Dr. Dan has been very open with the options for treatment to help ensure that we are prioritizing quality over quantity of life. Extremely unethical and immoral! They agreed to a half down, half in payments arrangement before my dogs surgery. Now, after paying the half down and less than 2 weeks later and still 2 weeks from the first payment being due, the owners wife had the assistant text us to say the balance is due in a month or "we will send it to our new collection agency". They haven't even taken the stitches out yet and now refuse to and, in their first contact regarding the bill, are threatening legal action and trying to intimidate while ignoring ther obligation to the animals health.

I've been bringing my dogs to Dr Teasdale for as long as he's been in East Dubuque and I would not even consider going anywhere else. If you don't like his straight forward no nonsense approach by all means go somewhere else but if you really care about your pet this is definitely where you want to take then for the best care

When I had to put my beloved cat to sleep, the staff was extremely kind and went above and beyond. The entire staff even signed a condolence card and it was mailed to me after she had passed. They made the worst day a lot more bearable. I'm forever grateful for the care they gave Cathole aka Butterscotch.

We have a little pom and cat and we absolutely love this veterinarian. The vet is very knowledgeable, fairly priced, and truly cares for animals. plus the receptionists are always very friendly and helpful.

Took my two 4 year old yorkies there for grooming (Haley). When I dropped off the doc was very friendly, offered some great dog health advice, and was I was impressed with their shop. I will actually consider vetting there instead of where I do today if they're taking new patients. Thank you!!

Dr.Teasdale is a very knowledgeable guy and a great veterinarian. He is very much a straight shooter and that's what I like about him. He helped saved my golden doodle and I will always be grateful for that. Stacy is amazing too! I would definitely recommend Teasdale Veterinarian Clinic.

The doc has a great "bedside manner" with our dogs. One is very shy and "skeptical" when it concerns men. Our dog just melted into his arms, let him pet him, and the dog was licking him like an old friend not seen for awhile... This never happens! What it about Dr. Teasdale that put our very nervous, skittish dog at ease I don't know we were amazed! Staff is very friendly and knew our name and our dogs' names when we walked thru the door. What a memory. They also have a groomer on site who does a fine job making our pooches look good! Their prices were good when I was comparing costs for shots and neutering, which is why I crossed the river to IL. It was worth the trip. A little longer trip as there were other vets closer, but the made it worth the trip!

I had to find a new vet for my dog, Oz, and was referred to Dr. Dan and his sidekick, Stacy, and had a GREAT experience right from the start! Dr. Teasdale is a no nonsense, down to earth, knowledgeable Vet that appears to be more committed to his sensible approach and care of animals rather than draining your checkbook. It almost appeared as if he was speaking for Oz! It's so absolutely refreshing to find this kind of customer service - especially since it's so easy to pull at an animal owner's heart strings when it comes to their care. I would highly recommend Dr. Dan and Stacy to anyone!

We have had many pets and many Veterinarians. Teasdale Veterinary Clinic is by far the best! The entire staff is great! Dr. Teasdale is the best I have ever dealt with. Answered all of my questions and addressed every concern. Dr. Teasdale spent plenty of time with me and did not make me feel like he needed to move onto the next patient as others have before.

2 months ago I took my new pup to him. He asked me why I bought my dog. What is her purpose. He told me she was emotionally dependant on humans and didn't know how to be a dog. She should be trained to sit and come only when told to. He said that dogs are utilitarian and should have a purpose. She should not be loved on or cuddled because she was a dog and it confuses them. I went home feeling terrible. He told me that we didn't buy from a reputable breeder because she left the dew claws on the pups and used holistic methods to deworm them. I thought maybe he was having a bad day and we brushed it off. Today we had an appointment at 11:30 which my entire family heard her tell us on the phone and when we got there at 11:32 she told us our appointment was at 11:15 and that the vet was gone. When you tell us we have an appointment at 11:30 and we show up at 11:32 why would we be turned away? The vet should be available all hours that you are open. The staff was very unprofessional and rude and acted like they didn't care whether we used there services or not. Last time using them. Would not recommend.

Dr Dan is a good dude! I’ve learn not to feed table scraps to my two GSD’s 😳! Always fast to respond to my questions. Decent prices for office calls and vaccinations. I have total confidence taking my two girls to see him.Gunner and Sam enjoy visiting.

This is the worst judgemental horrible place i have ever been. Very rude and unprofessional. Very arrogant. The woman behind the counter put me down for getting financial assistance as a victim of domestic violence. She also tried too lie and say i didnt pay. The doctor very very in a much mean manner accused me of being a liar and thief. Trying too say my cats dont have thier rabies shots and thats a LIE because all 3 of them do. These people made me cry. I would suggest too never ever go there regardless how cheap they are as we all know they are cheap for a reason. Horrible horrible service.

Today I took my 7 year old cat to Dr. Teasdale. The whole experience was great!! Doctor was out in the lobby chatting when we arrived and he told me something about my cat that no vet ever has. Very well priced and he was extremely professional and kind to my baby!

Dr. Teasdale is extremely unprofessional when speaking with customers, very rude and cocky, would most definitely not recommend coming to this clinic if you truly care about your pets please do not take them here. if he treats animals the way he treats customers he should have lost his license a long time ago. Also if anybody associated with the DHS or the police department is reading this please make a wellness visit to his wife/kids he seems like a verbally/physically abusive person.

Always treated with respect. Dr. Teasdale always explains what he is going to do. Everyone was there for me when I had to put myGarfield down. Couldn't have treated me any better. Was told to be there by 9am and when I arrived at 8:50 I was told I was an hour late and then he asked what the hell my dog was. He told me he didn’t want to deal with a dog that big and told me to leave. It makes sense that they had low rates because you get what you pay for. It is now clear to me why they claimed they could get my dog in the next day after my initial phone call because no one else must want to go their either. The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had from start to finish and would never recommend to anyone.
