My first visit into this establishment I knew this would be my go to for top notch food, treats, and toys for my 60lb puppy. The owner gave us a sample of food for free for our dog to try. Needless to say we have bought all of our supplies from that day forward. Thank you for all your knowledge and great prices.

Great service and even better people. Brought my new goldendoodle who did not want to eat and the owner showed genuine concern and affection towards the little guy. He treated him to some free samples, cookies, treats and made him feel super welcomed and comfortable. Needless to say they earned a new customer. You just don’t get this type of service from big box stores. Highly recommended!

Awesome owner and great staff. My pup (14 yr old big boy) has been on American Natural Premium - Sensitive Care formula - for at least six years. Never have any issue finding it here at Siers...THANK YOU!!! Prices are better than a few other places that I have found it here in the Fox Valley Area (IL). More importantly it is nice to have a great place to go where people (including the staff) care. Cannot say enough great things about Siers Feed & Pet Supply. All the best!

Scott is the best! Super knowledgeable, polite and personable. I’ve been going here since I moved to town. Siers is the only place that sells the brands that I like. Family owned for 4 decades, this is the kind of business I like to support. Any questions have, I’m given thoughtful answers and suggestions. If there is a product you are looking for Scott will do his best to bring it in for you. I can’t say enough good about this place.

Wonderful store and amazing owners! We walked in and were approached by 2 staff asking if we needed help or had questions with in 1 min of being there! After we bought our dog and chicken feed (local high quality) layer feed, they even carried it out to our truck. Even tho my husband is 6’3 and totally capable of loading the truck, they set such a great example for my 3 little boys and showed them what true customer service is! Thank you so much! We need more people Like you!

Worth 5 stars 🌟The owner is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. Might not be a big corp store but for sure worth driving extra miles and spending extra$$$ for great quality and great customer service. Corps dont offer this. I'm looking forward to going again for the next dog food bag.

I would advise every pet owner to visit this store ! Thank you for your time and knowledge with choosing the right food for our PUPPY. You would be suprised how many stores we went to before we could even find nice leather toys.Customer service 5 stars , passion and knowlede 5 starts , big heart for animals 5 stars.Its not just another big retail store that carries many different brands that are worthless. Love this place! Very helpful and knowledgeable. I struggled finding quality natural type food for my cat. I was at my wit's end because he wouldn't eat anything. I was sure he was going to starve to death. I came here out of desperation, but am happy to say that my cat eats EVERYTHING I give him from here. I could go on and on about the owner and staff, the quality of foods, etc. But I will simply say, I love this place and will come here for years to come!

I really needed a good muzzle with a good fit for my boxer mix, and after getting no help at the big pet stores, I remembered how nice and helpful the people are at Siers in Elgin. After taking the time to help me choose the right one, the owner helped me fit it on my dog appropriately, all the while giving my dog a few treats and making her happy. Siers has my business!

I Love SIers to get my puppies food. When you arrive, there is always a friendly greeting. They are very helpful in what you are looking for. And they even carry your bags to the car even if you don't need them too. Prices are great and better than the big box stores. Try them.

Carry a nice variety of dog, cat and bird feed along with other animal food and feeders. Very knowledgeable. All of the Kane County Sheriff purchase their dogs food at this store. Some very high quality nutritious dog food here. Prices better than Petco and Pet smart. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing, the guys there are always extremely kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. They helped me find a food for my dog that worked for him after suggesting my dog mightve been allergic to chicken. The food is worth the price specially after seeing great results. My dogs rash/itch went away by simply switching to good quality food. I'll keep giving them my business for as long as I have pets!

Fantastic & local. The guy on the floor is so very friendly and helpful, so much so I’m writing this in the parking lot. I had zero clue what to get, and he caught onto that.
