You need an entire staffing change. Your employees throw batches of broken eggs on the shelf. I could feel the yolk immediately. You will kill somebody one day. Your employees need to be trained better on quality control, or Rick needs to get on it as the store manager. This store has been going downhill for years. I have reported this to the health department.

Had the displeasure of being treated very poorly at the Osco drive-thru while picking up a prescription two days in a row, same employee. (Young lady with pink/multi-colored hair) Thought maybe she was having a bad day yesterday but her lack of customer service skills and bad attitude came shining through again this morning. The employee is very rude and sets the tone with attitude the minute she acknowledges you are present. Very short with you, rude, disrespectful and absolutely no manners. Definitely should not be working in customer service with that attitude.

Had an order delivered today. Cheese had mold in it, exp date is 01/24!O Organics Organic Cheese Finely Shredded Mexican Blend - 6 OzWhere’s the quality control? It seems like every order I have delivered from the store. I have to ask for a refund on something that is damaged. Items I’ve received should never be on the floor as being sold to customers. Mostly produce but today it was cheese. Gross! Canceling my monthly delivery service with them. I never have an issue with Walmart. And I hate Walmart! But I will continue to order from them because I never have a problem!

So much better than the Jewel just down the street from me. Cleaner, better staff, well-stocked. Worth the trip. The fruit an veg section is also well-stocked even late on a Saturday.

Customer service at self checkout in the evening is rude.There was an older tall lady with short hair who kept eyeballing me while I was checking out my stuff. After a good stare down she says to me “why the hell do you have so many receipts?” Like it was any of her business. She covered her mouth after she said hell, trying to be “nice” but I knew she totally meant to be rude. Not only that but she acted like I was holding up the line. Literally two people had just came up while I was checking out, they wouldn’t have to wait more than a minute. I felt super uncomfortable all around. Shopping with children can already be hectic and she didn’t make it any easier.

First time coming into this one, seemed quiet but it was 845 at night. It's organized, bright and easy to find things. Got help from a very nice cashier at self checkout and had a lovely conversation. If I'm back in the area I would come back.

03-10-23 My mom went up to bakery to get my daughter her very first birthday cake. And the elder lady with brown hair gave my mother the stinkiest attitude. Customer service like this will not give customers satisfaction nor have them want to come back. We will now travel to Walmart to continue our grocery shopping and hope this negative energy won’t be brought into any other family in Elburn.

This Jewel seems bright and clean. Found what I was looking for easily and had only a brief wait in the checkout line. Produce appeared well stocked. The cashier was professional and personable. Plenty of parking with several ways in off the roadway.

My visit to this Jewel was around 9:45 on a Saturday night. The employees were polite and helpful. The selection for sale items however was very poor, especially in the produce section. I realize some photos to you cannot leave out overnight but literally all the sale items were empty minus one or two pieces of produce. That has been my biggest disappointment with Jewel food stores is their produce selection especially for sale items regardless of the time of day. The store was clean and well-maintained.

We have been shopping at jewel for years but the past few years we avoid it. The prices have gone up but the quality has gone down. The meat selection is choice at best and even then they are cut poor. The store condition is fine and everything is clean but they need to focus on quality of fresh items like meats, veggies and fruit.Updated: Jewel continues to be the only store that has steadily increased prices while and decreases emphasis on customer service. Its the only brand that I can shop at where employees actively avoid customers. I think they will suffer the same fate as Dominics and Eagle.

Nice store. Good selection. Good produce department. Very clean. Meat and bakery staff nice. Convienently located near me so I shop there pretty regularly when I don’t want to drive to Randall but irritated almost every time I do! Not all cashiers lack customer service skills but most do. Was waited on by Junior today who did not acknowledge me in any way during the entire transaction. Wish I could say it was an isolated incident but it wasn’t. Overall bad vibe at checkout area.

Have been shopping here regularly as the staff is nice and the store is cleaner, love the Starbucks. Tried the curbside for the first time last week and the experience was awesome!! I had an experienced shopper I think her name was Anna and she picked the best produce and that is the area of concern for me getting produce that is bad or spoiled-not here! It was ready early and the billing was done correctly-thank you! I have tried other stores and the billing was messed and no one would call you back...Husband is high risk so this is so helpful! I will definitely be making another curbside order this week at the Elburn store!!

The Jewel in Elburn has staff that's friendly. Their sale prices are good especially the 3 day sale prices. It's clean and the shelves are neatly stocked. I like the addition of Starbucks in the store. I am glad that they started Monopoly again. We won a few instant winners and some money.

This store is lacking respect, friendliness, and efficiency. No greetings from the Jewel staff: cashiers, stockers, or managers. The cashiers roll their eyes when requests for a second bag. The lines are long & slow. No 10 items or less checkout is available most days. What happened to self checkout in Elburn Jewel? Sugar Grove Jewel has self checkout.

What a clean and great store in Elburn! Would like the Jewels in my neighborhood to be this spotless and with friendly staff. Great selection of produce. Easy to get around, aisles well organized. If sll Jewels were like this it would be the go'-to store.

Purchased the family 8 piece fried chicken meal from the deli and was very disappointed. Chicken was very good but we were not given enough mashed potatoes and only a couple of tablespoons of gravy. Didn't realize this until we got home. Purchased this about once a week without any problems. Don't know what went wrong yesterday!

It's very clean and easy to navigate. I wish there was a bigger seasonal clothing section and more gluten free options, but overall it's a great place. Especially with how little there is in this area.

Friendly employees who will take you to find what you're looking for; good sale prices. Produce seems fresh and plentiful. Regular prices are a bit higher than where I come from, but overall, I'd definitely shop here again!

I went in for ice cream. I got ice. The freezer has been broken for over a week and the ice cream is all ice. It tastes like it has been thawed and re-frozen several times.

Only thing going for it is conveniently located in elburn and is clean. The cons outweigh any positives. Numerous times I find experied products. ( I now check everything at this store). Pretty much all cashiers are teenagers that don't care. I've recently seen a customer scream at a group of cashier's mingling cracking jokes while customers wait to check out.... You gota hound the baggers are they can't even bag heavy items properly so they rip open while you carry them in your home... To add insult to injury, we had a $35 handle of liquor break because they only bagged this item with ONE bag! Good luck trying to find any help to locate items... Check your deil receipts as well. I was charged $16 for 4 pieces of chicken tender no more than a pound.....! My mistake for not being care with these people but I shouldn't have to is the point! They charged me for 4 chicken dinners! Cmon... AVOID this place if you have time to go home elsewhere.

Terri D. went above and beyond for me. I left my wallet behind and didn’t realize it until my wife said that Terri had gone through the trouble of looking for me online and found my wife. She was able to make contact with my wife and asked if I could come get my wallet. I am very appreciative of her going above and beyond for a stranger. Obviously, this speaks to the high level of customer service. Thank you Terri D!!
