I went looking for a small thermostat cover. They had one but not a Honeywell, which is what I was replacing. My child with a special need smacked and broken it. The store rep checked downtown location and found one. He then gave better idea. A wired or caged cover. We Googled and found sufficient ones. No sale At this location today. Just Excellent Customer Service. The help that I needed came from a very nice man who took an interest into why I was buying a cover. Thanks neighborhood Ace.

The stores staff is always helpful. I always feel welcome as a customer here. Best Ziegler Ace! I just wish they were a little larger and carried more hardware items. Their tool prices are a bit pricey too. BUT, if you looking for good quality paint for a decent price this is where you should go!

Went to get a filter for my furnace and a washer for my tub and was able to get everything I needed. The cashier was very friendly and helpful and even showed me how to get a discount on my purchase which was very helpful. I will be coming to this location for all my household needs in the future.

Horrible customer experience. Ordered and paid online. Ended up in the area so I grabbed the item and brought it to the register. No one at the register to help. Finally I got someone and asked if I could show them my order and take the item. They made me cancel and pay for it there even though I paid online and all they had to do was scan the item to fulfill the order.

9/2/21 a.m. Looking for a plumbing part I saw online with this location listed, I was treated by an employee who was less than helpful, sarcastic and treated me like I was stupid. When I asked if I could order the part which he did not show in stock, I was told they "can't do that because if you didn't pick it up, we'd would be stuck with it!" Who says that??? I've always prepaid for special order items and would have been willing to do so. This is NOT the place with the helpful hardware man!

They have anything you need! Plumbing leak? The helpful hardware folks will get you in and out fast so u can get whatever it is fixed. They have good sells and sell old fashioned soda ,nice touch is the 25¢ gumball machine.

I went in knew what I was looking for it wasn't very crowded at all great customer service but just an fyi if u make a purchase there and need to return ur item make sure u have the receipt otherwise u won't be getting a refund and not worth the hassle.....

Every time I go in here the staff is always different. I ask questions and the answer I get us “oh uh this is my second day. I’m not for sure “. Can’t find anything in this store and they are hugely expensive. I asked for help once and the paint guy grumbled “ I dunno over there somewhere. I’ve been there 3 times giving them a chance. I will not ever go back. Not sure how they stay in business. For a few more miles I’d rather go to menards

Needed to buy trim paint and was sold wall paint. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! The job needs to be completely redone. Won’t ever buy paint from Ace again. If you don’t know your products well be honest and admit it.

Love going to Ace. They have all the little things that the big box stores don't want to bother with. They have very knowledgeable staff, and know the store well. You may pay a bit more but the customer service is tops.

Decent hardware store when you're in a bind and need something fast, and they sell local yard waste stickers. Their customer service is sub par however. I requested a store-to-store transfer and this Ace never called me to say they had received it. I had to call them and ask about it, to which they rudely said the part had been there for a week.
