change my dogs food but was going out of the country for a bit. I was told to buy the big bag instead because according to the retail clerk "it was going out of stock soon" so I did in case I didn't find it again and decided to keep the same diet. I understand that they have a 30 day limit on refunds and I was at day 42. So I asked for in store credit. The owner refused and stated that it was because "I've purchased the bag before". Every other pet supplies does a in store credit after 30 days, except this one. All along I could hear her other employee in the background laughing. I will never be returning to this store and am saddened that this is how they treat their customers. Every other pet supplies has been extremely friendly and flexible, but this privately owned store has shown insensitivity and awful customer service.

First time in the store. Asked if I had a member card I did not. Instead of offering the card you charged full price for my dog food and had an attitude because you were closing with the doors 👐 wide open. Never work a job that does not satisfy you, never be miserable doing the work that feeds your belly. All 3 employees I saw were mad, tired and miserable and ignored my questions. I'll choose another store even if I have to drive far.

Absolutely horrible grooming experience. The groomer (very rudely) tried to tell me the direction my vet gave me (to cut my golden retriever's hair short to help with skin issues) was wrong, and was so adamant that she refused to groom my dog and was horribly rude in the process.

I love this pet store! When I first got my cat a couple months ago I started coming to this location. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The aisles are always stocked and incredibly clean!! There is also a huge selection of premium cat food. I signed up for the emails so I always plan my trips when I have a 20% off coupon.

Telaya was so great with my dogs. She did an amazing job with their cuts. I have been getting them groomed since they were puppies, with a different company. But this was the first time their cuts were exactly how I wanted! I will definitely be returning and referring out to friends and family. Thanks so much Telaya and Pet Supplies Plus!

I really like going to this store. It is spotlessly clean. The aquariums and fish sparkle. Prices are reasonable and the selection is large, although the store isn't so big as to be overwhelming. You can even wash your dog here!Best of all, I like the people who own and work at this store. They are courteous, always offer to help me lug giant boxes of kitty litter to my car, never forget to ask me about the rewards discounts, and are never too busy to remember those pleasantries that connect us all. Various family members work at the store along with the other staff, and the owner's wife is a poet! How cool is that!?
