Probably one of the worst Loves i have been to. Bathrooms smelled nasty and coke machines were all out of syrup hotdog stands were nearly empty. Staff was apologetic though

Staff of both loves and restaurant were kind and courteous. My food came out quickly and correctly. The shower was mid… it’s was dirty with what was once something black and liquid running down the walls. And if you have a dust allergy your not gonna enjoy the shower. I will say tho good water pressure and hot hot water which would probably gave ya an extra half star if I could do halves.

Usually nice clean store. They were low on roller food. They were cleaning the rollers. This store was short on staff, I get that happens. But still very pleasant.

This store is staffed by people under the name Brian Capodice. He is a very good-natured person, always ready to help people.I usually don’t go to the LOVE’S because they don’t accept photo of my rewards card And only at this store, I definitely stop by to refuel, because he works here. He recently helped me pull out a trailer where there was a lot of snow. He cleaned it himself.Appeal to the managers of this store or in general LOVE’S Pay attention to this employee. He can even be moved up the career ladder.

young guy working now 10:00 pm , He was touching all over the hot dogs with his bare hands to make sure they were good , You guys have a temp stick for a reason . Unsanitary 🤮Also said he was moving to a different store , Maybe a good thing 😂

These blankets were listed at 13.99 with a 4 dollar savings. But when I got to the register, they rang for the price listed above, which was 17.99 nstead. Whomever stocked these placed too many out and cause people to think these were 10.00 plus tax. Please be mindful when stocking in places as such. Did they correct it. Not at all, unfortunately, and it was many trying to purchase the same one.

What a great location Love’s has here. They got a large parking lot and it’s quite here overnight. Their coffee is always fresh and the staff is friendly and helpful. The restrooms are very clean and the Hardee’s is very good.

Good selection of snacks, drinks, and merchandise. Sadly, VERY RUDE employees, not just one but two out of the three, that we interacted with during our visit. We know where we will be avoiding our next trip thru this area.

Took a shower here today and I just have to say Yuck!! The showers are filthy. There's dust and hair and Dirt all along the walls and corners. GROSS smudges on the walls near the toilet. The shower has rust and scum near the base the intake vent has tons of grey dust buildup. I have no doubt that the only reason the center of the floor was clean because everyone walks dragging the floor mat to keep there feet from touching the bare floor. Unfortunately the dirtiness is also outside in the store area the food section was also very dirty. I know this ace is busy but come on all Love's are busy but still manage to maintain a clean store I was recently at the Loves at exit 30 off I55 before St Louis and That one was Busy but the shower rooms were spotless remarkably so. The towels there smelled and looked clean it was a good experience made you feel respected as a driver where Truckstops are Homes away from Home. At least the staff here were pleasant . But I wouldn't feel confident getting any food from the concessions area I didn't go into the Hardee's I'll wait to find something further down the road. Parking lot also a mess. 😱😨

If your looking for a half nasty shower with 3 Mins of hot water this is your place.Cleaned after each use, yeah ok this fan ain’t been cleaned ever.

Our tires needed some air. The air pump took the money of our credit card, but did not provide any air pressure. We complained at the manager, but were told that the machine would be working if we would pay with card (what we did). From their perspective a machine works when it takes the money, but not if it provides the service.

I understand that the cashiers at most Love's locations work hard to keep the lines moving which is good. However, there is not a lot of space for the lines with people walking in and out of the door with more confusion. A family of five was in front of me and I could not see if the other register still had a customer. Then another family was confused until they saw that I was in front. I am just being nice to clear things up. I am patient and want to let people figure things out before I get up to the register. Meanwhile, the cashiers are rushing for the next person. "Next in line. Come on guys". I really hate being rushed. I just want to make sure I do not cut in front of somebody. It is a lot like when cashiers in fast food restaurants are staring at you while deciding. That is why I look at the menu over at the tables. That is another subject though. I just hate feeling rushed. It is a Love's so I cannot complain too much. Love's are everywhere now and it makes my life so much less stressful while living in my semi truck.

Hard to find parking for my truck and camper, but nobody gave me trouble for parking out of the way overnight. The deli bar stayed stocked late into the night, so I was able to buy some dinner well after most truck stops would've left me hungry. The staff was very friendly to me, both when entering and leaving. Nice big grassy area for my dogs to run and relieve themselves. Now I just need to see how friendly the townspeople are about me n my guitar.... Otherwise I'll be here another night.

Very very busy Loves located next to a couple giant distribution centers so you have all the trucks getting loaded and unloaded coming from the distribution centers to here. Very hard to ever find any parking. Store and showers is the older style of Loves. This is not one of the new modern Loves. They do a pretty good job keeping it clean though.

Went to two different locations in Illinois. Excellent Gas Station!!! Both Locations were clean, Bathrooms well maintained, offer a wide selection of items to purchase for any needs, & best of all the Employees were all positive, helpful, & checked for satisfaction. Definitely will make these my daily stops when traveling.

I often travel from central to northern IL, and this has been my go-to rest stop for at least the last decade. I love the Brazilian roast coffee that's hard to find elsewhere and the individual packets of Nestle coffee creamer and sugar that's always available. Attendants are always friendly and do a good job keeping the place tidy. Never had a bad experience.

This review is more about Gary, an excellent associate that I came accros today. He was behind the counter and begun to assist me. I mentioned that I was hungry and out of options on the floor. He proceeded to walk in the store showing more options and the variety of foods that they had. I found it tremendous, to have a natural instinct to do that. It was the first time. Thank you Gary.

I’m a truck driver, for some reason my phone was not working and I had to make a important call. I talk to the cashier at the fuel desk to tell her about my issue to see if I could use a land line. Instead she let me use her personal cell phone which was awesome basically save the day for me, Thank you so much Andie that really meant a lot.She trusted me with her cell phone for over 20 minutes.Really professionalVery kindLoves take notice.

Nice Loves. Personnel very courteous and candid. Shop was having staffing issues but so does everyone else due to our current political state. The Loves sign on the Interstate says McDonalds here. But it's a Hardees, which was nice.

Decent truck stop with good parking availability. I got there after 7pm and although all of the marked spots were taken. I parked at the end of the middle row, and 3 more trucks parked alongside me, so I was no longer the end truck. It's a big space, so none of us were blocking any access in or out. 3 or 4 trucks also parked at the end of the dead end road that you drive into the truck stop on.Showers were clean, people were friendly. I believe there is an Arby's, although I did not eat there.
