My family and I have been shopping at this location for over 10 years.. not any longer! We experienced the most embarrassing and horrible treatment.Came in to buy a cage and confirmed price and availability at this location before coming in.We arrived 15 minutes before closing and received the worst treatment. We approached a young lady who didn’t want to help, but instead called over her condescending manager named Alexis who approached us with a poor attitude.We explained the situation and even provided the sku number which she said she didn’t need. She provide little effort in helping us search for the cage, and pretended to look in the back.She then came out, hurried and told us that they didn’t have it in stock.I explained that we went online before driving the distance and it said that there were some in stock at this location. I had asked her kindly if they would be able to price match the same make and similar model and quickly rejected with attitude.I was taken aback from her tone and abrupt response and had asked for a manager.With a very defense stature and angrily shaken response, she informed us that she was a manager and had been for a while.I told her that her attitude was horrible and quickly escalated to her stomping away and bad mouthing us out loud to her coworker in front of the other customers.We decided to purchase the other cage at the higher cost because we were in need. Throughout the rest of the transaction and while at the register, in front of others Alexis continued to badger, provide intimidating looks and even had the audacity to sarcastically tell us to have a good night! I’m still amazed at how they treat customers and obviously she could care less about return business. Never again!

Do not shop here, they are horrible to the animals. There was a dead parakeet at the bottom of the enclosure for 2 days. Disgusting. Petsmart you should be ashamed of yourself.

We get our dog food there, this one cashier is always super nice cant find her name on the receipt but she is awesome n does a great job! (Wears black rimmed glasses)

Great place to get your dog groomed. They did a great job. I went there first because it's close by. Booking an appointment online was easy. They do not have a walk-in service. Very helpful and courteous.

I struggle with giving a big box for good reviews as I don't care for their treatment of employees and animals alike. This being said, the customer experience at this location is very good. They have an incredible selection when it comes to aquarium decorations and run good sales on them. I also like that they have small businesses represented by companies like Smug Bug. I'm hoping we'll see 4x2x2 reptile enclosures in stores soon too. They seem to be trying to be more responsible and I like that.

I made an appointment for grooming my dog. When bring it in icame late for 10 minutes then they didn't want to attend it and asked me to reschedule the appointment. I already been rescheduled because I forgot the proof vaccination last time now I was holding it and they didn't attend my dog anyway. It's the worst service I have found.

Specifically for grooming. Don’t bother dealing with walk in services here. Drove over 30 minutes after calling them to confirm when they were open, only to find out they called it quits for the day TWO HOURS before they were scheduled to close. You call and ask to schedule an appointment for a nail grinding and they push back saying just walk in.Yeah…walk in to an empty groomers. Real high standards here by their employees. Take your pet somewhere else where they don’t jerk you around.

I was provided excellent customer service earlier today. And when I say earlier, I mean much, much earlier. It seems I went in when the store was not quite open, and instead of telling me of this, and a getting me out the door, like most people would have, the associate was so kind as to help me out.She then opened a register and checked me out, even being considerate enough to ask me about my treats rewards. The entire time she was helping me, she was courteous and patient. I was truly amazed by this, and from now on will only be shopping at this Pet Smart, and will encourage others to do the same.

I always took my puppy there for haircut and shower with nail grinding. every time i go there they tell me anywhere from hour and half to two hours and i am okay with that. this time i took it over there i was told four hours. when i asked they said if you want to schedule for hour and half to two hours then you have to pay extra. now i dont know if they always charged me extra fee without telling me or this is new excuse. if place is busy i can understand but then let customers know that we are busy and it can take 4 hours. i drove there and had to leave. waste of time and i could have set up appointment some where else. ruined my day off and now i have to wait for week and half before i can take my puppy for hair cut. not only they i left that place without getting anything done but now they lost customer as well. this bad experience will go on all social media. i dont want to give them even 1 start but i dont have any option.

Had our dog Abbey groomed by Sam. She's been grooming Abbey for about 2 to 3 years. Sam always does a fantastic job, and handles Abbey's anxiety very patiently. Love Petsmart and two thumbs up for Sam

This store has everything you need for typical house pets. (Dog, cat, fish, hamster, guinea pig, birds, etc.)My favorite part about this store is the knowledgeable staff. Also, Banfield hospital is very conveniently located at the back of the store.

Ok groomers need training and A LOT of it. Took my Australian shepard there for a cut. Aussies are meant to have longer hair even after a cut thats pretty common knowledge amongst groomers. They took my dogs hair on her whole body down to about 2 inches.. her leg wings and behind hair is completely gone.. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone with long haired dogs period.

I took my Maltese puppy to get a new haircut and she had a very beautiful long hair. When we got there to pick her up she was completely SHAVED! The lady there told me that she had quite matted spots on her hair which we completely understood but could have easily dematted her hair. I have seen places where they untangle their hair without shaving their hair. I paid over $70 bucks for something horrible. very unprofessional not worth taking your dog to get groomed

I have been coming here for almost a year and today they decided to do a thorough assessment of my dog that took 15 minutes making him extremely nervous. Despite the fact that he let them examine his nails and rub his belly without any resistance, they felt the need to argue with me about a policy that has never been enforced until today. They had no patience, and had very unrealistic expectations for a 1 year old dog and triggered behavior in him that I have never seen before. I would not recommend their grooming services, completely unprofessional.

I signed up for a 6 week class and at the 6th week/last class the teacher was a no call cancel. There has been no rescheduling of that last class. I don't mind that she had a prior or unexpected obligation, I mind that I paid for time that I did not receive and had to drive to the store without benefit. And no, I did not buy anything on that trip even though I needed dog food. I went to Pet Supplies Plus instead.Moreover, I sought an employee to ask about the trainer and they took my name, name of the dog, and my phone number so the trainer could call me back to resolve it/have a make up class. I never received a call.

I have been bringing my dog for over a year here and have been very disappointed in my last few grooms. My very hairy English Golden was done in an hour WITH the extra coconut conditioning, a teeth brushing, shampoo and 20 minute brush. He still had mats behind his ears and after both grooming appointments was still losing hair like crazy. The previous groom I paid for the expensive DE shedding/furminating package and he shed worse than before I brought him. I feel he was rushed through both times and did not have a good groom for the $70.00 I paid. I will look elsewhere for sure. It is not worth the money.

They were vert helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered online tonight at 7:50pm and it sent me a email saying I had to pick up tomorrow. Not 10 minutes later I get a email saying my order was ready for pick up. Thank you for the speedy online service.

We just got our new baby!! Hes a beautiful blue parakeet and is hopefully going to be a good boyfriend to our yellow girl. The staff were nice and friendly but hard to find when needed. Overall good experience!

Been taking my Corgi to PetsMart since he was 9 weeks old. He's almost 2 years old now. We get his nail filled down every 2 weeks or a PODICURE. Corgis do not like their paws touched it's a known thing. On our last visit for a Podicure the technician we had that day told me that my corgi is aggressive to other dogs and groomers. Okay, why on this visit am I being informed of this? As we have been coming here for almost 2 years! Why am I hearing about this today!? and she proceeded to inform me I should go to a vet to get his nails done moving forward. I took this as her way of telling me My corgi is no longer welcome at PetsMart.Firstly, my Corgi has never been aggressive or bitten anyone. Everyone knows Corgis do not enjoy having their paws touched. If PetsMart does not train grooming employees on certain dog breeds they should make the customers aware of that on their website.Will no longer take my Corgi to any PetsMart facility. Also will be informing all our friends and family of the awful experience we had as to save them them from encountering the same horrible experience.
