Good sales going most of the time. Special order has parking spot they will make you park in even if you park next to what your getting. Then you have to carry it across the lane of traffic to put in the truck to have it stuck out in the same lane of traffic. To beat that the next guy pulled up to the same spot and had a trailer he got loaded right in place. Go figure. Clean store and nice people.

I love menards. I like walking into the wood section it smells so good tools galore appliances like just a handy place plus the wife introduced me to the snack food area then the other options in the store it's just my all around favorite place to go for everything.

Awful experience with manager Chris and Pete. Bought a $1500 tub and walls. Still waiting on walls. Have came in twice damaged. The manager offered to take $20 off the price. Doesn’t even cover my trips there plus I’m still without a bath tub. Will not be shopping there again. Very rude managers

Don't buy appliances from them and expect service if they need fixing, nobody local to service them. Hour and a half closes rep. Even warranty jobs. Local shops won't do menards service because they didn't sell them. Pretty selfish!!!

Went in to buy a 16x7 garage door ($1600+)Absolutely ZERO employees asked if they could help me. I was 8 feet from the desk with 2 "team members" standing there. I asked how long the Special Orders take to get in.....4 weeks was answered then turned back around.If it is something that you can pick up from a shelf without help..fine. So I will spend my money elsewhere.

My brother and I went to buy a couch we were interested in and the employees were extremely unhelpful. We asked how delivery/installation worked and they passed us from employee to employee with each effectively shrugging their shoulders at us.

I would have given 5 stars but when I returned an hour after my 1st trip to return one item the guy at the return desk acted like I was irritating him. He was rude and just acted like he really didn't want to be there. I have always had really good customer service, never had to return anything in the past. I drive 35 miles just to get her.

They do have a large selection of products. Menards can be your one stop shopping store from things like Home Goods to outdoor products to various types of fixtures for your house along with a few snacks. The biggest reason why I gave it two stars was that even though they advertise low prices I did not find that to be the case. I bought a plumbing item I needed since I was already there doing other shopping and the plumbing item cost about twice as much as I could have gotten it from a supply house. That seems like a large difference. If you are shopping and want to make just one stop you will probably want to shop at Menards but if you are a penny pincher then you will probably want to take a few extra minutes to check out prices first.

The employees in the lumber department are very rude. They do not offer to help you. Make you load your own lumber. Then as they watch struggle they continue to walk on by. Was so mad put all the lumber back along with a few other purchases. Purchased a large window and didn't even offer to help loading it. Did I mention that we are 2 young women??? Won't be going back very disappointed in service.

Great store, loaded with just about everything you need for home projects. Clean with friendly employees. Some of the workers lack knowledge about the store layout but given the size this is understandable. Checking out can be a little slow when busy but no worse than most stores.

I've been here several times for our remodel, and every single time, the employees here have been amazing. Very, very helpful and excellent customer service, particular James and Peter in plumbing and Eric in windows and doors. I couldn't say enough about everybody that works here, and I'll gladly drive the 45 minutes to come to this store instead of 20 minutes to Lowe's.

Really liked the layout of the aisles,making them easily maneuverable with a power chair.The merchandise was nicely organized and displayed in a fashion. In which made it easily accessible to access,especially for patrons with a handicap.But had a little bit of trouble,trying to locate a employee for Assistance.But otherwise I really enjoyed,the time I had shopping there.{And you can't beat the prices} 👍

So I ordered online, thinking that my order would be ready when I got my email stating it was. I went to the lumber yard, showed my receipt and was told to go to bay 15. I went to bay 15 and waited about 10 mins before searching for someone. Finally I see orders picked up here so I pulled up front. There was a phone number to call. I called and was brought out the electrical cable from my order. I asked where the rest of it was and he told me it had to be pieced together and go to bay 15. I go back there and wait another 15 mins before someone else comes up and helps me. He said no one told him I was here. So he and another guy loaded all my drywall into my pickup to where the tailgate won't close and then won't help me when I have to reposition it. Spend your money elsewhere. Menards is not worth your time.

Very happy they make you wear a mask here. Found some cheap firewood for $5 a bundle back in their fireplace/ plumbing department. I was here 9/13 around 6-6:30pm getting my 2 bundles of firewood. My cashier was the nicest sweetest girl I’ve had a chance to talk with. Give her a Team member of week or month vote.

The lady at paint counter was not real. Friendly and went to check out and the lady at register was having conversation about the women's baby. After we stood there for 20 min or more. Because the people could not get there credit card to work slowwwww a d could have been more considerate for customer waiting

Prices go up when they have the 11% sales, so you think your getting a good deal. Tell me how the staff members are going to help someone when they tell you would you please move out in the isle so you will be 6 feet away from me. Poor poor poor customer service from staff member Gregg.

I was told to leave the building because i did not have a mask on. When I requested one they explained that they have them for sale at the front but that they can't sell me anything if I'm not wearing a mask.I am no longer doing business with companies that implement policies such as these.

special ordered a light fixture. that was simple. I was not informed that the special order department is located in the back of the store. there I found six guys goofing off, two of which broke away to assist me. it took both of them to find the one box, which they handed over and said "thanks". I proceeded to the exit only to be stopped and asked if I had signed for my special order. what? I have my receipt. I've managed to find the special order department. now I have to sign, as well? nothing like making it simple. so I stood in line to wait to sign. I understand the protocol. I don't understand the lack of communication from the get go. was I just supposed to know? my ESP license has yet to arrive in the mail.

Everyone is too busy moving things around, talking and driving forklifts to stop and help someone pick up a prepaid order. If they expect you to get out of your car they should tell you that at the gate when they say they're calling back to tell them you are arriving. Out of 5 or 6 workers there should be one designated to notice arriving vehicles and expedite the customer pick up experience. Instead they look at you and go on about something else. Very poor pick up service!

It's one of my favorite places! I'd give it give 5 stars if they'd do away with the dumb masks & let me bring my children in the store! Heck I'd even spend more money. I can only do the garden center! I'm asthmatic and literally cannot breathe with a mask on. I don't think they should be able to make us wear one they are a franchise not the government and to tell us not to bring our children in the store.... Seriously??

To be honest, I prefer my hometown Menards best, since I know where everything is at. That said, the staff here is very friendly, much bigger store than what I am used too, seemed newer and cleaner than most Menards too. Half of their parking was getting repaved but they still had enough room for me to get my big sleeper unit and 53ft trailer in there turned around and parked. Glad they had my winterization kit in stock. Was in and out in under 15 min.. Only complaint, there was a homeless guy messing with my reefer unit, luckily nothing was messed up...just really annoyed.

They staff have the 'art if ignore' down pat. Went to pick up a speciaI order i purchased, won't let me pick it up even though I have the receipt because I don't have my ID. Email in hand, receipt in hand. Service gets worse every time I'm in there. They have a ton of stuff on display that they are sold out of. When you finally get help in a department the service person generally has no idea what you are talking about. Many of the cashiers are extremely rude. I use to love this store, I hate going there now.
