Just went through the drive thru and ordered a few different malts. the lady after we ordered everything told us we needed to come inside next time after it was clear we had separate orders (she said that it was okay we had different orders) and blamed us for having a customer behind us leave when we didn’t do anything to her or the customer behind us. she even told us to hurry on expressing our order because she has a “long line”. for reference, there was one other person behind us. even though we were nothing but but nice, the lady yelling at us ruined our experience and will never go back there again. the ice cream is delicious but we are very disappointed in a employee yelling at a innocent customer.

To the owner: I absolutely love country style, BUT lately I've been getting lg chocolate shakes please teach your staff how to make them the last 3 I purchased all the chocolate was in the bottom of the cup and barely any mixed in the shake. If I wanted a vanilla shake I would have ordered that.

Very rude at the window expressing that it was our fault a customer left behind us. Yelled at me, my friends, and little brother. We had different orders and told her this, but she eventually said we needed to come in next time. She said this AFTER we already ordered and didn’t warn us it would take her 15 min to make a few malts. Horrible customer service.

The staff was friendly as always and the shakes were really good. I had hot fudge marshmallow, and my husband got mint chocolate chip. Very good! And, I like that they are open later than the Moline location.

Spot on as always. Super nice staff, n always smiling faces as our order arrives. Large vanilla cone, large chocolate sundae, 3 scoops of cookies n cream n 1/2 gallon vanilla. Yum now we r good for the week. Even my puppy dogs got some of my ice cream.

Magnifico👌🏾! 2 statements... #1 I guess there's a lot of coffee drinkers and dessert eaters missing out because I'm confident this place should be getting more business than they don't! #2 The service and servings are on point so much I'm a veteran here and prefer to spend my "bucks" here if you catch my drift! I hope this place never closes or I'll flatline.

So much to choose from, I've been going to Country Style since I was a child, I'm glad there's one located in East Moline!!I introduced my bestie to Country Style a month and a half ago (she's absolutely 💯 hooked) all 5 of my children grew up on Country Style as well. Usually the girls are absolutely amazing there and have always had the best customer service .I go at least once a week..I just left and whatever gentleman was working the window was rude, arrogant, and I will not be going back...I been getting the same thing for months and he refused to make it saying the other people were not supposed to make shakes with the flavor I wanted then literally glared at me...super uncomfortable and creepy

Lady was rude. I made a joke about the sun being bright. And she griped at me because she was legally blind. and I apologized several times to her I meant no harm. And she still treated me like a jerk. I will never go back to this place in east moline.i will go to all others. The ice cream at country style is the best around.i love the vanilla ice cream just as much as the chocolate. So don't let my bad experience keep you away. Just don't crack a joke as I did. You never know what other people are going through. Myself included.

I've been going to country style since I was a little girl probably around 5 or 6 years old and I'll be 52 October 17th so you know that's a long time of yummy ice cream and the prices are affordable. I don't think there's anything they can't make as long as U give them your favorite ingredients with what fruits or flavors you want added. I highly recommend for all ages!💯💯 💙💙

I would have given this place 5 stars but I only go here for the dipped cone and I was just told the car in front of me had to be turned away and so was I because the dip wasn’t ready. She proceeded to show me her hands with chocolate on them. But this same employee has said that to me before even blamed me for her trying to make it work and again said it’s just not working. She really needs more training and a better attitude. I have seen her there for over a year. Besides that this place has the best soft serve in the QC.

If you want a soft serve cone or shake, Country Style is top notch. The ice cream is very smooth and flavorful. There is no indoor area and the lines usually move quickly but the ice cream makes it worth the trip.

Normally this is a great place to enjoy ice cream. Today was a different experience. Ordered a hot fudge sundae without nuts and got home with it and found not only no nuts, but no whip cream or cherry. Called to mention this and was told sundaes don't come with anything unless asked for. Looked up recipes to find out and that was a incorrect statement made by the worker. Some training needs to be done.

This place is great! Never stops exceeding expectations. Hard serve special flavors are worth the trip alone. Amazing coffees, espresso, Italian sodas, Mochas, Lattes, Cappuccinos, sundaes, soft serve cones, banana splits. Do NOT pass this place up without trying something new!!!

The first experience there was great when I first walked in my first impression was a Wow this place is clean , Also was greeted by the owner Christina being my first time there, I was not sure on what to order she gave me a good list of suggestions. I ended up getting their Blended coffee white chocolate and hazelnut with three shots of expresso and it was amazing !!!!!Living in East Moline I used to drive to Dunn Brothers for coffee all the way across the river very glad to see that there is a place close to home. I began to be a regular, and now I work for Christina at both of her locations one in Kennedy Square, the other on 53rd in Davenport. Her and her crew take great pride in everything that we make for the customers.Being on both side of the fence, I know she takes pride in her customers also in training her crew although all business has a couple of bad apples she has worked very hard fixing any problems as they are brought to her attention. I hope you come try our delicious ☕ Hot, Iced, Blended in the mornings. Also try our yummy soft serve ice cream!!!!😊😊😊😊😊

Great for ice cream. Horrible for coffee. This is a classic example of a business reaching out of its specialty and failing. I've been to several different locations and its obvious that the workers are poorly trained in basic espresso knowledge and know how. I would only go here for coffee again in dire situations and would stick to plain coffee.

I went in to get a few malts & a half-gallon of ice cream. I guess I was the unlucky customer since the girls decided it was a good idea to put the half-gallon upside down in the paper bag. I guess common sense isn't so common anymore!

The ice is Yellow and so good, - and it’s not ther white fully stuff everyone else has.and so thick will not fall out of the shale cups.The best.Worth the drive everytime.

This is my favorite ice cream and I love ice cream. A simple vanilla cone is best. It's the real deal, no texturizers to keep it from melting just the ingredients needed to pave a path to heaven.
