When I was walking in the store todayChanna the asset manager was dealing with a difficult customer.She handled the situation very well.I was relieved when the person left the store. I then proceeded to check out. Channa was great and I asked where the bacon bits were she knew aisle 22. Very impressive great job knowing your store!

Found a lot of items I needed to finish off some house projects and food I needed to finish out groceries. Everything was very easy to find, and there were even cold foods.Nice job, everyone!

Lots of new items, good coupons. The staffing is blah. Went in last night and the girl seemed bothered that i wanted to use my coupons. Seemed like she doesn't like her job very much. Idk maybe she was having a bad day, but that had nothing to do with me as a customer.

I never was a fan of Family Dollar, mostly because most of them that I visit are dirty with rude employees. But this one is different. The three people I've seen there are always really nice and welcoming, I'm quite sure one of them is a manager, and she always seems to be in a good mood. I'm not sure of the other two, but they are always really nice. My new favorite neighborhood store run lol

Here they definitely have what you need plus more! Baby items, men's clothing, women's clothing, shoes, laundry needs, auto cleaning, food, and a whole lot more. It's usually a convenient one stop shop but you really do go in and come out with more. The cashier's are nice and friendly and love to strike up a conversation if you as their personal opinion. I love this store!!!!

Manager is rude! My niece and I were shopping (purchasing items), I asked if she could use the restroom. The manager was annoyed (huffing and puffing)because she had to stop her conversation with her friend. I simply told the clerk never mind....Customer service for those in managerial roles is a must!

They just remodeled and rearranged the inside of the store. Very easy to get around inside the store. Staff is friendly and helpful.
