This Lowe's is a convenient location when I'm working on household projects and need something in a hurry. I stopped in here on Sunday just to kind of check out their sales that they were having and when I got there I noticed that they have an air machine. I hadn't noticed this before so it's nice to know that the offer it for free since most of the places where you can "buy" air charge or they're not working.

Always have what I go for except for the garden area where flowers are. Ended up going elsewhere for flowers and spending $100 plus dollars. I enjoy the Veteran's discount and will continue going here for all our home upkeep needs. Check out the Manhatten Lights flower when you go here.

I will never purchase anything from Lowes again. We were in their East Peoria store today. There was a Bosch planer on clearance that I've been eyeing for the last 3 weeks or so. It was priced like anything you would expect to find on clearance, reasonably discounted in an effort to sell. Today I finally decided to buy it only to be told at the register that they could not sell it to me due to what the store manager called a buy back (yet they never pulled the item from the shelf). After leaving the store very frustrated, I called Lowe's customer service trying to get some resolution. After speaking with 2 different people, it was very clear their only purpose was to try to get me off the phone. They both said they would make a recommendation that product be pulled from the shelf when something like a buy back takes place, yet never asked for my name or any sort of contact info for follow up. This is a very poor manner of doing business. Although legally within their right to chose not to sell the item to me, they should accept that it was their fault that it was still on the shelf and honor the sale.

Waited here for 5 minutes then saw the workers, they were in the aisle back from this but same isle not roped off. They came and left several times, ultimately waited 20 minutes for one item before Diane saw me and apologized and helped me. She was very nice. The rest were Very inconsiderate.

I have to say Carlos watts is doing a great job, I lost his review card so I hope this gets to him. He was super kind offered to help when he saw me slightly confused and annoyed. I go to this Lowe’s a lot and I normally have a very opposite experience - ask someone where something is and they point in a general direction that turns out to be wrong usually. But Carlos had my munch ready to be loaded and offered to do it for me. Thank you sir.

I went to Lowes on 3/14/24, to get some materials to complete a home renovation project. First, not one person asked if I needed assistance, as I walked aimlessly down the aisle trying to locate the item I was looking for. Finally, when I located someone, I was told it would be a half-hour before I could be helped...I needed 5 pieces of plywood from an upper shelf. I then proceeded to look for someone who could help. I found an employee by the name of RODERICK, who dropped everything he was doing to help me out. Roderick, didn't hesitate to have an aisle shut down...which he also had to recruit other employees to help, but also cut the wood for me. We've lost the importance of greeting people and helping people in today's society. We all want more pay, but aren't willing to give the extra effort to earn it. I'll come back because of RODERICK...and tell everyone I know to ask for him if they need help...who in turn will tell other people to ask for him. Thank you Roderick for all your help today. I truly hope that Lowes will acknowledge what they have in him as an employee.

I was looking for a new paint color for my office at work and found this BEAUTIFUL color of purple, but didn’t like the depth of the color (too dark for my taste). A guy on the floor named Matt S. asked if I needed help finding a color and such, and I explained the situation. He took the color I picked out and found the EXACT color I was looking for, dusty lavender, and it’s helped me beyond belief! I couldn’t have asked for better service! Thanks Matt! 😊

Gone to Lowe's to get a cheap weed whacker. It was simple and easy to use. It came with string so you don't have to buy string with it unless you just want extra string.

Your Dude Lance has helped me out a few times when I've been in the store and he's been great! He first helped me over at the pro desk and then helped me today in a totally different area of the store. He helped me size my blind, cut it for me and even held up my old one so I could measure it (because I didn't do it before I came to the store).

Stopped in for an in-line switch to fix my niece's lamp cord switch and decided to get her some gloves while we were there. She easily found a slim pair of mechanic's gloves that fit her (medium), but the selection of heavier duty gloves was a bit lacking and we had to settle for a pair that was a little bit too big for her (large).

I just used the customer service desk, to order a freezer and fireplace doors. The woman who helped me was so helpful and knowledgeable! Wish I could remember her name, but this was a few weeks ago. The whole process, from ordering to delivery,was so easy and timely.

Awesome service! This place is by far and away the best home improvement store in the area! The people seemed happy to be there and were quite helpful. They had what I needed and One of the employees walked me right to what I needed. Great experience!

I was in the store on Saturday morning looking to purchase a new range and refrigerator. Tremonte was so helpful and had the patience of a Saint! He answered all of my questions, and I had many. He took the time to look up accessories for a couple of the ranges I was considering for purchase, and to me, he went the extra mile! Thank you again, Tremonte. I appreciate your help and patience!

I purchased a washer at the east peoria il store in person. A week later a washer was delivered, but the washer sounds awful. When I called the e p store the say it was delivered by the Springfield il store. So now I have to wait another week for it to be picked up and a credit given. So buyer beware. They should have told me that they didn't h a ve the product and Springfield said they don't have anymore. So now I will have to start all over again I do expect a full credit in this even delivery charge east peoria lowes is awful

Usually it's a very good place, but this day I went to buy a gift and online it said 3 left. The gentleman looked it up and said he had one, he made me wait almost an hour to get it down for me. I'm not sure if he was taking so long thinking I would leave or what, because it was 7:30 am, he was just walking around so it's not like he was busy.

If you are getting appliances delivered make sure you have 2 days off. They will tell you it's coming on one day then send out the wrong truck. Wasted my day off for some unprofessional people. You would think how I spent on it I would at least get a phone call explaining and apologizing for but no that would be to much.

If I could give no stars I would. There were no actual check out lanes, just self check kiosks with only one person manning both the pickup counter and the kiosks. We had loose bolts to buy with no UPC stickers and nobody to help us. We eventually just left our things and walked out. Will never return

Just went in here to get paint and the lady at the counter was literally just standing there messing around with the random stuff in front of her. Minutes later I look back at her and she has a literal hair dryer in her hand and she’s blowing air in her face while laughing with other associates. Not paying attention to her surroundings whatsoever. Ridiculous.

Tried calling to talk to someone to see if they had a certain item I was looking for. First time, after the automated stuff, they picked up and hung up. Called right back, after the automated stuff, they picked up and immediately put me on hold 3 times. Then someone answered and said he was going to get me someone once again, they picked up and put me on hold 4 times. I finally gave up, if the phone service was this awful, I can only imagine how it is in the actual store.

Went there after work needed one more fence panel paid for it waited 30 minutes to find someone to unlock them so I can get one stupid panel. Ended up getting my money back I guess I'll go somewhere else with my projects from now on.

Was saddened to see this store eliminated all manned check out stations. They had a half dozen self-check out terminals open being watched by two employees trying to help customers through the process. This is unacceptable and I will avoid this store for my home improvement and maintenance needs.

A little more expensive than Home Depot or Menard's, but some of the stock is a little better in quality. The personnel are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Went in for a pickup that was right by the counter, the employee disappeared for 15-20 mins while I wrestled my toddler waiting for him to come back and never did. Will not be back

Poor customer service. Bought an appliance. Had to take the entire day off work was told the only option was a wendsday from. 8am to 8pm. When the notice came I hade a 4 hour window the day before from 830 to 1230pm. The delivery people came measure 1 door said it would not fit. And wanted to take the fridge back. Did not even have off the truck.i measured that door and the back door. If the doors of the fridge was off the size was 29 inches. The original door size is 30. The back door size is 31. The delivery team did not want to bring in the back door. So the fridge sits on my back sidewalk. I called the lowes in East Peoria to get the measurements I drive down myself 30 min away to measure. I now have to reschedule a new team to come put the fridge in my house . I was on the phone over 30 min almost an hour trying to resolve this and only to be told someone will call me in 24 hours. I either will need to find a group of people that's smart enough to help or wait and possibly waist my time to have the nest set of people refuse to put it in the house

WELL DONE EAST PEORIA LOWES!The store is conveniently located. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I have never had a problem with returning items to the store. The #1 reason I shop at Lowes in general is their military discount to veteran's.

I went for soil for my mother's garden. More than half the product had holes with soil coming out. One employee told me she couldn't get any of the men to help out in the garden area. Unsafe carts are still being used.
