We have vital care so it comes with unlimited nail trim yet the problem is the groomers just will refuse to work so we are lucky if we have it done once a month! Place is often closed before the time or just like today groomer said she’s done and not doing any service. We arrived around 5:30 and waited 10 minutes at least for other team members to locate groomer and see if in mood to perform the service

The pet specialist there is a total jerk!! My husband has poor eyesight and she made an angry point to let my husband know that the question he was asking her was Clearly displayed on the description of the fish tank. Mind you it’s small, fine print. She’s young, rude, and she just sucks!

Good job with the cleaning and nails. I paid extra for the teeth cleaning and they looked the same at pick up so probably wouldn’t do that again.
