This store has changed so much! I last visited about a year ago and it was honestly pretty gross. Stuff was just....every where! What a terrific difference yesterday was. The cashier greeted me as soon as I came through the door and even told me about the current sale. Everything was so clean and well organized inside! And the workers were constantly putting out new things! I must have gone through the entire place three times because each time I did I kept finding new things I'd not seen before that were just put out. And they had so much brand name clothing and cool vintage house decor! One of their workers even helped me carry a Christmas tree out to my car. Great shopping day! I found so many Christmas gifts here. 5/5 stars and I will 100% be back soon to shop more!

Clearly this store has been awful for awhile after all the reviews I just read when I got on Google to leave my own review! Both of the women working on December 13, 2023 were EXTREMELY RUDE to every single person in the store! Yelling on the speaker system saying if you aren't in line NOW you will NOT BE CHECKED OUT! Then proceeding to walk around the store telling everyone they needed to go to the check out now! The girl running the cash register rudely exclaimed to the women checking out in front of me that they close at 6:30 EVERYDAY! Even though it was 6:20.... This location has lost my business. I will never be back after the experience I just had. Never experienced such disrespectful customer service in my life!

Horrible customer service with employees that practically ignore you and then act annoyed when you ask for help. If you like to try things on before you buy them (as most people do in a place where clothing is sold) you may want to go to The Silk Purse instead because they won't have the fitting room key. How on earth you don't have a fitting room key is beyond me. Very disappointing to drive from out of town and have such a horrible experience, and I normally love this location.

This store’s pricing has gotten way out of hand. Dollar Tree items (which brand new are $1.25) priced at $2.99? A skein of yarn CLEARLY marked $8.99 as its normal retail price was marked for sale at $16.99!We found a stuffed Yoda today in the stuffed animal bin. It was large so we decided to make sure. When my husband asked for help the girl took it up front and he was told $6.99. She just pulled the price out of the air it seemed. The best part was - the Yoda was put BACK on the shelf without a price on it. So who know what it will be priced tomorrow. 😄They have gotten better at restocking the shelves but if they are charging double retail prices - who can afford -or would want to - shop there??

The moment we walked in, we were told the store would close in 15 minutes at 6:30 despite driving an hour to come to the store when their google listing said they were open till 7. After about 90 seconds of browsing, a woman yelled across the store that they would not check us out if we were not in the (very short) line immediately (with more than 10 minutes left till closing) so I hurried up to get what we wanted when she repeated it less than a minute later even louder and more rudely, so I asked her for help finding a pair of shorts and she refused to help. One of the other workers seemed very uncomfortable with how she was treating us and the other customers. We left without buying anything and don't have plans to return.- Update your hours- Stay open till you close- Treat customers better

Particules of something was shooting out of main vent above customers. Something landed in my eye, eye has been severely irritated. Stained clothing, backpack I looked at was dirty...not worth the trip.

They really don’t like to stay open till when they’re supposed to. Don’t go in 15 till it’s time to close or maybe not even 30 minutes till close, cause in their eyes their already closed, and will tell you until you leave.And this was NOT the first incident like this.Not very nice people.And as always overpriced.No doubt this goodwill won’t be here forever.

Broken items still on shelves from December. Discourages me to go back. Items that are junk or not moving all setting after 4, plus months. Feels like trash. Most clothing so so high. Impossible to resell. Goodwill has become equal to Kohs clearance. Dishes at $2 each that you can by new at dollar store for a dollar. They have out priced themselves. Staff is friendly however.

This particular store has gone downhill dramatically in the past couple years. Today I visited - racks were very scarce and prices are ridiculous. A pair of men’s dress shoes for $24.99? Cheap flower shop vases for $6? A used pair of AE jeans in the boutique was $19.99! I can buy BRAND NEW ones for that. Shirts are now $5. Let me remind you all of this stuff is donated, Goodwill doesn’t pay a dime for it. It’s also VERY unorganized and dirty. Would NOT recommend!

I wasn't too thrilled that the prices were the same across the board such as all shorts for one amount, etc. Some things are more worn than others. The store is large and well planned out and very organized. The workers are friendly and we're working hard to keep things neat and orderly, as well as disinfected. The fitting rooms were closed so we weren't happy about that and they have a 48 hour return policy, but are from out of town. So it made it tough buying clothes that you can't try on or return. It was a pleasant shopping experience, however, and their clothes are very nice and I would return here to shop again.

Have not been there in some time due to an auto accident but this particular store is great. So much to choose from and the gal that greeted us as we entered was so nice. I found several items of clothing for myself and my family. Great selection to choose from too. Really clean too, not all of them seem to be.

I shop here often and have a wonderful experience every time. I shop primary in the women's clothing section. The store is neat and clean. Women's clothing is nice, clean, no stains/rips/tears, a lot of name brand items with a wide selection. Prices are fair and comparable to other thrift stores in the area. There is a "tag sale color" every week. Not a great place for shoe shopping due to small selection. Staff is friendly and helpful. Decent selection of housewares and books. There are large children's and men's clothing sections however I cannot comment on the quality because I do not shop in those sections. It is best to go on a weekday if possible as it is very busy on the weekends.

I love our local Goodwill. However, recently the the prices have skyrocketed on many things. Curtains are sold per panel at $3.99 ea. Whether new or used. The biggest, most laughable price seen today was a Willow Tree angel which retails for $16.99 BRAND NEW. Goodwill’s price today? $24.99!Don’t get me wrong there are bargains but you have to look hard.And a question- why are items removed from the shelves? I see this a lot. The very best Goodwill I've visited in the area.The store is kept very clean and organized. Only in season items are out so the racks aren't crammed so full that you can't move anything.They have several fitting rooms and a public restroom (have to ask for them to open it).Employees are generally friendly and helpful.They have one colored tag on sale each week. Very reasonable prices.To donate items you pull up just past the main entrance and they'll help you unload.

This is the best by far Goodwill,everything is clean, separated and good prices!! I travel 35 miles one way just come shop here every weekend,it's that good!!! I have found so much my clothing budget has went down $145 for winter,so much here haven't had to spend much in a store buying it new!! This place even has clean bathrooms!!

I always love going through home goods at thrifts but this store ask for prices as if they were new or for full retail price. I’ve found dollar tree items used for well over what they’re worth. I don’t recommend

Prices are way too high!! I left the store and bought nothing. Most of the things I could get at Walmart, brand new, for nearly the same price. The sign at the door that states that they have the right to search your purse, is very offensive. It's not a very pleasant way to greet a customer.

I used to love this store but a few weeks ago I was there of an evening and when the store was closing I made my way up to the front of the store to check out there was a line so I ended up in there past closing time It close at 7:00 I was out of there by 7:10 p.m. I had gotten a few things from behind the counter that they had held on to until check out well she had forgotten to give it to me So I had to come back in the next day they refused to hold the items that they forgot to give me and one of them sold!!! I decided to let it go and shop anyway and then around 6:45 p.m. the general manager came back started yelling that if we were not checked out by 7:00 p.m. we would not receive our discounts! I of course questioned this because I had just been there the night before past 7:00 p.m. and still received my discount. When I questioned the manager about it she very told me in a very hateful manner that they had received a complaint about me the night before!! It was not my fault there were other customers in line in front of me I finished checking out at 6:59 p.m. there were three people behind me I'm assuming they got their discount and that Lori is a big fat liar! I was going to call and complain but it turns out she's the general manager and I have no idea how to get in contact with the district manager I was treated awful for no reason. I had just spent over $300 in the last two days shopping there! As upset as I was I was still kind to the cashier and Lori. I'm sad that I won't be able to shop there again at least until Lori is gone. I'm guessing if she treats all customers the way she did me, she won't have her job long.

Clothes are very disorganized making it hard to find the size and season you are needing. Priced high for donated items. I was able to purchase brand new shirts that had been clearanced at Kohls for the price a used shirt was at this location.

I was in goodwill the other day, and the guy making sure everyone was wearing a mask was like passing out. I asked him if my son took his mask off would it be okay and his literal response was a wave and "nuuuhhsjfjf" and he was leaning over looking like he was dying.Well half the people inside had their noses out so I guess it didn't really matter.

Whoever is the pricer and manager should be fired! The prices are laughable! Seriously if you're going to put high prices on things at least look the items up first. Their "boutique" section is a bunch of mall clothing that you could get new for the same price or less.

The staff is very friendly. Obviously, selecting varies depending when you go in, but I find this Goodwill is generally well stocked and I can usually find at least one thing I can't resist!

This is one of the best goodwill stores in the state. I've purchased amazing things for pennies on the dollars. I don't like being asked to round up my total, that's all.
