They have a lot of items, even some fishing stuff which is pretty surprising. Usually can find something that will work if they don't have the exact item I need.I gave it three stars because the staff is less than friendly and the prices are higher than going to Menards or somewhere else.

So you can get most of what you need for repairs here. And the prices are just slightly higher then big stores, but way more convenient.If you need assistance for anything remotely complicated ask the more "mature" staff. The youngsters are nice but not super experienced.

Sometimes when things don't work out you appreciate people more. I wanted some extra keys made. Not an unusual brand, not an unusual key. One person tried, no. She got someone else, and they both tried for 20 minutes. Nope. But they tried, and didn't give me a wrong key. No results but great effort and friendly.

Your typical small town hardware store. The selection has never been a problem for me. They have a friendly (for the most part) and knowledgable staff. The location (or the ceiling) has been a cell service nightmare a few times though when I needed to call my wife while being in the store. They used to be a UPS drop off location but stopped doing that recently (or at least started charging money to drop it off). I do like to support local though and will often choose to run to Ace before driving to the next town to go to Menards.

This is my first stop when I need hardware and fasteners, especially specialty bolts. I can usually find what I need, and the friendly, local faces are always ready to help 😊

Due to an emergency I needed to go to this store. Not a single employee but one was following CDC guidelines. I asked why no masks and was smirked at but not given an answer. One customer "mask-shamed" the one employee with a mask. I will remember this store that did not care about their community and customers during this emergency. Shame on you.

Always stop here before going to the big box stores. Knowledgeable staff and always have great prices. They know their stuff and are quick to help get the things you need to get that job acomplished!

I went there today and not a single employee was following the CDC or the Governors guidelines for customer safety during this pandemic. No face masks, no social distancing, no protection at all. When asked about it the employee seemed agitated and annoyed that she was asked why she wasn't wearing any face covering.

Overpriced but if you’re a local and don’t want to drive 15 minutes to the next hardware store, this will do the trick. Plenty of hardware to accommodate small jobs around the household.
