Lion's choice used to be my all time favorite fast food. Their roast beef is so delicious. This location, however, is not my favorite. It just seems poorly run. The fries always seem old, they frequently don't have sauces out on the table (I'm guessing they don't want to have to clean them up at the end of day so you have to ask for packets at the counter) and they cover up most of the trash cans so they only have to empty one. Also, the employees always seem inconvenienced by customers. I know customer service is on the decline but I don't like being treated like a burden when I come in to order food. The beef is as good as it always was, but I don't go often to this location because of all the reasons listed above.

I absolutely love, Lion's Choice. When I lived in STL, I was fortunate to live only a mile from Lion's Choice. Now, I have to drive to Edwardsville to get my fix, but it is well worth it. I've learned to plan errands around lunch or dinner time and treat myself to a delicious roast beef sandwich.Their roast beef is more flavorful and juicy then the other fast-food restaurant that claims to be, America's roast beef, yes sir. I like that theirs is served medium, so there is some pink to the meat. The seasoning, is also what puts their sandwiches above the others. If you like cheese on yours, they'll let you pick between Swiss and Cheddar. I always go with, Swiss. I'd love it if they offered my favorite, Pepper Jack.The french fries are the absolute best fast-food fries, in my humble opinion. They're always; hot, fresh, super crispy and seasoned with the just right amount of salt. When ordering a combo, I always upgrade to a shake. I can get a soda anywhere, but the shakes here are super thick and are the perfect accompaniment to my meal.Service is friendly and accommodating. The staff keeps the dining room clean and neat making for a pleasant atmosphere to dine.When dining in, be sure to read your placemat for some history of Lion's Choice. You'll be amazed.

Nope, I love Lions choice, but this store just does not get it right. Beef is seasoned wrong and very bland. The fries were barely edible, and the root beer, which is some of the best in fast food, is not that here. I have been there 6 times in 2023, and not once was it "good". It only made fair one time. I'll would drive to any of the other stores in the region before I return to this one. The staff is friendly, but inattentive to the food they are serving. I find it sad, as it could be a top performer in the area.

Decided I wanted some actual vegetables for lunch, so I had the roast beef platter with green beans. Location is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly. Love the real roast beef here, and the pricing is fair. If you prefer to eat grease and glue, there's usually an Arby's down the street. Lion's Choice is soooooo much better!

Brand new place, it’s obvious the crew is still new as they made minor mistakes on our order, we’re confused about my order even when I was at the drive-up window to pay for it (apparently the two seemed to argue a little). Outside of a bit of a delay getting in (new place lots of excitement) we got our food and headed home.I’m happy to see a gluten free bun available (wife has no choice but the best).Kids enjoyed their meal a lot. I enjoyed it, bun was a little soggy and either they were in a rush and piled the food funny or I got shorted (see pic) but they did make mine medium well as requested.We’ll return again, fully understanding they’re still getting started.I liked the design at the order box, unsure if it will provide any actual cover during weather..

I absolutely love Lions Choice so I have a bias but the Edwardsville location is the best of them all. I eat here at least once a week and they're always so nice and the food is always perfect for me. I really can't stress how much I live this location and the people who work there!

Great service and good food make this a great location to visit. Only complaint is that the gluten free buns is 75¢ instead of 50¢ like the other stores. Really love that have a dedicated fryer and are very accommodating to Celiac's.

Every visit is great! Matt, Ashley, and Crystal all work to make sure that your food is made right and served hot! I recently had my birthday and Matt made a delicious concrete for me! Yummy! Keep up the great work!

Ordered an original and a king with cheese. Received both original size and no cheese. Paid $3.50 more for king and just got regular and no cheese. Nobody cares, just awful, will not be back.

Unbelievable! Lions Choice has no roast beef! Wow that’s gotta hurt the business. I drove from Indiana out of my way to get one of my favorite comfort foodsI’ll drive farther to Missouri on my trip to see if the restaurants there have roast beef at Lions Choice Roast Beef restaurants!It’s actually pretty funny

He can’t beat Lions choice there’s is actually sliced right before your eyes and it’s not that gelatinous meat that they sell at Arby’s. Don’t settle for less always choose Lions choice.

Staff was very courteous and took the time to explain every menu option, as we had never been there before. We were served with a smile and the food was fresh, hot and was marvelous.The establishment was clean and well maintained, even the parking lot. We recommend to anyone who is looking for something out of the norm in the fast food industry.

4-5 times a year I make the 335 mile(+/-) trip for some Lion's Choice roast beef. This trip had "brunch", dinner and "brunch", (they open at 10am,but that's 11 Ohio time!) Taking half a dozen home, they packed beef and buns separately-how great is that!Lion's Choice, absolutely the best and the Edwardsville location is my favorite!🙂❤️

We came here for dinner, we chose to get the $6 meal, which comes with a sandwich, fries & small drink. I choose the roast beef and she choose the ham sandwich. The workers were friendly and the food came out fast and hot. The restaurant was clean inside and again all the workers were super nice.The thing I like about lion's choice is they offer a military discount and always thank me for my service.

Went to get lunch there Matt was the one taking my order and he did great! I been in customer service for a long time and him and the staff were professional and helpful if we needed anything the store was clean and Matt was constantly cleaning and checking on everyone I'd recommend this location for food to anyone! I've never had a problem here and the whole staff works hard and makes your visit enjoyable
