The prices are still going up. When I go to the cashier, I need to watch my items as they are scanned, for they are still not scanning the correct price. So, take pictures of the items tags you are purchasing for correct prices. Otherwise, you won't know it if you're not keeping up on the price increases. Just to show you a few of the wrong prices that are on the shelf but not ringing correctly at the registers, they are much higher.

All staff absolutely knowledgeable people , NO help at all, they all walking with the cell phones thru the store and doing them OWN Business... I asked 10 people how to find "Goat Milk".. none of them new.One black woman told me what it's ' Not Available " in this time , she said " come back next week " .....so stupid, I need it now, not next week. She didn't even checked it out..Another 3 people was Vendors.Another man said what he is working in different department and I must to go to " customer service"..Another one said he will page someone from milk department and walked away...Help NEVER Showed Up.Finally in 40 minutes I Found my Goat Milk by Myself...it's was on the top shelf and deep in the shelf, I can't even see that.I spent ONE HOUR to find Goat Milk.I was very very tired...SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND GETTING WORTH AND WORTH AND WORTH.Ridiculous...

3 days before Christmas, at 2pm and therexs literally 1 aisle with an actual cashier. Walmart loathes it's customers almost as much as we loathe the Walton Family, and their monster.

I do not usually waste my time to leave a bad review but I think I have to so that the management here at Walmart can gain self-awareness to improve their customer service because in a very competitive business environment, you need not only to meet customer expectations but exceed it or else you lose them no matter how long you’ve been in the business. Well anyways, yesterday as I was doing self-checkout with the things I bought, it caught me off guard because the Walmart employee assigned in the self check out just started shaking the sealed trash bin that I was trying to buy checking if there’s something inside without even telling me beforehand. I totally understand that they’re doing their job to reduce the widespread theft and losses that are going on in every Walmart store but then, I would at least appreciate if the employee tells me, “hey ma’am, just letting you know I have to double check this item.” But what happened is he just start shaking the bin while I was paying. And before I even walked to the exit, another employee who usually stands by the doors check my receipt and start unpeeling the seal to make sure there’s nothing in there but he couldn’t take it off because it’s really sealed properly so I decided to help him out just so I can leave already because he’s taking forever. I totally understand that they just want to make sure that I didn’t steal anything but I wonder if they can improve on their procedures or approach on checking without causing an embarrassment and being annoying at the same time especially if a customer has just pure intentions of just peacefully shopping. See pic below for the sticky sealed trash bin. (In my head, do they really think I unpeeled the sticker just to put something in there, the sticker could at least be tampered or broken but it’s firmly sealed) At this point, I’d rather support local grocery stores if this is how they treat their customers.

I ordered an item and requested same day delivery to my house. It was promised between 8-9 in the evening. At 9:51 I checked the status of my item and they hadn't even looked for it. I was paying extra to have it delivered tonight. I cancelled the order, but I found out that it could take up to ten days to get my money back. I'll definitely never do that again.

Worst location I've been to. Always only have 2 cashiers, and they always use the slowest employees, so it takes forever to ring up 4 items. I literally only come here because it's close, otherwise I'd avoid at all cost. Only redeeming quality is good selection.

Hardly any customers at 8 am on a Sunday and you could hear the front end staff arguing across the floor as to who's break time it is... Then as I'm using Self-Checkout, the individual watching the door, physically saw me scan my items and pay for them..... then as I'm leaving, asked to see my receipt? Are you serious? Unprofessional staff at the FE, then not trusting a customer paying!! But to be fair, Walmart believes everyone is a thief even though they actually seen you pay....

Honestly avoid Walmart all together if possible as these stores have all taken a turn for the worst. Also look at the ingredients in their great value store brand, u will be amazed at the corners they cut and the difference in real ingredients compared to other store brands.. Also thanks for stopping me 3 times every visit to check my receipt as you all try to hold us hostage at the doorways and checkouts.

Associate Sheetal did a wonderful job in helping me find an item I was desperately looking for. She went above and beyond trying to locate the item at other stores and had it ordered to the closest store near me. She was extremely friendly, caring and genuinely concerned about my search for the item. I am leaving the store fully satisfied with her help and this store can use more employees like Sheetal. This Walmart is lucky to have her as an associate. Huge shoutout to Sheetal!! THANK YOU!! :)

Found someone to help me sporting goods but she said no one had a key for ammo cabinet so I should come back the next day there will probably be someone who could help me. Talked to my shooting buddies and the same thing happened to them.Well, I went somewhere else and made my $400.00 purchase there.

Usually never do reviews and usually never do order pickup and I won’t be after this experience, workers had me waiting over 30 minutes for something that would have took 2 minutes to grab off the shelves in store.. I continued to call and ask workers for updates and kept being told “I got you” and wasn’t taken care of until about 45 minutes later. Insane I will never be coming to this Walmart or using Walmart store pick up again. I tried and thought it was a quick easy process but I was dead wrong

Came to this store this am only because I was in the area! It’s DISGUSTING! trip hazards in EVERY isle! Unknown spills on the floors.. I was so overwhelmed by the messiness of the clothing department. This store is gross! I will never return. There is stuff all over the floors

Place is in decline. Today main aisles full of pallets and boxes of merchandise. Cardboard boxes and trash all over the floor. In electronics dept there were 3 associates behind the counter and not one would come over and unlock the case for 8 PS5 games I needed. I also wanted to purchase 2 65 inch TVs. After waiting for 10 minutes and clearly seeing the associates knowing I'm needed help I went over and asked if someone could open the case. One girl was in her phone the other way cutting paper for display. I was told the other associate has the keys and I needed to wait. Ok I told them I wanted to purchase 2tvs and was told it's better to order online and have it ready for pickup. Ugh? I asked can we just do it now? I then had to wait until the other associate with the keys came back to see if he could get the TV's. I asked it's been almost 30 minutes since I was in this dept and was he at lunch? The associates said oh yeah he will be back at 5pm. It was 425pm. No keys and no tvs until he gets back. Walmart lost over 1500.00 in sales from me today. Best buy made the sale for 102.00 cheaper!! Just saying. Decline

I love that 20 years ago employees who worked at the location in Elgin near what is now the SS office transferred to the new location in South Elgin and even though I'm returning to the area after a 7 year hiatus, the *same employees* are still there. Bless their hearts. I hope Walmart is taking care of you and you're compensated well.

The store area is always in good order clean the employees are always helpful and nice kind degree you they make you feel very welcomed but two weeks ago I mentioned to an employee about the cart racks that need to be fixed and straightened out there are some sticking out into the path of cars until today it has not been addressed.

I've never been a huge Walmart fan but some stuff is reasonably priced. What frustrates me is the razor marks on my products after I do an order pick up. They slice the top of food items when unboxing and then the order pickers grab those items and give em to me. This has happened 3 times now. Get it together guys. Stop cutting your merch and pissing off your customers.

They push me to use the self checkout when I clearly don't want to but they only have two registers open on a Saturday, so I use them and then they are going to bug me to show my receipt for MY diaper bag that's on the cart. First of all, maybe the shift leaders need to stop joking around about breaks and help out their employees and if you are going to push people to use the self checks, don't expect us to have to stop to show proof.

I am not going to sit there and show a receipt everytime I check out. If you don’t trust me to check out my own items, then open more lines so you can do an actual job rather than looking on a phone for check outs, or sitting on a chair and asking for a receipt.

I waited almost 2 hours to get my pickup order last time. They didn't have anyone over 21 to bring out my order. Place is usually stocked well. Can be absolute nut house some days. Rarely have enough cashiers available, sometimes our frozen food thaws before we can get checked out.

I've been a patient of Nelson Eyecare at Walmart for five years. I brought them Ray-ban wayfarer frames for prescription lenses five years ago (Ray-ban didn't offer it on their web site at the time) and they seemed alright. Four months ago I brought them BRAND NEW Ray-ban wayfarer sunglasses for regular clear prescription lenses. So they were like ok and did GOD KNOWS WHAT TO REMOVE THE TINTED LENSES. You can see how scratched and dented the lenses are in my pictures. Anyway five weeks later they finally got the lenses in so I brought my frame back and they OBVIOUSLY FORCED THE LENSES INTO THE FRAME JUST LOOK WHAT THEY DID! The glasses in the background are the ones from five years ago for reference (WHICH BY THE WAY MUST HAVE BEEN ALSO FORCED IN BECAUSE THE LENSES BULGE FROM THE BOTTOM PART OF THE RIM ON THOSE!). I went off when I saw what they did and that they thought it satisfactory to present them to me in this terrible condition. The manager was combative, rude, and indignant. She claimed I was told this might happen and I was like NOBODY TOLD ME AND EVEN IF THEY DID WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD THINK THIS IS ACCEPTABLE. She told me they would try to fix it and instead of apologizing or saying goodbye or anything they (the manager and two other workers) let me leave the store angry. Three weeks later I CALLED THEM and they said they messed up the frames so bad they tried to order new ones from Sunglasses Hut--and not even tell me about it.
