Always enjoy stopping in Target to take a look around. I don't usually buy too much because I think they're a bit overpriced but if I see something on sale I'll usually purchase it. I was a little disappointed the last time I went into Target, I believe it was the last week of February and I was looking at toddler coats because my nieces coat just broke. I couldn't believe that a size 2T coat was $40. I just feel like it should have already been clearance since there was only a couple of coats left due to the season. Don't get me wrong though I'll still stop at Target and take a look around I like the items that they have and I like the atmosphere so I'll be returning.

Found out last minute that my grade schooler has spirit week this coming week before Christmas break, tomorrow is pajama day. I found a pair, 6:45pm at the East Peoria store and ordered them for pickup. 9:18pm I received an email the item was out of stock. First of all, I’m curious to know how it takes over 2 hours to fulfill an order for a single item, second of all, the item was in stock when I paid them for it, it should have automatically been reserved for the paying customer the moment the store received the funds. Clearly I’m not happy about this and will not be using their pick up services again.

There was a young gentleman I observed in the parking lot, bringing bags to people's cars. He seemed extremely friendly with the customers, with a big smile when speaking with them. I had the pleasure of speaking to him, Tyson, on my way out, and he offered to carry my bags.

Had the best cashier today! Not only was he pleasant he was very helpful in helping me maneuver the Target app to take advantage of any discounts there.

We had the privilege of having a young man named Brooks wait on us. He was kind from the moment he began with us until he was finished. He was patient, he was courteous, he was knowledgeable & just an absolute doll face! He even assisted me with my TARGET App, so I could take advantage of some things in my "wallet" that I had no idea were in there, LOL. Nice job East Peoria Target, we need more employees like Brooks!!!

I feel that for the years I have been coming to your store the overall value score is the value I choose. Maybe if I shopped your store more often things would change. Well, it did and not for the better!! While I was finishing my check out and buttoning up my jacket this very rude employee ran into me-maybe on purpose-and extended that issue by going over my feet with a push cart I believed for curb side pick up!! Not even an excuse me or sorry!! Actually, the staff there has taken on a new chapter in customer service that does not thrill me one bit!!

Some items cost more than Walmart, but it's worth it because this Target treats customers with respect.Shelves are neatly stocked, associates are helpful, and I had no trouble checking out (short lines, sufficient checkers per customer).This is just one instance, but I was quite impressed.

I absolutely love Target. Everything I need is there and the Employees are very helpful and have a great attitude. I go to the Starbucks inside and those girls already know my drink before I even order it! It’s very nice to feel welcomed. Their Customer Service is excellent and coffee always perfect.

East Peoria Target is the best Target around. Great, clean environment, friendly staff, and my wife LOVES the dollar section. Their snack section is a huge plus! Love the smell of popcorn when I come in.

I love to visit my local Target with my husband and 9M old daughter. It’s frustrating that the family bathroom is always occupied by Target employees though. We always have to wait for that bathroom to change our daughter and every time an employee walks out. Disappointed that there’s not another family restroom or the employees can’t use the regular restroom or have their own.

This store has no cashiers and only 4 registers open for self checkout, waited for 20 mins and never got to the checkout because of the 4 people with full baskets of back to school stuff using the self checkout lane because they had no other options. Will not go back to this store anytime soon especially if in a hurry.

This store would be so much better if they just put in self checkout registers. Get with the times, even the Aldi across the street from them has self checkouts now. Saves so much time.

I woke up early to drive to the East Peoria, Illinois Target location to purchase the brand new Ghostbusters Afterlife Plasma Series Target Exclusive 2-pack which was street dated for today. I asked the person in the toy section about them, who said they had them but could not sell them since they were not on the floor. I know this is not true, since I've had people get stuff from the back for me before. So I walked up to customer service and asked them about this, and they agreed that this was a bit ridiculous. They called the toy guy again and they said the same thing. The customer service lady called the manager up, who I believe was named Travis, who said they could not sell something that is not on the floor, which again, I know is untrue. He told me that an item does not have to be sold on its street date, and is just when the manufacturer allows the sale, which does not sound accurate to me. He also said that they may be on the floor tomorrow morning when the store opens, which I would be unable to be there at that time. This manager guy was also incredibly rude to me. He acted like he was completely inconvenienced by me asking him to do his job. He then asked in a snarky tone if he could do anything else for me although he did nothing in the first place. He did not offer to call another store in the area or anything. I had to purchase a few other items, so at the checkout the one lady in the vest who was incredibly kind asked if I was able to get the item. We told her no, and she was shocked. She said that at her other store they would have went back and gotten the item. I left and went to another store in my area to see if they had the item. They said that they had already sold out of the item this morning. I thanked this person and left the second location. This experience left a very poor taste in my mouth, and I would hate for this to be my last experience at a Target store. I believe the manager at East Peoria was likely lying to my face and was actually holding the item for himself or somebody else.

Stop using self checkouts more cashiers I don’t work for you, so don’t make me work to check on my own stuff. If you don’t provide a cashier, you don’t get my money, so make sure you have a cashier on duty every day.

I arrived, told them I was there and within less than a minute, they were at my door with my package. I have ordered several times and each time has been great. The young people that bring the package to the car are always polite. This is far better than other pick up's I use. I will use Target much more often simply because of the pickup option .

The battery in my keyfob went dead leving me locked out of my car. I arrived at Target 2 minutes before closeing. The employees were busy preparing to close. Still they were friendly and told me exactly where the batteries were in the store. I was able to find and buy the one I needed.
