I know that this store just moved from the Peoria location but they do not have any inventory as far as nuts and bolts go. I spent an hour looking for some simple bolts got frustrated and went down the street.

Every time we order online there is some type of problem. Also I asked the cashier for help with online pickup. She was just standing there doing nothing. Was told everyone was busy and they were short handed. I went back to wait for someone and 2 people walked out from the back. Obviously not busy at all.

Was in store and paid for a $1000 kennel fencing; paid for delivery same day and Amanda confirmed with store manager by phone that delivery would be tomorrow “at the latest”. Next day their delivery service “Roadie” shows up with the wrong item. I call the store and speak with Jill who tells me to send them back with it and they will send them back with the right one. 2 hours later no one has shown up so I call the store and Jill is gone for the day and the “manager” says everyone who was dealing with the delivery is gone for the day and “I guess call back tomorrow”. Horrible customer service!!! And I still have no item.

Just about everything you need. People food, dog food, lawn mower belts, paint, nuts and bolts, Cool tools, boats, ETC. the list goes on and on.....

Seems to be well stocked with a good selection of hardware and tools. Prices are competitive (more reasonable than Farm and Fleet by far). The staff was friendly and helpful. We are glad they finally moved out of the "scarry" neighborhood! I remember shopping here for horse supplies and tack when I was a kid, like 40 years ago. This place always brings back memories.

I think the frustration we have had with this store has more to do with the turnover of management than anything. It was hard getting our products in, we would have items and product ordered for us to find out that it was sold to someone else, or that the store was no longer carrying things we needed. We absolutely love the cashiers, still have products we buy from TSC, but had to end up going elsewhere for our main purchases.

Have always purchased my lawn mower batteries here and get good life from them. Usually 6 to 7 years. Bought some at half price this fall as inventory was reduced. Staff always willing to help and friendly.

I went in for the PetVet stuff but the staff was nice. My dog decided to have an accident on the floor but the employees were very kind about it. I cleaned it up and they went over it with a mop. They were really nice. I recommend this place even just for the customer service 👍🏻

I drove 22 miles to go pick up some pond cleaner they said they had in stock. But when I got there no product. The count was off. So I drove 42 total miles for nothing

My kids love going here during Chick Days! All of the chicks we've gotten from this TSC have thrived. I find it best to order online and pick up instore. The employees are very helpful. They have most daily items one would need for chickens and yard care.

Does not do price adjustments. I bought a fairly expensive large item and shortly after it went on sale for almost 10% off. They said the only way to get the price difference was to return and rebuy the item. That might work for a power tool but doesn't work well for something that requires a truck and trailer to transport. First time I've ever had a store refuse to honor a sale price with a price adjustment. Won't be making any more large purchases here.

Tractor Supply is an interesting place with a nice mix of farm stuff, tool, general supplies, work clothes, etc. The new location is bigger and a bit more roomy. In my opinion the new space is dedicated to dog food and food for other animals. It's much easier to see what's on the shelves, I always had trouble seeing everything at the old location. I have a sense that many SKUs were removed from the shelves in the move. There's less of a feel of an old hardware store. That, at-least-one-of-everything-so-you-can-make-do aspect and the fun random, weird stuff that big box stores are too corporate to allow. I don't know what other stores are like, but this new location feels like a big box store. Just a bit more friendly and engaging.

I get my propane from TC regularly. Walked in to get a tank filled and the cashier called another employee for propane service. Said employee walked up front with a chip on her shoulder like she hated her job and couldn't be bothered. Grabbed a set of keys from a drawer and never said a word to me if she was helping me or not. Proceeds to side door closest to propane gate and never comes all the way to the gate. Turns on her heel and hits the emergency shut off and returns to the store, again never saying a word to me. Leaving me standing at the gate for several minutes wondering if she was coming back....I gave up and left

This is a well stocked specialty store. We we're looking for kerosene which is not very common in the city. They had what we wanted and at a good price. Thanks Tractor Supply. Staff was polite and helpful.

Went on this frigid day because had 20% off clearance items. They only had a small clearance items we wanted or needed. Wound up spending more than expected . But still a good store for chickens, horses and wild birds

Great store that has everything you need for the farm/ranch. Beekeeping supplies? Got em. Horse veterinary supplies? Check. Chicks? Yep. Work clothes, an extensive hardware supply, mowing equipment and even candy.If they sold Jack Daniels and gas I would never have to go anywhere else.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at any store, the man that did my return was condescending, rude & extremely argumentative. His arguments were invalid due to the fact that he didn't know how to do his own job or hates women, take your pick. It was the most unbelievable experience, this was my first time at a Tractor Supply store & I'll never go back to another one!

Saw some Bernie brand overalls in store, they were returns. They don't carry that brand in stock but they can be ordered. They said they were on sale. Then changed their mind on sale price because it's a "in store sale only". BS. Why don't TSC keep them in stock.

You can always count on Tractor Supply to have what you actually need to get the job done around the farm. A lot of competitors have a great huge selection inside the store, but it's usually consumer-retail type merchandise.TSC has the best price on K-31 grass seed, which is the only thing I've ever found to reliably grow without practically installing a center-pivot sprinkler in your front lawn.I gave this location 4 out of 5 because their outdoor stock is located across the street.

The noise from the incessant and shrill barking of all the dogs makes shopping at this location a very unpleasant experience. Couldn't get out of the store fast enough! Won't be shopping here any time soon.

After being specifically told it was ok to transport my air compressor on its side, I get it home covered in oil all over the belt assembly. Tractor Supply refused to bring me a new one after I rented a truck to pick up the first. Garbage service. I will never shop here again.
