“Roy” normally has Gi-Gi for his normal grooming appointments. She is no longer working there. So, I was a bit nervous and concerned about him being seen by someone else. And he was bit shaky too, to be picked up by someone new. But, the new groomer, “Reyna” talked to him and rubbed him to get him comfortable and calm down for her. She was very friendly and professional. She did a great job on his grooming. He came out looking happy and smelling good. He also had great scores on his report card. I am very pleased with them both. Outstanding service. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much, Reyna!!!!!

Love this excellent Petco Store and grooming services! Excited that it now offers some veterinary services as well. The groomers are fabulous and my dogs are so good and happy when I hand them off to the pet loving groomers at this store. Have always been pleased with my dogs' grooming. This store has great parking available and is located in a shopping area with other popular stores such as Whole Foods, Kohl's, At Home, Shoe Carnival, etc. Often visit the Portillo's near Petco as well!

Love the staff at this location. They are super good with my skittish dog and I am always shocked how well he behaves for them. Jaime H was INCREDIBLE and Kyong gave me some treats to give my dog. I would love to learn how to trim my dogs nails but at the same time, they do such a great job it may not be worth the hassel.

It was my puppy's first nail trimming at Petco. The Petco employees were very accommodating since I didn't have an appointment, nor did I bring paperwork about my puppy's rabies shot. They called his vet and confirmed his rabies shot, and Melissa made time to fit him into her schedule for nail trimming. Outstanding customer service!

Jamie was excellent with my dog who can be a bit much to handle. She listened to all of my needs for him and carried them out beautifully.she made my dog very comfortable and she did an amazing and excellent grooming job on him.

I set up the app for my dogs. The app listed my miniature poodle as short hair. Go for grooming and groomer stated they are long haired. Fur is shorter than an inch and continues to argue they are long hair. Trim was good but if you don't pay to have nails filed, the claws are very choppy and rough.

Monserot was very caring, and gave our dog a nice cleansing treatment, ear cleaning, and nail trim. He smelled wonderful afterward. He is a big dog with sensitive skin. She was careful and concerned with his care.

My dog, George always gets anxious when going in for grooming, especially around other dogs. Although she is friendly and would not hurt a soul, her heavy breathing combined with the fact that she will not drink from a shared bowl of water leads to a strange panting sound. Her groomer has always shown compassion and works quickly but throughly to get George through the grooming.

I have been taking my dogs to Elmhurst Petco for many years. I will only use Alyssa, who is amazing. She definatly has the patience with my German Shepard, Kaiser. He can be a hand full. She is absolutely great. I usually bring in 2 dogs and the only negative thing I can say is that it is quite expensive and I never receive any coupons to save a little.

My dog came home with a sore on his neck and a patch of fur missing that wasnt there before visiting Petco. The Mgr did say they would pay for the vet bill if it was caused at Petco. However, that was unnecessary. I wanted a sincere apology and to be told what happened upon pick up. Not finding out on my own.
