drivers be respectful to other drivers when you fill up. don't wash your truck completely at the pump. like the driver of this car did. there is plenty of parking go there and finish your job

I'd give 6 stars if I could. I madevthenlife of Hayley at the register hell by screwing up my pump number. She was gracious and fixed the problem, that I created, with a smile. People like Hayley are who you want working for you. Seriously.Also, bathrooms are clean and don't smell, showers have crazy water pressure. Not much more you can ask for.

Very clean store with professional and friendly staff, with a Dennis restaurant attached to store that has good food with quick friendly service.The truck parking lot is laid out pretty good and relatively easy to get into spots.Showers are very clean with lots of hot water.I haven’t seen a truck shop at this flying j but there’s one across the street.

It says no semi in car area. Every night there are 15 semis that can't read that park anywhere. Making it impossible to get through the parking lot to the car pumps. I know every semi driver is uneducated High School Dropout but maybe the workers need some education on enforcing rules to protect from accidents

Granted it is not their fault that the system went down. At 3a it said there were 17 people in line. But it was not cycling in order. One min, shower 24, next min shower 37, next min shower 2 “you’re shower is ready” The woman made us wait for the entire cycle until me and 1 other drivers shower was called instead of just unlocking a shower for us since we have proof that we made shower reservations. They just got the glitch on the app where no one was earning shower points after filling their tanks fixed. But i guess this would explain why I have gold status at loves and like 300pts at flying j/pilot because it is always a waste of truck drivers time. As if we don’t have appointments and places to be

I just want to leave a quick review to fly j and customers about there wonderful employees and the great service they provided. Everyone from the cashier to the maint guy outside were so nice. The two that stood out the most were the shower cleaning lady's. I believe it was johon and breda aka Scooby-Doo or scrappy do. Lol forgive me if I got your names wrong I apologize. But from the time I walked in to the shower and the when I left all I heard was the lady's telling everyone to have a wonderful and nice day. And to me that says volumes. They set the tone for the drivers day. Job well done 👏 and fly j is lucky to have the lady's working for them. You never hear kindnesss no more anywhere. They should not go unrecognized. Thank you so much to everyone there. Great experience. Please bring back a restaurant because a nice hot meal when be icing on the cake not fast food. Thank you again.

The staff they have is fine but the place has no real leadership. There's always a different person behind the counter with their head spinning trying to manage the situation. It's a very busy place. Pay someone to run it. I've gone to few pilots now and not been able to get showers and at this one it happened twice. No wonder I got 12 free showers saved. Maybe I should go fuel up somewhere else?

I stopped specifically for coffee. The coffee area was an absolute mess! No regular half&half - in bulk dispenser or small cups. Drink spills, dirty napkins etc. Someone is not doing their job! Went to the cooler for the Lipton tea special. No regular Lipton tea - just with lemon. I walked back out . . . . Don't need anything here!

Nice place to park semi trucks.Food quality is very poor. They keep the same soup for more than 24 hours. Potato taters in breakfast was very sour, Looks like fried in very bad oil

Great stop. Pumps were being cleaned during the night. The shower was clean and hot water. The ladies are wonderful. The breakfast sandwich was fresh. Lots of parking on a Sunday night. Lots of food choices around.

The shower was one of the best I've been in very clean And well maintained The only thing I have to say Bad is one of my towels smelled like bo it was warm so it was fresh out of the dryer other than that awesome showers awesome water pressure I use the handicapped and it had lots of Room

Early morning front counter staff rude! Went to order food and was totally ignored. Skipped over served another customer that was of the same complexion as her. B.Truckers beware. Showers were barely warm but clean. Front counter and customer service needs some major diversity and training. Otherwise piss poor

Just stopped by during a road trip and needed a shower. Very friendly staff, and the showers were clean - like, well-cleaned gym showers. Plenty of space, towels (body, floor, and face) provided, and a soap dispenser for the shower. Fantastic water pressure.Great place to refresh on the road!

The gas was advertised for $2.759. What a bargin, so we pulled up to fill up. None of the pumps worked. They were getting filled by the tanker. Was told it would be 10 minutes. After 10 minutes went by, we were told it would be at least 15 more minutes. We ran some errands and came back 50 minutes later. Still no gas to be had.

For RVers. If you go in the trucker entrance there's a set of pumps off to the side of the passenger car pumps, gas and diesel.Nice place to stop. Clean restrooms, spacious parking. We stopped and made a quick sandwich and ate sitting there.I wanted to review so I can remember and stop here again!

We have stopped here many times in our RV and/or car. The RV parking in the front is easy in and out and is not full of bob tail trucks as many of the Flying J's are in recent years. This Flying J has a Denny's and it is fine.

Nice place, big parking lot, CAT scale, showers, hot food. Pot roast is good! Denny's inside too. Cashier on 04/08/20 10:15 a.m. was nice too.

I usually never leave negative reviews and feel bad about doing this. The parking lot was filthy. I was inside and employee kept offering me a shower I asked why and was told i looked dirty. The showers here cost $12.00. While trying to rest outside in the parking lot as you do at a rest stop there is an announcement every 3 minutes about the showers they have and another announcement that keeps saying attention all professional drivers these are on a nom stop loop. Avoid this rest Stop unless you are there for food or gas. Also we had people wallimg around our vehicles all night looking into them and touching them.

Fruit fly’s all around the coffee area you can tell the drains haven’t been cleaned in ages and that’s why there’s fruit fly’s. Drinks weren’t stocked.

What bothers me the most is according to the employee I spoke with at this location the Denny's moved out SEVERAL years ago. But this location is still listed as a "Denny's". So I shut down for a 34 hour reset. Of course there's no food of any quality at this location. Furthermore it indicates how Flying J/ Pilot corporation has very little, if any, concern for the truck driver. Stay away from here Drivers there's just nothing here for you
