Everyone at this office is super friendly and helpful! They did a great job with my new family member and helping me get her cared for the way her previous family hadn’t. This was my first time taking my kittens to the vet so I was a little nervous about how they would do, but I was so pleased with our experience! They do everything they can to ensure your pet is comfortable, and answered all of my questions to make sure I was giving my new pets the best care. I seriously love everybody in there, they are so careful and sweet with my dogs. They always give me options and estimates before saying yes to anything. Two of my dogs are very timid & they know exactly how to comfort them. I think this will be my pets furever home.

Furever Family Veterinary took care of my cat as she had a regular teeth cleaning, however had to have some teeth pulled . The procedure went well. The vet explained everything afterwards. She is now on the road to recovery. Everyone there is very friendly and really cares about our pets. I would recommend them if you ate looking for a wonderful caring vets and staff there.

Our first visit to Furever Family was everything hoped for as a pet parent. Aside from the kindness shared by everyone in a professional sense, the most important player was my dog. He was calm and cooperative with the technicians which showed his trust. Dr. Sciortino responded to my concerns and evaluated her new patient in detail. As the pet parent I came away with such knowledge! All tasks performed apprised me of what was his current health and a forecast for the future. Looking forward to a long relationship with Furever Family 🐾

The entire staff is so so incredibly compassionate and accommodating. Our older dog who has always been extremely anxious at the vet was given what she needed and handled with care and had a wonderful visit. We cannot recommend Furever Family enough!

I switched here about a year ago and was worried since I liked our other vet, but they are much closer after we moved. We have four dogs now and they treat each one with love and care, and talk through all my questions with me (and I usually have a lot). They provide good feedback and don't jump straight to medicine. My only complaint is that it is much pricier, even for a single dog. I know we are getting good care though, and even had an emergency with one of them before work one morning and got right in. All the staff is friendly too.

Amazing vet office. My dogs were well taken care of and the care they put into my animals as well as my concerns to keep them healthy is just amazing. Fair pricing and great customer service. Would give them a 10 Star if that was available. Best vet in the QC area in my opinion. Worth the drive from Davenport.

Furever Family did a great job. Lily was spayed in the morning and returned home in the afternoon. Recovery is going well. She does not seem to be uncomfortable at all. The staff was friendly and helpful.

A+ experience- Veterinarians and staff are very thorough and friendly- communication is excellent. My rescue French Bulldog had a dental procedure yesterday, she was given the best care start to finish. She has a few medical issues that make anesthesia not ideal, Dr. Hook explained everything and took excellent care of her. Thank you!!

We relocated to the area and hadn’t had time to get established with a vets office. Our elderly cat who had cancer went downhill quickly out of no where and we knew it was time. They got us in that day despite being new patients. Everyone was so kind and made the experience as peaceful as they could. We really, really appreciated their kindness and will be back with our other pet for care.

Not only is everyone that works at Furever Family Vet great with animals but also with their owners! I was emotional about my little dog getting spayed and having surgery in general, but the tech talked me through it and calmed me down with great confidence. Everything went very well and I was very impressed with their customer service. Aftercare directions were easily understood, all medicine that she would need was provided and they are available for any questions. I highly recommend this vet!

The staff is kind and patient. We discovered the stray Bull Terrier we brought up with us from Texas has heartworm, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to be with us for this process. Dr. Hook is wonderful. I’m never going anywhere else.

They have always taken excellent care of my cat. He was just there for an ear infection and they were so kind to him and kept me informed every step while they had him. The staff and doctors are kind caring people. The clinic itself is quiet and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Dr. Hook & Kirsten were very caring, answered many questions & explained the procedures. Dr. Hook went into detail about the results. Positive experience!! Max my senior dog tolerated well. Definitely a fear free facility!!!

Dr. Hook is great IMO but the staff lack professionalism. They do gossip in the back and you can hear them very clearly. They are not that great at keeping records, more than once they had information wrong on vaccines. Kaitlyn E has a big attitude like to talk to you as you dk your own pets record and shuts door with attitude, sheesh. Pet just recently got all the shots and getting emails and letter that pet is overdue for annual vaccination… yeah okay. Do not depend on them to have their records straight.
