I only went there to do an Amazon return. Was there at about 4:30 p.m. on a weekday. I only had to wait about 20 seconds. I did notice that they have a wonderful makeup section, very extensive with service people to assist you--that was impressive.

One of the male employees was cleaning in the women's fitting room. I went In to try on a bathing suit and I asked him to leave so I could try bit on. he said I can try it on and I said not with you in here and he refused to leave. I am not changing my clothes in an changing area with a man in there. Men meed to start respecting women!

The Kohls is great. Always clean, friendly people, great experience. However, can't say the same of The Sephora. I guess I don't look like their typical customer but I am a bit of a perfume girl.so I came in for a few travel size scents for my collection while I was doing some other shopping. Associate was very dismissive of me, didnt ask me if I need anything or was a Beauty Insider, I am. Won't be wasting time at that location for Sephora products.

One of the better kept Kohls locations I've been to. Sephora usually overwhelms the smell of Kohls and that was not the case at this location, thankfully. It led to us being able to browse longer before the usual headache kicks in from the smells. In fact it was so much better we wouldn't have known this location had a Sephora if we didn't walk right past it.Amazing clearance specials and wonderful staff taking great care of the store as well. Very clean and tidy. The staff of this location were all working very hard while we were there, and it was noticable.

This has always been my mom's favorite store, and now my daughter loves it, so I did some Christmas shopping here this year, and I got some really, really good deals. My daughter got a beautiful pair of boots from here, and her favorite store in here is saphora, so of course, I got her some great stocking stuffers from here, too.

This cool store is a lot better than the one and where we live in Decatur it has a lot of inventory and their selections were very well stocked.... Highly recommend this place the staff was very helpful

I do love my Kohl's this is a smaller Kohl's then probably anywhere else but it has a huge Sephora and it has a nice selection of women's clothes and shoes

Very nice, organized and clean store! Peggy was very friendly at checkout. She was the only cashier for just a few minutes and when she called for backup 2 additional cashiers came to the front quickly.

My last time at this particular store was the worst I have ever had at a Kohls store. The racks of Nike socks were all mixed upas to color or sizes so were some of the clothes. Usually this store is better organized, I also did not get home with all the items that I put on the counter. I have to drive 100 miles to go shopping at kohls and do not appreciate being told I have to come back with everything so that they can check it out. so that would be 200 miles because the store had it in stock but not available online

Summer and court were extremely helpful and friendly. I am not the best that knowing what kind of makeup to use or look for they helped me and I did not feel prepared to buy the most expensive or extra things I did not need. Thank you for making my experience so easy.

Effingham Kohls Store has been very friendly, quick and kind in the customer department that packs my clothes and puts them in the tub for pick up. Love it and will continue to shop there. And love the Sephora store too, Girls in there are super friendly and smart knowing their product.

Lots of merchandise. Good luck finding it. Thank a canteen and a sandwich with you. One needs a fold-up stool for check out. However I have to give credit for no "self-checkouts"....yet.

Found what I wanted. Posters everywhere for 20% off (does not list any exclusions- even online). Cashier was rude when I presented coupon. Said "it don't work". Had to actually ask why as she offered no explanation. She needs training on communicating with customers.
