They are always so wonderful to us and our elderly dog. Kona has been treated with such kindness and care during his grooming appointments, especially as his hearing, sight and stability have decreased over the past couple of years. Staff is professional, communication is great and our dog always looks fantastic when we pick him up.

Unfortunately, I have to come back and change my review. The first time I took my dog was great. The second time was extremely disappointing. Instead of trimming the long hairs in between my dogs paws. The lady shaved the bottom of her feet and they were painfully raw. My dog was crying from it! Shame on you. There’s more but that’s all I’m sharing. The owner did call back to apologize but the damage was done.

Whisker Bones is the best!! This is my second time ordering a cake from them and they never disappoint! I’ve also been getting the dogs groomed here since moving to edwardsville and they always look and smell great and come home with a pupcake. Highly recommend!!

First of all when you walk in, you are greeted and everyone’s friendly. Secondly, I went to pay and was pleasantly surprised. Very fair pricing! They gave my dog a bandana, and a snack when he left. He smells so good. I didn’t even have to call my vet for vet records. They did it for me. They walked me through what I can get that’s best suited for my dog. I’m beyond happy about having the best new groomers.I think I only waited about an hour for his entire appointment. I love that I didn’t have to wait all day for him. He’s back at home resting now. Grooming typically makes him very anxious and he can’t calm down for a couple hours afterwards but he came in and went right to sleep! Thanks guys! I will be back. :)

Stopped in to grab a few things for our cats and Cari was amazing! She made the visit one to remember for my 5 year old. She taught him a lot and had a fantastic attitude! Will definitely be back 10/10

Took our golden here to get groomed at cleaned. They put a chemical on her back that burned her so badly that she started losing hair. Cost $1500 in vet bills. Lessons learned. Never again.

Whisker Bones is nothing short of excellent. I’ve been taking my dog here for grooming and stopping in for treats since rescuing her in 2016 and I have consistently had a wonderful experience. The owner is attentive to the shop, the staff is incredible and clearly does care about our pets. Each time I drop off my dog for grooming or bring her for a nail trim, her groomer comes out and says hello and pets my dog to make her feel safe and comfortable before I leave the store. That is just one example of their great service, if I listed them all this review would be far too long. Whisker Bones cares about our pets and I cannot thank them enough, gives me peace of mind knowing my dog is well cared for when she’s here.

This was our first time bringing him to Whisker Bones and they did an amazing job! They were very kind to him, and he felt comfortable right away. Tori, our groomer, asked me questions about how I wanted him to look and was very thorough. He looks so handsome! We will definitely be back.

My pup and I love Whisker Bones. We walk down for treats often (which my dog loves),and use them for grooming(which the dog tolerates LOL). He came out looking, smelling and feeling wonderful! I've never had a less than 5 star experience at Whisker Bones. Before finding this groomer, I took my dog to multiple other locations and was not happy with them. The other groomers would keep my dog for 5-6 hours which was a crazy amount of time and the grooming process is already stressful for my dog. Whisker Bones has never kept my dog for more than 2 hours. I love their online appointment scheduling. My dog always looks so stinking cute after his appointment and he smells amazing! They really listen and want to make sure they take good care of your dog. Plus the prices are very reasonable. The staff is so nice and their selection of treats and dog accessories is great.

We enjoy visiting this store and each year order our baby girl her special birthday cake and her and her doggie friends love it! The baked treats are some of her favorites and we always get such great service. The staff is so friendly and make you and your 4-legged kid feel so welcome. Small selection of merchandise but where they really shine is their healthy treats and fresh-baked goodies, including custom birthday cakes. If you have a dog with allergies or sensitivities this is the place to go! They've gone above and beyond to ensure their ingredients are top-notch and allergy friendly.

The two ladies that took care of my two puppies nails were incredible! Very kind, patient and loving with them. They have a lot of cute dog toys, treats, apparel, etc there and also some cat stuff. We love Whisker Bones! They do such a wonderful job with our Chiweenie. She goes every month for her day at the spa. They are so gentle and patient with her, and she always comes home with a very shiny coat and smelling amazingly. They always throw in a few treats too. We won't take our girl anywhere else. Whisker Bones has baked two cakes for my dogs’ birthdays and they were absolutely perfect! The staff there is so friendly, personable, and helpful. They personalized both cakes and the work was absolutely amazing! The dogs loved their birthday cakes. I will forever get their cakes from there. We started going to Whisker Bones for our dog's grooming services back in May. We were impressed with the service. The groomer always does a great job with our dog. Plus their prices are extremely reasonable, especially compared to other groomers we've been to and this place does a way better job than the others. I love that each grooming session, our dog gets a complimentary "pup-treat"! The staff and owners always make you feel welcomed. They always take wonderful care of our fur-baby. Their bakery goods for dogs is amazing as well. We always purchase a pupcake (it's just like a cupcake but for dogs, made with safe ingredients of course.) for our dog every visit. Definitely check this place out.

Our experience was phenomenal! My partner and I had just adopted our first dog from a shelter in St. Louis, and he had never been groomed before. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and great customer service. We dropped him off, and during the process we got a call from the groomer that she wanted to spend some extra time with Winston to make sure this experience was the best he could have. I was thrilled! She was taking care of him as if it were her own, and it gave me piece of mind that he was in good hands. He looked amazing and was happy about being spoiled to a spa day too! I will be using them from now on! Thank you so much Hayley and Bianca for the great experience. I will recommend this place to all of my family and friends.

Took my chocolate lab mix Gizmo there yesterday and her first grooming appointment. Staff was very kind and did an amazing job on her. She was done and ready to be picked up on roughly 45 min to an hour. When I came to pick her up they gave me great tips on what to do to keep coat clean and other helpful tips for her. Will be going back again very soon. Also the fresh baked treats are amazing and they have top end dog food that gizmo absolutely loves!

Both of my dogs ended up at the vet with wounds from the groomers rake. One had an infection and needed antibiotics. The owner denied responsibility and would not let me view the video of their grooming appointment. She did, however, pay my vet bills. My fur babies were hurt, not acceptable

This place is fantastic! You can really tell they love and care about your dog, and the prices are unbeatable. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else again. My dog is usually super nervous, but they were patient and were so sweet to her! She came back smelling and looking better than ever!
