Came in today looking for a kennel, but they had freight on the floor. My fiancé ends up tripping on the pallet cause she took a step back. If a pallet is not being worked why is it on the floor? Also looked in the back and it seemed like there was a lot of space for the pallet to be in. Talked to the management and they said that’s just how it is. So I left without buying my kennel.

They do not do all things listed for grooming & when I called they did not care about the mess up , tried to say they used this & that but she came back smelling like a wet dog worse then when I brought her in… WILL NOT BE RETURNING & IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET & your hard earned money I suggest finding a more professional place

Everyone is so friendly. I needed help measuring my puppy so I could buy a harness that would fit my new puppy. One of the workers went and got a measuring tape and helped me out no problem!

Great chain pet shop. Have most anything you might need. We had a couple returns on dog jackets due to size and they were easy to deal with and returned without a problem.

My experience with the grooming facility has been exceptional due to the very talented, caring and friendly dog groomer, Betty. Betty treats my two German Shepherd dogs with so much love and kindness. She does amazing job making them look beautiful!

I walked in pressed the button for help and an employee responded and pressed the button to turn it off and said he was with someone else.There are other employees who were available to help but this employee pressed to button to say I was being helped so I am still waiting here to pick up my crickets when someone else should have been helping me instead of leaving me waiting.I usually have a good experience here.One more thing I have noticed the last few visits is people have gotten the habit of using there own breath to fill the air in the cricket bags instead of the supplied air.In light of all the covid and everything, this is kind of disturbing.I would hope to see employees return to the old way of putting air in the cricket bags on this note.

I tried to get my dog groomed there months ago, maybe a year at this point. I was called to pick him up 3 minutes after dropping him off. They stated he was too excited, wouldn’t calm down, and that they couldn’t even get him on the table so it was unsafe to groom him. Fast forward to today, trying to book an appt at the Bloomington location, only to find out that he is basically BANNED from all petsmart grooming because in the notes it stated that he “was biting the leash, biting at the groomers, and trying to throw himself off the table.” We used to use petsmart grooming regularly in a different state and NEVER had an issue. My dog has NEVER bit anyone. They decided to make stuff and put it in his chart. Let’s just say I will not be shopping here ever again and will be reporting the grooming services. I’ve already called other places, explained what petsmart has said about our dog and they are willing to not only get him in for grooming but work with us and try MULTIPLE times. (Like trying to get his energy out beforehand in a play area) Not just once for less than 5 minutes. Petsmart grooming is a joke. They aren’t professional groomers if they can’t handle an excitable dog.

We were told they can groom our cat, long hair and matted. Partially shaved him, did not trim his claws, told to bring him back the next day. Dissatisfied and won't be back! (Writing review for my grandma)

My cat has to be on a special diet now and the closest place I can find it at is PetSmart. I had never been in one of those speciality pet stores, although I have used Chewy in the past. I was very pleased with PetSmarts prices, the absolutely amazing variety of things! I just had no idea! My cat has heart issues but I still believe I may trust her grooming to them, to keep her calm, I just really believe they care enough to do it.

I take my fur Babies, Gizmo and Yadi, to Petsmart Grooming every 2 or 3 months, they Really like their groomer Betty, she does a really good, and the rest of the Girls are very Nice too, petsmart the store is clean and very nice and helpful employees !

Best grooming experience! Normally we struggle with teeth brushing and nails. Both were done today and the haircut looks fabulous! Mia was pampered and had a great day at her spa with the make-over.

The grooming department was very rude and inconsiderate about taking care of my puppy. In the fine print it states “8 weeks to 5 months Without vaccinations” are accepted but when they called me they told me even tho he’s 9 weeks , I should wait a few more days . When asking to explain. I was told “If you don’t care about your puppy’s health” we can still do it . Very rude to Imply that I don’t care about my puppy when I’m paying YOU to take care of him. Will not be back. Banfield hospital was amazing though.
