I love my shed! It is gorgeous and very high quality. The folks who installed it were wonderful. The only reason it is a four-star instead of a five star is it took 84 days from order to install with no communication. However, I would absolutely recommend them. DO NOT buy from Countryside Barns! The windows are STILL leaking, even though they have attempted to fix them numerous times.Electrician had to come back to fix their issues.Vents were suppose to be installed. Had to return & do that.I'm spending a ton of my personal time having to meet them at the building.I'm contacting an atty.There are many other companies that sell portable buildings! Go there instead!!

Working with Countryside was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had, from the beginning there communication was fantastic and the customer care was top notch. I was able to build our shed online using the shed designer tool, which was excellent and easy to use. We were then contacted by a project coordinator, Jessica, who was super to work with! She helped to finalize the details and place the order. The shed was designed, built to order and delivered with no issues! Chris, the delivery professional was just that, professional, he was able to land the shed on our stone pad, got it level and square, all in one try! Everyone at Countryside Barns was great to work with from start to finish. Owner Phil Braker helped us design a building with the utility, style and finish that worked best for us. We enjoyed being able to see buildings under construction and the quality of materials and workmanship that goes into a Countryside Barn. They delivered on the day that worked best for us and it was fascinating to watch how it was done. We had a pretty tight space to get into, but Ernie was able to place it perfectly without a broken limb to any of our trees or any scratches to the building. Very good experience. I picked out my shed options online and had some questions. They were accessible by phone (no 'press 1 for customer service' menus) and answered my questions both about shed details and foundation requirements. They notified me a week before delivery to make sure I was ready. The young man who delivered and set the shed was punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. Total time to set and tie down the shed was only about 1/2 hour. It was great working with Countryside Barns from start to delivery/installation. They told me it would take around 14 weeks to have ready and it was around 13 weeks. I was able to create a 10 by 15 shed which was according to the size I needed for the zoning rules in my community. I did hours of researching for the best shed company and I came across outstanding reviews for Countryside Barns on several websites. When I say stop searching and just go with Countryside trust me you won't be disappointed. I have called and emailed these people over 13 times with several questions and even changed things on the shed. Not one time did they get upset. It was an all around perfect process. The online shed designer was awesome and seeing the shed in real life was exactly like the design I did online. I even received the shed a week before expected. This business understands the meaning of great customer service. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable and a great help. The delivery process was great because the alley is tight going up to my yard. The driver Chris used a small machine and got it exactly where I asked with no problems. He was so nice and patient and leveled it quickly. I could go on forever but to end the review here, just know these are the people to do business with. Oh and the prices are amazing. The first shed they built me wasn't even close to the quality they promised. They did end up building me a new one and when I was having new one built I asked if I could get 2 windows installed also. They told me absolutely. 3 weeks later my 2nd shed shows up without windows. Daniel from countryside said that communication didn't happen with people that built the shed. So communication isn't up to par. I did end up getting a shed that in all reality I could of built. Quality is ok but it's not unparallel like they say! I paid for a heavy duty floor and that is one of the worst things about this shed. I will say I did get my shed after them building it twice. I would not recommend these to anyone. I have about 60 pics of both sheds if anyone thinks I'm just blowing smoke. I don't ever write reviews but this is one I had to write. I hope they do way better on craftsmanship and communication than they were with me.Service: Custom shed design

Our Golf Cart Garage arrived and we were impressed by the building construction. The amenities were great. The electrical box was well done. The windows were much nicer than we expected. They are the ones you can flip the window in and clean the glass. The delivery truck driver did an excellent job of unloading our completely built shed and putting it on a set of wheels and took it down our hill and set it on the gravel pad. The shed looks very nice in our yard. We will be getting shutters for the windows from Bruce, as that will make it complete. Thank you for doing such a great job.Service: Custom shed design

We are extremely happy with the recent purchase of our 12x32 ft vinyl lofted garden shed. Very impressed with the construction and the quality of lumber used. The setup and leveling process was completed quickly. Auger anchors, required by local code, were installed flush with and bolted to the skids. Also, the two 12x12 ft lofts offer a great deal of extra storage space. The entire process from inquiry through sales and delivery was very efficient and enjoyable. Great communication with quick responses to many questions along the way. Excellent value for an excellent product. A true Five Star Plus purchase.

We have been very impressed with this company. We ordered a shed for our backyard this Fall because after doing extensive research we believed that the Countryside Barns product was the best fit for our needs.
