I have been to Graham's many times and had a great experience every time. The staff is friendly and you can tell they are passionate about pets. I have always found them very helpful. They do a great job carrying products that are healthy for pets versus just mainstream. They also try very hard to carry products made in America wherever possible. If you ask them they will help you find those items. Also, they do an excellent job of promoting coupons and other offers that make up for higher list prices. Last time I was there there were full rebates on big bags of healthy dog food- free dog food minus the taxes! There are adoption events there for rescue dogs every Saturday from 11-2 and I think they have other specialty events too. The adoptions are through Second City Canine Rescue and if you adopt they give you great savings on everything you buy that day as well. I know they also support a Huskie and other rescues. Really great people here and like another person commented I have gotten a few free samples when I've been at this store. This is not the closest store to my house but it is my first choice.

VERY TRAUMATIC GROOMING EXPERIENCE!First let me tell you that this review is mainly for the grooming side of the store. The store itself is okay, clean, doesn't smell like a typical pet store. Well stocked but definitely more pricey than Unleashed by Petco.Now on to my rating of 1 star. I brought my dog there for full grooming. When I picked him up, he looked and behaved exhausted, I thought may he really is exhausted so I left him alone. When we got home, he wouldn't walk to the door, I picked him up and took him inside. He slept from 5 pm till the next morning, he did not get up. He was just sleeping and did not want to go out, did not eat, and did not go to the bathroom for over 24 hours. I called the groomer if they sedated the dog, she said no, I asked how long the dog stayed in the drying cage and what was the temperature of the cage, she said about half an hour. She said the dryer is not heated, just air blowing to dry his fur.I placed a total of 3 calls to the groomer trying to figure out why or how a normal grooming event could traumatize the dog this much. Not that I was expecting them to have a magic answer for me, I was hoping to hear a bit of a concern in their voice but I did not get that. However, when I asked them these questions, they sound defensive. They know I was very distraught about the condition of my dog and they never even call to just follow up or to find out if my dog made it alive.I took him to the vet, during the first 24 hours, thank God his vital signs and temperature were perfect. The vet said, as long as he is not throwing up or having diarrhea, he is fine. Yet, the dog remained lethargic and dull for over a week. He is finally himself but that was a very scary experience for me and I bet for him too.I will never go back to this store again, not to shop but most definitely not for grooming.

The lady who claims to be the manager named Pamela is very rude! I was spending at least 150 a month at this store,but will not any more! Found the items on line at Pet flow for less money with free shipping!!! She should be ashamed of herself treating good customers like she does!!!

Great store, they carry a good variety of foods and treats and the people are very helpful and friendly. Also, good pricing.
