Busy place! I'd recommend going the first part of the week. Good variety of products. Lately, I have noticed that the flower has been dry. The bud tenders are top notch! Very informative and great at finding you the right product.

I have been coming here for almost 3 years, and every time I visit, I leave content. I am greeted as family. The wait is never too long. It is actually really nice to have this place filled with all the beautiful different people that pass through and who are regulars such as myself. I love all the bud tenders... Dave, Brian, Matt, Mathew, Mac, Justin, Austin. I don't remember the female employees, but they are equally beautiful people.

I have grown so fond of this place for both excellent service and excellent staff. I visit twice a week on average. With all of the crazy questions I have been able to throw at the staff, they have had an answer for me every time! They are very knowledgeable on their products, and they are happy to look up an answer for you if they do not have it. I will say this, the point reward system could be a little more generous. As I said earlier, I frequent it twice a week. So for people like me who visit 2 times a week or more should be a better reward system. But that is only a tiny flaw in a system that has been so very good to me. So, in summation, I recommend this place to any and all for all of your recreational or medical cannabis needs! My first bad experience. “Matty” the Veteran budtender had absolutely no customer service. He got mad at me for asking to apply my wife’s veterans discount because she was in the car with my daughter. Tried to lecture me on his service like I’m taking something from him. Won’t use him again but all the other bud tenders I have had great experiences with.

Needs online ordering, wait times can be absolutely ridiculous, parking lot sucks. Everybody and their brother are always there so generally ALWAYS a wait. Mobile website for the actual dispensary doesn’t work on mobile devices or at least Apple devices.Other than that, good atmosphere, good vibes.

I'm not sure how or why, but there prices are at least 30$ higher per 3.5 for flower than other dispensaries with the exact same product. Even there sales are marked higher than others regular prices. I suggest you do some price comparing before stopping by, you'll be surprised.

Save your time and money and go to Galena. Don’t bother ordering ahead either. The website is clunky and I never got any email or text to confirm the pre-order. The line is wrapped around the building outside every time I’ve been here and even if you ordered ahead you have to wait outside in line with everyone who didn’t.

Went to check out this dispensary after driving past, extremely rude staff and could not give any information how your process worked. Uncomfortable waiting area, atmosphere way off for the product sold.We will continue to take our business to Veralife, where clearly the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.Save your time and skip this place, bad vibes ✌️

Made an online order in They did not cancel my order by text or any other way. Arrived at 1:30pm. They came outside and told everyone to leave they were closing early for MLK day. Denied online order anyway.very rude people. Skip this place better places further in.

The People known as employees seem rude and inconvenienced by paying customers!I refuse to pay for rudeness!There were approximately 20 customers waiting in the gloomy store lobby seemingly for orders and or just service!Out of convenience for all Military Veterans change your business practices for all Military Veterans?Standing around DIFFERENT People and or being in public is often difficult for many of my family of service connected Military Veterans!For now I will continue to drive to Verilife in Galena IL until change occurs!Marc at Verilife made my experience a great experience with his kindness and compassion!I will change my review when you change!On behalf of all Military Veterans I am requesting special accommodations, attention, and kindness from your employees and management!All Military Veterans are 100% DIFFERENT one of a kind People with DIFFERENT issues have earned special attention!Using the website on an android seems difficult and next to impossible to use!My experience was not even close to being at least a good experience.Business tip:Customers are not supposed to have to ask for good customer service!

It was just like I had heard about. Menus on tv screens. You don’t get to see or smell the flower before purchasing, but there is a lot of choices. Prices way higher than Michigan.

Lady up front what a rude, unfriendly, non-trained individual! Attitude adjustment needed!Listing of items not able to back them up.Music totally boring!Waiting area completely dull and tasteless. Second Illinois dispensary I have visited. Really liked the large screen menus that pretty much occupied 2 walls in primary area. The pricing was similar to the Milan store with a similar selection as well. The staff also advised me about the special that are available at the time. No waiting list, walk in, waited 5 minutes, 10 minutes with cannabis advisor and out the door. Really enjoyed the experience.
