I especially want to point out two amazing employees Thomas and Andrea who went above and beyond in assisting me with securing a very much needed loan as well as pointing me in the right direction to even set up a layaway option! Pawn Queen has terrible customer service. If you have anything BRAND NEW don't bother with this place unless you have a receipt. What a ridiculous policy. I have brand new Bose headphones and they refuse to look at them because I don't have a receipt?? If I had a receipt I wouldn't be bothering with this sad place. If they want your business, they sure don't act like it. All they sell is junk here anyway. Any new item would definitely look out of place here. Also, It wouldn't hurt if the staff took some etiquette lessons and stop acting so rude. Anyway, if you got anything NEW, sell it online or bring it somewhere else cuz they don't want it here...Thank you!

The only pawn shop I’ll go to. This one exactly. I bought my first tv from there from my first paycheck of my first job and it’s still PERFECT. Every time I am in there they are very respectful and nice.

I always love going here even if it's just to look around! They are very friendly and started recognizing my fiancé the second time we were there! (He's more of the jokester and talks more than I do! And they are one of the only places that can throw as many jokes as he offers!) seems like once a year around Christmas we end up putting our bedroom tv on loan. No matter how low the prices gets for that tv they always offer us the same amount of loan as they did in the beginning! They take very great care of their costumers! Twice we have bought something that didn't work. (We do buy from them a lot so don't be alarm thinking they sell abunch of junk) They have always replaced the items with no questions asked! Once it was a game system and not only did they replace it but they let us keep the remote from the broken system and the new one! Absolutely love this place!

Used to be the only place I'd go. Now costumer service sucks, manager is rude and disrespectful. No wonder they offer 5$ credit for good Google review. Salvation army will offer better prices!!

Dont try to sell here. We have tried more than once here, always a no or a rediculously low offer.Every other shop for the same items both accepted and gave a fair price for the same iems.Just tried to sell an acoustic guitar here and we were denied outright because of the hole that literally every acoustic guitar is manufactured with.Dont waste your time here

During my experience with pawn king I was told they have bad merchandise by family members and friends. But I thought it was just them on BS. I chose pawn king cause it was closer and during that time I had purchased a few things out of there that are no longer working.I bought a playstation 4 on January 26, 2017 and i only had it 4 months and it went out. So please tell family and friends they have bad merchandise and the staff is very disrespectful. They won't allow you to check there merchandise and will get upset when you do.
