I'm giving a five star because I enjoy your food, but if your store hours say 10 and employees are sitting in the lobby at 9 and an employee says sorry were closed maybe change your store hours, thanks in advance

Went there to eat. Dinning area closed. Waited a half hour in the drive thru. $30.00 just for the 2 of us. Then got to the window and paid. Girl gave me a drink with a bad lid. I asked for another. She said no. They can't. And then I asked for her to take it back. She said they cannot take back anything. Terrible customer service. Terrible waiting time. Terrible price for two people. Then on top of that. Got home and opened up my sandwich. Just a bun with cheese on it. So now what? Won't take back the food they gave me. And I'm out money. Don't go to Arby's. Lousy customer service. Bad policy. I'm going to dispute the charge on my credit card. And file a complaint also. Will never go there again. And don't bother with their Robo response. It's a waste of time. Like I said. Standard responds from them. This is all you will ever get.

Walked into the Effingham Arby's and saw a new sandwich called the Bourbon BBQ Brisket sandwich. Looked delicious in the picture. Here is what i received. I will no longer eat at Arby's due to this disappointing visit! ( photos not showing )

The food we ordered was hot and fresh maybe it was just good timing. We went through the the drive through. Outside appeared clean, the person who took our order was very nice. We asked for extra napkins and she gladly gave us plenty. Food was good and service was likewise.

I usually keep to myself if I have had a bad experience at a restaurant or fast food joint.. especially since the pandemic and lack of workers and lack of products available. I get it.But this… this isn’t acceptable to me. This is just, very poor work ethic. There’s so much wasted product right here.My bun is so soggy from 10x too much sauce I can’t even hold onto the sandwich to take a bite and then when I finally do.. I see a bunch of undercooked meat. 🤢If I’m paying $13 for a meal.. I deserve to at least have it be made decently.Do better, Effingham Arby's

Food is warmed in the microwave, now you make hamburgers?Went back a second time, paid exact cash. Employee did not know what to do with all the change. Not only are they microwaved but it comes in frozen.I Will Not Be Back. McDonald's is better.

This Arbys is daBomb ! (am I 'dating' myself by saying it like that .. ? hah ..) initiallly Kim at the register didnt want to honor my phone coupon (bad Kim !! bad !!) she also didnt even ans my questns and was smarmy with me about it .. but Barry the mgr did (yayyy Barry !!) he also honored the coupon .. (double yayyy Barry !!) Shelby at the counter was Awesome (!!) as well .. we ordered more than we intended because the latter two were so Awesome .. potato cakes hot n fresh .. the BEST UNSWEETENED ICED TEA IV HAD IN A DECADE !! rang the bell as we left and Thanked them for a Delicious lunch ..5 Stars easy ..

All of these older comments are exactly what we dealt with after paying $30 and waiting in line for 15 minutes. It’s sad these are MONTHS old and there’s no improvement. we didn’t even get bad lids on our drinks, we got NO lids until we asked and they gave us slurpee lids. Also the beef was so thick you couldn’t chew through it, gave us half full containers of fries… just no. No no no. Never again. And the comment form doesn’t even work it’s a bad link. Thankfully I have a receipt so I can track down corporate.

I'm a bit disappointed. With my job I get to eat one meal a day so this evening I picked up a meal for our family. Out of everything we ordered half of it was wrong. They forgot my daughters mozzarella sticks and both my sandwiches weren't the correct ones plus they got my side wrong. Very disappointing because this isn't the first time this has happened....it gets very irritating.

We placed an online order. When we arrived we were told sorry we are out of roast beef. How does an Arby's run out of roast beef? We asked how do we get a refund. Well we don't know. So we ended up getting different sandwiches. Not happy!
