Thank you Wayne-Best computer/electronics store I've ever been to family owned -the owner Wayne is very very knowledgeable and very helpful just upgraded my PC after frying my old motherboard (my mistake)he was more than helpful helping me pick out the right motherboard and while I was there he gave me a really good deal on a motherboard, CPU and PSU combo (ryzen 7 5700g an MSI b550 gaming 3 motherboard and a deep cool brand 850watt power supply all for under $420 and after I hooked everything up I had issues turns out when I burnt up my motherboard, my RAM burnt up too. brought in the PC into him and this is when I found out. He spent an exceptional amount of time explaining to me what to do and what not to do next time and even helped me setup the bios and trying everything he could to try to make my RAM work but a dead ram stick cannot be fixed. He got the PC to post (turns out my RAM got fried and that's why I couldn't get the parts to work at first but I couldn't be more appreciative of how much of a help he was. He is very comparable and even has competitive pricing compared to online. By far the BEST PC store I've ever been to in my life with the best prices and best variety around his store is also very very clean and tidy everything is displayed in a way that makes it super easy to shop you don't have to dig around or look through a thousand shelves and the first thing he did when I walked in was greeted me and gave exceptional advice and he kept calling me sir which I really respected although I can get moody sometimes he handled everything like a true professional I am going to him for now on anytime I need computer parts and I HIGHLY recommend if your in the area or even if you don't this place is DEFINITELY worth the visit and or drive I live 30 miles from Effingham but still id rather goto him than any other computer buisness within a 100 miles I used to buy a lot of used parts online which he also carries and hell let you look at everything before you buy it and i appreciate he doesn't rush you to make a decision he let me take my time google the parts and was very honest with me i tested him with a few questions he didnt try to upsell me anything i didnt need or ask for and he made sure what i ordered worked with my other current pc parts very easy guy to get along with!! Very respectful Very Very much enjoyed every minute I spent in there. He definitely puts the customer first and that's very rare these days to find such an honest person running a business. Much respect and lots of love for this company and I don't say that often-- most businesses are focused on the money but the personal touch of this place made me feel at ease ---i have cptsd and bipolar and usually dont click with anyone but i felt very comfortable and well taken care of when i came by 2 days in a row. I usually don't talk alot but he was so enthusiastic that I felt like I've known him for years that's how comfortable I felt going in and leaving I currently have one really cool PC again and will be upgrading my case and RGB fans next time I go!!! Thanks to everyone who works here I really appreciate everything!!

He’s a busy guy, but for one person he will work with you and build or find whatever you need. Very clean work, great to talk with, makes absolute units of a machine. Would definitely recommend and it’s well with the wait!

I have a computer which is still under warranty at Best Buy… I didn’t want to wait for the weekend to get it looked at, and so I asked Wayne to do some basic troubleshooting for me.As it turned out, I am in need of major service. He could have fixed it, of course, but I’m going to have it done for free by the Geek Squad.The owner of this business took his time individually testing the various components of my machine and found the problem through a process of elimination. He patiently explained the situation to me (not a tech guy) over multiple phone calls. He advised that I should get warranty service… and then he didn’t charge anything!I really want to emphasize that from the moment I described my issue to him, Wayne knew that he wasn’t going to make any money off of me (this time). I was treated like a high-value customer regardless, and I walked away from the store feeling like I’d committed theft of service. It’s obvious that this business is interested in cultivating a relationship over making a sale, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience.

We brought our computer in and it was fried. Wayne helped us locate a new reasonably priced computer in town and we delivered it to him. I travel a lot, occasionally I need a computer repair service. I found Wayne near closing hours one evening. He fixed my WIFI issues (related to Window 11) and my computer was ready the following morning although he had other work on his bench. Wayne is the best, fastest, upbeat and most inexpressive computer guy I've ever encountered. Six Stars on a Five Star Scale.

Wayne immediately answered my plea to get my work computer back running. He worked over the weekend on it. He was honest with me about doing certain work and the valuation of my machine. He offered me different options, but he was never pushy and respected that I didn’t have a lot of money to spend. When he talked about technical issues, he put it in language I could understand. He got me back up and running for a reasonable price and it looks like I will be able to get a couple more years out of this machine before I have to make some big decisions.
