Very helpful employees and terrifically convenient parking. When I found out that the food can all be returned if your pet doesn't like it that really made it a great alternative. I guess that's probably a thing at many places but this is more of a personal shopping experience here

The staff always greets you when you walk in and are super helpful!!! The store has an amazing selection of food, treats and toys. Mandy is always helpful pointing out sales or helping make good choices! Love this store ❤️

Above and beyond! Customer service is top notch. They take returns, even open dog treats, back and donate to the local shelter. Kurt, in Evanston, went and exchanged a crate they were out of in Evanston and brought it to my home in Wilmette - in an hour. Customer for life!

We have come here a lot (to PetPeople) over the years and moved to the area two years ago. Unfortunately, with the Hollywood Feed takeover, the quality of products, and inventory levels have dropped. They have been changing brands offered and I feel like there has been staff turnover. The staff really don't know anything and are unable to answer simple questions. I think they have retained one of the managers we like, but overall, I am super disappointed with the changes so far. If they make many more, we will have to stop shopping here and just come for the self wash.

Oh man oh man! I almost never write raving reviews for anything but I love these people! They let me place my order over the phone so I can just run and pick it up, which is so so nice for someone like me who gets overwhelmed in stores. I can order my cat food on the way there, pick it up on my break at work and come right back! Plus they seem to have overall great quality items and no junk.Got a tag made fom my cat here as well - I would recommend going for the bigger ones if you can because it's hard to fit all the info on the smaller ones, but that has nothing to do with the store or the quality of service. Nice place and reasonable prices! Even nicer people. Thanks!

I have been a customer for 4 years and I'm not one to write reviews but wanted to let everyone know how great the folks at PetPeople are, especially the manager Mandy. She is always at the ready to answer my questions and even offered great emotional support when my pup was diagnosed with diabetes and I was struggling to find something she would eat. Mandy was so patient and helpful during this time as she always has been and continues to be to this day. Thank you Mandy and the rest of the team at PetPeople.

I had the most wonderful experience at this store the other day and I owe it all to one of your beautiful workers. His name was Jonathan and I simply came in to buy some food for my dog *pictured below* He went in depth talking about every bag of dog food with each of their unique pros and cons. I was in the store for 4 hours and I ended up buying 9 bags of dog food totaling $420.69. wonderful employee would absolutely recommend wish I could rate 6 stars lol ;)

I've been visiting this store while on lunch break. There are endless possibilities for dogs and cats! - even small animals and birds.While my dog and cat are on prescription diets, they do enjoy the toys, treats, and accessories! Friendly staff and great options in stock.

Friendly and helpful staff at the two stores that we have been to. They have gotten to know our dog and love to see her there. Always invite us to bring her into the store. What we especially live is the do it yourself doggie bath option that they have. Very reasonably priced and fun with the proper set up to make it as user friendly for dog and people-you don’t have to lively the dog into the bay like a tub. No slipping and sliding and no mess to clean up in your house.

Never imagined I would feel quite at home like I do at this store.The staff is incredibly nice, not to mention the selection is quite better than I ever imagined.Best research I ever did when it came to looking for a pet supply store that reminds me of home, because my dog is ever so particular about her food, not to mention we can keep the food she eats.

The store is a great pet store. The people there are nice educated about animals. They don't just work there. They care. When to get the goldendoodle some treats and met lots of other friendly dogs there too.

We are so happy to have PetPeople open this location near us. It's quickly become our go-to store for our puppy. Their store is clean and well laid out. Very friendly and helpful staff. $12 Self wash dog stations which are awesome post beach play time. Hopefully this location stays in business for a long time.

Great self service dog wash extremely clean and well thought out. When they opened I was given 4 coupons for free washes it's great. It's high end foods for dogs and cats but they are members of the family.I rather have my "Buddy" healthy and with more energy with better quality foods

Great pet shop with it's own parking lot and reserved spaces. Clean, bright, well stocked, and a helpful staff. Tried the self service dog wash which has industrial sink, shampoos, fresh towel, and a blow dryer. Left the wet dog smell there. Nail clipping offered Wednesday nights for $15. What's not to like?

Great selection of better quality pet food and supplies. There is free parking, and you get help carrying your purchases to your car. They have a loyalty program that is hard to beat.
