I can not say enough nice things about Trailing Tails Inn. Our dog Chopper needed an outlet for his energy and some much needed exercise. He LOVES daycare. He goes one day a week. He can be a handful but they are patient and kind to him. I highly recommend them.

Traveling Tails Inn is just phenomenal. I took my dog, Balto, there from 2018 up until we moved away. I lived in St. Louis during that time and the commute over was absolutely worth it for how well they take care of the pups there. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and Balto would literally pull me out of the car whenever we arrived because he was so excited to be there. I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone in need of doggy day care or boarding services. They are truly amazing people there.Love, a forever grateful customer.

Both of my dogs love going here, even the rescue that has serious trust issues. We love watching them run around.After many visits over many years, the dogs still love it, and the people here are fantastic caring for very senior dogs.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! My dog Ace absolutely loves going there for doggy day care. The facility is very clean and the people that work there are amazing. If you are looking for a great place for your dog to hang out I would highly recommend them. We also tried the spa today and that was great as well! Ace looks great and his coat is super soft.

This place is the best! My pup Woody boards/day care and gets so excited even when we pull into the parking lot! We give him a great life at home but every dog needs to hang with their pup friends every once in awhile!

My dog didn’t work out here, but I had a positive experience overall with them. The things that I liked was the half day or all day doggy daycare, plus daycare included in boarding. I didn’t like the idea of my dog being in a kennel all day during boarding. They also have an app where you can access live video anytime. They tried to make things work for my dog, but after a few drop offs for daycare it wasn’t the right environment for him. I found out after he has arthritis and he was sore during play time and this is why he got snappy with the other dogs. They didn’t charge me for his last stay with them due to this not being a good fit and I appreciate their honesty with me.

I love the fact that Olive gets to play all day instead of being secured in a cage; there's an app you can download and watch her play when you're out of town; everything is always clean and everyone friendly. They make it a little easier to leave your babies!!

We have had great experiences with Traveling Tails. We have used the daycare services (pretty consistently) and boarding on occasion. Our dog comes home tired and I know it's because she was out playing all day! It's a great way for her to stay socialized and I love watching the cameras and catching her running around. The staff always recognize Mia and are excited when she comes in. In the summer we like that they have small pools set up because our dog loves to play in the water! Great staff and facility that is conveniently located for us. I would recommend Traveling Tails!

We started taking our pup here so she could socialize and get some energy out with other dogs. She absolutely loves it. When we turn into the parking lot she is already yipping and getting hyped to go in.The staff are all super kind and get to know dogs by name, so when you walk in and they greet your dog by name it feels extra special.The facility also has cameras up so you can access the feed for free via their website or pay $5 for a year for the phone app. Totally worth it in my opinion just to watch your dog have a good time, it's a little serotonin boost.They do have grooming, which we have done once, but our pup really didn't have a great time and was a little skittish going back afterwards. The grooming was well done, our dog just doesnt enjoy nail trimmings.

Our shepherd absolutely loves coming here! Prices are very reasonable, the dogs get attention from the staff, who are in the play area with them. The dogs are not kept in cages, they interact with other dogs. The staff work with the dogs on obedience, and do things to keep them entertained, like putting out pools or sprinklers for them play in, blow bubbles for them to pop. I love watching the live feed, seeing how happy our dog is, playing with his friends!

Thomas and Chris host an extremely effective dog obedience class. The class isn’t cookie cutter; they observe to identify behavior issues (Owner and dog) and provide individual instruction on how to effectively resolve/manage the issue. They are both patient and have a true passion for working with dogs.I better include Jojo’s name, as they may not remember mine, but they will hers:)Thank you Thomas for the bonus class of nose games. I implemented the flirt stick game and we are working on Search. Both puppies went to bed an hour earlier than normal and slept all night💛💛.The class provided great information and I will be forever thankful. Money well spent🤑Thank you both!!

Traveling Tails dog daycare and boarding program is fantastic. My dog is scared of strangers and anxious to be away from me but will happily walk into daycare here. Being able to watch him on the live cameras puts my mind at ease as well. The staff remember you and your dog and make you feel very welcome. They are very responsive and helpful to any questions or concerns.

My dog, Jackson loves going to Traveling Tails. He has so much fun and I love the cameras so I can check in on him if I wonder hows he's doing. He is always playing and having a good time! After a play date or stay he is always so tired when he comes home, I know he was playing hard and had a great time! They take excellent care of my dog!

We've taken our boxer to TTI for 7 years. Ever since she was a puppy she's been loved and taken care of. We feel good about leaving her for boarding or daycare. Grooming services are good.

My dog loves to spend time with his friends at TTI. When we turn onto Business Park Drive he is wagging his tail and watching the building. I appreciate so much having a place where I know he is cared for in a loving way and gets the exercise and pup buddies that he needs. I feel secure leaving him whether it is for a day or for boarding for several days in a row. I can see him on their cameras and know that he is safe and happy.

Traveling Tails Inn is hands down the best place in the Area for your dog, I wouldn't trust anyone else. On top of that, they actually run a good business and care about their customers unlike some of the other places I visited. Mitch, the head trainer is the man, and will take care of all your training needs no matter how wild of a pup you bring in. Great owner, great employees, and an awesome facility for the dogs.

Even though my fur babies didn't make it through the temperament test, the trainer was encouraging by suggesting a smaller setting for my girls that were just to scared for the loud and large environment. I hear lots of great things about this place from my clients. I will still recommend this place to other clients that could use their services

This is the first time that I have not given a 5-star rating to a local business. I am giving a 3-star rating due to a fact one of the worker making a statement multiple times of “You can’t board your dog here or bring him back”. The only thing she stated was we could hire a dog sitter, and no other options not even the private room area. Which is very surprising since he never bit anyone or attacked another dog.Even more surprising this was his third time being at this location, the first time he just wanted to stay in the corner away from other dogs (and not showing any aggression). The second time he had no issues and was cleared to be boarded and day camp, which was a complete surprise when we were told he can’t come back.As Glen Carbon resident and Village Trustee I do my best to support local businesses, and promote them to the community. Unfortunately I cannot at this time, but if someone from your company is willing to contact us about this incident I would consider changing my rating. Until that time I cannot recommend this company to my family, friends, and any other individuals.

Our dog has been attending TTI for about 2 years. In no way, shape, or form do they condone or promote animal abuse; that is why your dog must be introduced before it is allowed to attend daycare or boarding. This is a "pack mentality" daycare facility (which is one of the healthiest ways for dogs to socialize). If you are worried about your dog's safety, they have live cameras posted throughout the facility to be able to watch your dog (live 24/7 - even for boarding). Our dog actually gets excited to attend here. As to the way anon ymous was treated - I have never had an issue with any of the faculty members, or staff. I am in no way affiliated with TTI. Yes, I would recommend this place to anyone who has a dog that needs to be socialized. This place is much better than most of the other competitors which left our dog in a kennel for hours when we took him to a daycare to "play." FYI, at TTI, your dog literally plays with the other pups for the entirety of their stay during the day. They also separate dogs into 2 packs: small and medium to large. **The only way that I could see you being unhappy with this place is if you have unrealistic expectations.** Dogs don't live in bubbles. People shouldn't either.

Best Doggie daycare ever! One of my pups is usually a little shy/anxious about these things, but after just a few times, she's loving it! I really think it has to do with the people who work there--> they are just fantastic!! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Traveling Tails Inn has to be one of the most respectively owned and operated doggy daycare out there. Walk in the door and you're greeted with smiles and energy that would put a smile on anyone's face. All employees make it a point to treat every animal like their own. This daycare is a 5 star resort to all dogs who attend. If you're looking for a place to drop your dogs off wether it's for a few hours or a week, Traveling Tails is the place. I'm so blessed to have met Chris & Cindy to recognize their passion for all pups. Don't hesitate going in. Tell em Jesse sent ya 😀

Ruby has been going to TTI for over 3 years...100% ALL good days!! She loves every minute of both daycare & overnight boarding. The staff & owners have always been very friendly and have always welcomed her with opened arms and a smile..they are WONDERFUL!! Ruby loves being free to run and play all day long with her friends. This is the ONLY place to bring your pups. Mitch, Chris, Cindy, Shanna, Jesse, Lydia and the rest of the gang treat our baby like she's their own. Daycare is amazing but we can't leave town unless we know for sure Mimi has a place at TTI.❤

Traveling Tails does not answer phone calls. They do not return phone message or Facebook message. I could see that they saw my message and ignored it. When i finally did get in touch with traveling tails and scheduled an orientation, I learned that their staff is not familiar with vaccines. They told me my dog was not up to date on his bordetella vaccine and he could not attend orientation. Upon returning home and doing a quick google search, I discovered they were wrong & he was in fact up to date on his vaccines. I had an awful experience with Traveling Tails. If i could give them less than 1 star, I would.

Traveling Tails is helping my wife with the training of Little princess and it is the best thing that has ever happened to us.We never have to worry about our little princes because she is well taken care of and watchedWhoever says Traveling Tails is a bad place they must be bad people and they don't love their petsThe staff is well-trained very personal and they care about your petI won't use any other day care but Traveling Tailsyou're very concerned about your pet.
