Hit n Run is the best place to go to get your favorite beverage without it ever tasting differently than other area convenient stores / gas stations sometimes using drive thru can be a little longer at different locations and depending on time of the day. I praise the hard working staff that have to remember very large orders without having to write it down. I also applaud the ones that have been there longer than some and in higher positions whom don't have to walk to my vehicle and we nod and I get brought my usual .And don't forget to tip these hard working employees!!!

Been coming here years. Had many problems in the last year with Bobby. Tonight after I gathered my items from the store and approached the counter I was met by him flipping me the middle finger. I sat my items on the counter and left the store. Don’t know what kind of place you’re running here. I am not his friend. He does not know me. I am a customer that comes in there to spend money. In no way, shape, or form am I deserving of this treatment. And I can’t tell you a single person that would take such abuse when there’s other places to get a fountain soda in town without being harassed. Can’t imagine how many other customers he’s run off. Bad for Business Bobby should be his name.

Pulled in the drive through to get a drink before work,and one of theWorkers (patsy runyons) opened the door and yelled out the door “we are not serving you” i was not sure who she was talking to so I asked if she was talking to me and she said yes then walked away it was very shocking cause I did nothing to this employee. this was not the first time this has happened to with this employee

Bobby at the east alton store made rude comments to my wife. Tried flirting with her and made her very uncomfortable even when asked to stop. I went up to the store to ask him about it. I asked him if he thought that was proffesional, he continued to deny it to both of our faces and demanded we leave the store multiple times. I asked if they would just call the police so we could get the matter sorted out and he demanded i leave the store again. As i was walking out he commenced to inform me I would be permanently banned from the location. I feel my wife has suffered harassment that could have easily been avoided. If nothing can be done about bobby, i will have my lawyer contact you as we file harrasment charges, and trespass without a valid reason. Thanks in advance if you can do anything, if not my lawyers will contact you soon.

Me and my children have went to east alton hit n run and there is a few employees that give us problems just rude and tell them they won't serve them or look out door and see it us and walk back in so other person has to wait on us I have talked to the manager about the issues and it still proceeds to go on getting tired of having rhe same talk and the manager saying she will take care of it and nothing

Great alternative to circle I unless you're needing gas. Awesome fountain sodas but they are not open at 5am like it claims on the hours posted here, I wish!

OK store sell a little cheaper than fast track not by much and they have drive up service but they sit on a bad side of the road that makes it packed all the time and hard for cars to get by need to expand the parking lot or destroy some of those house behind it
