Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes before anyone said anything to me. While we sit here we watch 6 people walk around talking playing on the phone. As a local I will not be returning. I’ll travel out of town for DQ before I come back. The service was not good. Staff was extremely rude in the drive through, then we sit for 10 minutes as I said before. The person I assume is the manager dark curry hair, probably mid 40s standing around laughing and talking with the staff. She looks at us and then walks off. No one had helped us at this point. Disappointed in the service as I am a manager myself.

I really hope today was just an off day for them, the girls were very nice but my food wasn’t very good. They had only been open for an hour and My fries tasted like they had been under the heat lamp since they opened, my burger was ok but was slopped together. I understand they try to hurry but I was the only one in the line.

We stopped in to get supper while we were in town after a ballgame. There were several high school age kids working. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes while they all looked at us from the kitchen before a girl came up and finally took our order. One boy knocked a bag onto the floor and 3 of them walked past it before picking it up. I was relieved they threw it away and didn't try using it. Most of the workers were on their phone the entire time we waited for our order. I have to hand it to the two gentleman cooking. They were the only ones working and they were hustling. Our food sat in the window while the kids were on their phones and playing around. Thank you to the cooks, we enjoyed our food, and to the girl that took our order finally. The rest didn't seem to care about anything besides their phones.

The Last 3 times I have come to this DQ they have gotten my order wrong. Even after coming to get it fixed the second time the "fix" was wrong as well. This DQ used to be really good but has declined greatly in the past 5 years.

so I was in the drive thru yesterday and everything was going fine food didn’t take too long. When I get home I find a long black hair in my burger and I wasn’t happy so I called them and told them my issue and all she said was “oh well I don’t have anyone with long hair in my kitchen” like the snotty old lady she is her name was Jeri I believe but I’m tired of these disgusting places ruining our town. #GETDQ&JERIOUTTATOWN

The employee at the drive thru window was very friendly. She repeated our order back twice and was helpful in clarifying our special request. Though there were 5 cars in front of us we were quickly thru the line. Our drink and sandwiches were served promptly. The sandwiches were fresh and hot. There were well dressed and of a good quality. We will return to the location again

Considering how cheap the food is here, I wouldn't expect as much as you actually get. The food always seems well madez tasty, and has a solid amount of flavor. And their ice cream, which is the staple of Dairy Queen, is delicious and they have so much variety. I don't think I will ever be able to try them all, considering they are making new types all the time. Highly recommend this little restaurant.

Over all the most clean DQ I have ever been too. The staff seemed well dressed and friendly. However my food took awhile to cook and I did not receive my bread. The portion of fries were very small. I would recommend this place to others.

Food was hot, but they forgot to give us several items in three drive thru until we asked for them. Food was messy with ketchup spilling out in the wrapper and grease on the outside of the wrapper. We will not be back for food through the drive thru, takes too long for mediocre food.

Restaurant was very clean. Fast and friendly service with fresh hot food. Much improved from previous visit.Features: Burger had been setting a while, fries were lukewarm. Quality of food in the last three visits has been less than average.

Went through drive-thru and ordered 2 banana splits. Waited in line for 10 minutes before getting order. Person working the window hands us first banana split with no lid and spoon in food. Ice cream is melted and liquidy. We ask for lids and he looks at us like we are speaking a foreign language.

Sorry DQ, but your soft serve has become so bad I had to trhrow the last cone away. It was so icy and lacked flavor and was not creamy in the least. I had been fine the first visit, but my last teo got worse and worse. The food is also very lacking, expecially for the cost. shaking my head as I write ths because I had enjoyed the ice cream there for many years, not specifically this location but others. looking into why it may be off I learned DQ cannot even label the product as ice cream, there are no ingredients in their soft serve that come froma cow. It's all science and saddness. Go to Homewood grill and remember what a true american drive in expereince was and still is.

We ordered 11 chicken strip baskets to go and before we got all the drinks filled and marked they brought our food and sundaes. they offered to help us to the car, and thanked us over and over. great people and great service.AAA+++

Why don't they put lids on the ice cream when ordering from the drive-thru? It's inconvenient for literally everyone. It's a mess. Why even have lids if you're going to make people ask for them every time? My mom went by herself to get ice cream for four people, why wouldn't you assume that she needed lids and a carrier?

Plan on spending 15min at least for your food. I've watched them stand and talk while drive thru food sits. Very nice people but all mostly teenagers who don't care or want to be there. Don't recommend.

There usually steady with customers everyrime I go or drive by. I can honestly say ive got no complaints or even had an incorrect order at thia dq every time order has been right and food was good for a drive thru service I would reccomend anytime

It was worst Dairy Queen I have every been too. I order a Double Fudge Hot Chocolate. They made it wrong the first time and had to go back. The second time wasn't any better. It tasted like it had peanuts or peanut oil in it. It just didn't taste right.

When you call they won’t talk to you politely they will just say say yes ok but you receive your order still not correct
