I will share the three reasons you should find a different pharmacy.1) I had mastitis and this walgreens asked if I could drive 20 minutes away to get the script, I agreed. They then called me back saying I needed to drive 90 minutes away with a fever of 103 to get the medication because the other place was out and they couldnt help me.2) Two weeks ago I went in the drive thru and paid with a gift card, the guy asked if I needed my GC back... it had $30 left on it. Yea I want my money back...I'm sure he scammed some old people that way who didn't know their cards were not empty.3) I was told my prescription would be ready by 5pm. I went to the open lane, and was told I would be helped next, then after a few minutes the car that pulled in after me in the other lane was asked "were you next" so the lady looks at me and says yes.. then after waiting for this person, when I'm finally helped I'm told my prescription wouldn't be ready for another hour. It was a prepackaged tube.Walgreens used to be a great company, and this store alone is the reason I will no longer be shopping or using their pharmacies.

Had a PCR test for Covid. Physically took the test on Dec 21 however did not receive the results until Dec 29. Called a couple of times to see what was going on and was told to wait more time? Website stated you should get results within 48 hours NOT!!

They think they're the government controlling your prescription. Always have trouble with filling prescription. Last time I deal with this walgreens

New Female Pharmacist is not very friendly, people are not receiving the correct medication. Always open the bag before you leave the pharmacy l. Verify that it's your name on the medication bottle

CVS sent over my daughters prescription from the minuet clinic due to my insurance policy. Mind you she’s screaming in pain so I need the medication asap. Arrived at Walgreens and asked pharmacy clerk in the drive in if my daughters script made it in. She asked a nuance question in attempt to purposely avoid helping.She asked me if the script was electronically sent over, and didn’t explain it could also be faxed.Ultimately she didn’t want to check for the fax and phrased the question the way she did so she would not have to be inconvenienced. I bet the fax is no where near the pharmacy drive though window.Ultimately going back to CVS it was faxed to Walgreens and not electronically sent.I unknowingly answered yes to electronically sent over as I didn’t understand there would be another way. The Walgreens employee gave me limited information, phrasing it in such a way to avoid checking. She did not say it could be faxed.She said it would take two hours to get the script and provided me with bad information that wasn’t true leaving my daughter in pain. Feels like you guys have a bad egg in the pharmacy.

The guy worker with glasses idk his name is rude and nosy. Will never be coming back to this location. He’s ruined my experience shopping many times. I hope to never deal with him again!

Have been going to this Walgreens for 20 yrs and have had multiple issue. Particularly with pharmacy, but today was the last straw. In my experience the pharmacy staff does the minimum to help the customer. This last visit we picked up prescription that had all labeling addressed to my child, but had someone else's medicine inside. That could have ended with my child in the hospital or worse. Please check your prescriptions when dealing with this place or do like we are and avoid this location period.

I generally don't like to give bad reviews. I will say that the staff working in this pharmacy are polite and professional when I have spoken with them. ..But, if you are taking any medications that are life or death, or that you can't go a week without, you may want to go somewhere else.I'm regularly told my medication is out of stock/on order. There was several times the medication was in stock and the person assisting me wasn't sure why I was sent a msg stating it wasn't. Ive found out the hard way that if my rx has been waiting for supplies, it seems to be forgotten until I inquire about it.. I've spent anxious hours on hold or driving back and forth attempting to politly pester and check on status(otherwise no meds.)I wouldn't complain if this wasn't consistently happening. Its a monthly nightmare. I've had to start taking less than prescribed to ration my medication and I still go days without.

Called to renew a prescription. Had to talk to the second-most-annoying voice response system I've ever encountered. Got a call back two days later saying they were out of stock on the medication but would have more in a couple days. Four days later, nothing. Called back and spent nine minutes in voice-mail hell, supposedly waiting to be connected to a human being, before the system hung up on me. What wonderful service!

This location has gone down hill in service. Shelves & coolers aren't stocked, while staff is standing around chatting. Pharmacy is hit or miss if your prescription is even in stock & they transfer to the most inconvenient location for substitutes, not even in the same town, when another Walgreens us available within 2 miles. Is anyone in charge here anymore???

Every time I call the pharmacy it is a long wait to talk to someone and there are times they just hang up on you before getting to speak to someone. They also messed up a prescription and I almost gave my child the wrong dosage, thank goodness we checked.

It took me over 30 minutes to pick up 1 prescription. The drive thru wasn't moving, AT ALL for over 20 minutes so I went inside and stood in another line where only 1 person was helping check people out and the customer at the counter was taking extremely long. They need more than 1 person helping check people out for prescriptions. This is beyond ridiculous.

The Indian woman behind the pharmacy counter ALWAYS has an attitude and is rude. She treats customers with contempt and like they’re stupid.I feel a bit bad rating so low, because everyone else is so nice and helpful.However, I’ve given her plenty of chances and said to myself “oh maybe she’s having a bad day”No, she is intentionally rude and very consistently.I don’t think staff should be allowed to act this way and everyone else’s kindness is just being cancelled out by her negativity almost every time I’m there. I even try to make small talk and smile and she isn’t having any of it. Smh.

Seriously considering switching pharmacies because of consistently abysmal service. Most recent example: 2 scripts from different providers (same day). 1 automated message informing me of delay (no details), then another automated message 45 min later that prescriptions are ready (no details). At pick up, presented with 1 medication, no mention of 2nd. Had to inquire to learn that it's "out of stock, might be in Friday" (today is Tuesday). Had to insist they at least make an effort to see if it's available at another location. Tech seemed very reluctant to do so: I understand you want the sale, but come on! I need my medication. My family gives you PLENTY of business. If I were behind the counter, I would be on the phone with the CVS across the street to take of such a good, long-standing customer.

I understand if you’re busy, it will take more time. I just ask to be told the correct time for pick up without ALWAYS having to make repeated trips back or just tell me to come back in an hour instead of waiting after being told 15 min wait. No consideration. It wasn’t 1 time...every single time.

I'll be taking my business to CVS across the street. I called to refill 2 Rx and all you could here was yelling in the background between staff members so i was asked twice to repeat myself. On the second time the staff member i was talking to started to have a conversation with someone else then asked me to repeat myself a third time. This is when i hung up. Please learn customer service and professionalism.

Today my mom came in to get her refill and gave her information to receive it but the pharmacist behind ask her what she was taking and my mom couldn’t name the pill and told her to leave. So my mom did leave not happy just cuz she didn’t know what the name was. Very rude and disrespectful The Indian lady behind the counter. Perception is everything that that person is that way so is everybody else will never go back there again

They call me said my order is ready .Next day I stop wait at drive thru 10 minutes to pickup prescription and the Indian lady inside said my order not ready for 15 minutes I said for get and drive away very unpleased .No wonder I order through mail for most of my prescriptions .

Trying to call this pharmacy is beyond rediculious my pharmisist tried calling them 3 time and didn't get through I personally stayed on hold for over 15 min and no one answered it just kept playing the message someone will be with you shortly. ..Really horrible way to do business

Pharmacy told me they ran my insurance when the had not, and we're ready to charge me $400 for a medication I should only pay $10 for. I won't be using Walgreens again.
