Wonderful and knowledgeable staff. Good atmosphere, and they have parts for older systems as well as the new. Wheelchair accessible. Affordable. They willingly communicate with their store in Harrisburg to make sure all the customer's needs are met from stock to how-to information. 11 out of 10 recommend .

Always very friendly staff very clean building, great customer service very knowledgeable and ready to help as soon as you walk through the door. You never go unnoticed there and you always leave with the knowledge you need to either find what you're looking for somewhere else if you don't get it there Which is very rare because that store is stocked with everything you can think of.

Good experience but, I bought a shark bite fitting there and they wouldn't let me return or exchange it the very next day. It had been open but, was never used! 😔

It's a great small town hardware store. They've got a decent selection of tools, lumber, and hardware. They will load the lumber for You. If they don't have what You want, You can likely get them to order it.

I would have gave it a five stars if the gentleman that was working and sold me windshield wipers I would have lent me a hand rather than doing whatever he did while I stood in the rain and and dependent on a YouTube video to show me how to change them myself

Very helpful and took time to find what i needed, also help with getting old caulking off some trim , alot better than a store in Harrisburg, Illinois, not affiliated with this store, people at the first store I went to was rude and not a bit helpful
