My mom came home crying! Is this how you treat your costumers!? If you don't have the patient's to deal with older people then you should work somewhere else. You don't need to be rude and abussive to an older person!

The pharmacy tech acted as if I was bothering her and the pharmacist was nice. They both seemed dismissive of what I was needing, will recommend other pharmacies for our population of patients.
