This is the first placed I shopped since moving here. They are so nice. They even cater there store stock to there community.There are many elderly people in facilities that have to send in orders. Some even come in. The store managers Melissa and Kayla are so nice and patient.The place is so clean and stocked.I feel like I am back home here in small time USA the city and this store along with the awesome people are so great.

I absolutely love my Dollar General! The staff always makes sure my digital coupons go through, which is great for me because I watch every penny these days! Shop there every week! I just can't say enough good things about their staff! Very friendly and helpful!

The El Paso dollar General Store is the nicest store I have ever been too. The manager is Melissa and she is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She always has a great smile and says Good Morning and it’s nice to see you. I asked her if she can help get my big order together, and she gets it done quickly. I love her as a manager. She does far and beyond for her customers. Her store is well organized and is very clean. They always have what I need. Her help are very nice too. Go to El Paso Dollar General. When we went up to pay at the register tonight, the two employees were much too busy to glance at us or speak to us - they were so busy having their own conversation.... the cashier finally took a second to tell us how much we owed.... It was so rude & a really crappy experience. I’m under the impression that the male employee is some type of manager. He should know better.

I go there every Sunday and buy a lot of idems . They always have a smile and very friendly. I want to say thank you to Melissa (store manager) and Hayley (cashier). I always look forward to Sunday mornings to see them because it is a special trip. They help me find anything i need and get stuff off the top shelf for me. It is the best dollar store i ever been to. I tell a lot of people to go there because the service is great. My husband live a hour away but we go there every Sunday and they are always forward to see me. They're the best. I will be there with bells on next Sunday to see my girl. Great store. Very clean. It was organized in a simple way. The staff helped me finding whatever I needed even though I kept walking right by what I was looking for. If i has questions the staff did very well at anwsering them.

First day of facemask protocol i was kicked out of the store. No signs to tell anyone of the mask protocol. I walked into the store like any normal day to look for something that wasnt carried in the store. As i reentered the store with a makeshift mask from a blanket in my car i overheard one of them saying "crazy". Not everyone is informed, not everyone is on social media. 0/10 horrible customer relations and lack of communication with the community.

Couldn’t buy a general for a dollar, very disappointed! Did though in fact find a giant “moby huge” for 99¢ which let me add, is a great deal! But besides that almost nothings under a dollar especially not generals.

Love this store and the associates are friendly and helpful! The only thing that drives me crazy is it's next to impossible to try to go through the clothing area - everything is so crammed and unsorted but the sales help make up for that!

Due to COVID, there was a sign on the front of their door saying face masks required. The young worker at the register didn't have one in site and there were about 5 customers allowed in, walking around without masks on.

Another typical Dollar General store. It feels small and empty when you walk in since the employee is usually doing work around the store and not greeting people from the registers.
