Great fuel stop, pit stop and fill up for your sundry needs. Staff is very helpful. Clean restroom. Good pizza with delivery available. Nice break from otherwise monotonous driving.

I live pretty close to the Casey’s on Union Street but I typically drive out of my way to go to this one. Coffee machines are always clean and also stocked! Kitchen is always good. Staff is friendly. Casey’s is my go to gas station if there is one wherever I’m at and this is one of the best!

If I could give zero I would.This place is a joke. The red hair owner who talks above everyone like she has some divine power, has no idea how to treat locals, tourists, or even her own employees.Literally witnessed her saying that "I will be rude to you. I don't discriminate" to her own employee.It's no wonder this place is garbage and going down the hole.It's also no wonder a competing, larger Casey's, will be taking over by the highway.The lady who runs the smaller Casey's on Union Street, she has some common sense and dignity.This red haired woman, she's a joke and I've given her a pass for years. The sooner she leaves, the sooner the establishment will do better. Learn some customer service skills and learn how to teach it. Get out of this town. You're garbage.Go ahead. Try and hide this review too. I'm calling corporate either way and showing each of the hidden reviews.

Husband and I are out of towners.. Stopped in to use the restroom and grab something to eat and drink.. both ladies was very friendly.. the kitchen lady advised to us that she was making fresh breakfast pizza if we wanted to wait about 5 mins.. we waited and the pizza was great! She definitely did not have to tell us there was fresh on the way… thank you so much for going out of your way to let us know, it’s very much appreciated..

I love Casey's.I live in Missouri where everything is QT. I'm team Casey's all the way. I've been to every Casey's in the State of Illinois.Always clean bathrooms, snacks, good gas amd the pizza is made from the hands of God himself

Sorry but this is the most rediclous place to be at! I found hair in my food when I ordered!! The guy at the register on 4/12/23 around 11:10 pm was not wearing a hair tie! I worked for Casey’s as an assistant managaer! And I will be calling corporate! I love this place but there has been 7times in the matter of 6 months I moved out here and my food is messed! Never seeing me there again!

My husband, daughter and I stopped in for a quick breakfast. Absolutely amazing breakfast! Better than any fast food we could have gotten. My husband got burrito , daughter breakfast sandwich they both loved there’s !I got hand held bacon 🥓! O my word absolutely amazing! Thank you Casey’s !

I called around 7:30 Sunday night. Ordered a taco pizza w extra sauce packets & wings w ranch and a new sauce I had never heard of & wanted to try. I paid with credit and was gonna tip with cash. Delivery guy showed up w no extra sauce for pizza or wings. I asked if he had change for a 10 to give me $6 back. He pulled out his personal wallet & said I only have $4. Shouldn't he have a change bag?? So disappointed!

Stopped by them while traveling. They make the cashier ask if you want to round up your purchase to donate for a cause. Normally fine and we donate to the cause and many others. Do NOT like this pushy action when checking out and they should NOT put this on the employees to do.

I had a very disheartening interaction with one of your management team yesterday morning that honestly makes me not want to visit this location anymore.The cashier and I were talking about the doughnuts and how they have to throw them away at the end of the day because of covid. I made the suggestion to ask whoever she would ask to see about donating them to the firefighters and officers in Morris working around the clock on the battery fire, and I would even drive them over. Without even letting her worker answer a manager with long blonde hair and a mask walked out of the office and said ‘Morris Casey’s donated 10 units. We take care of our own community.’ Them pulled her mask back up and went back into the office without allowing me to respond. The cashier looked so embarrassed and it was so freaking rude of the manager.Listen, there are 8 different town firefighters working on this fire, we don’t take care of just our OWN community, we take care of PEOPLE. Do better with your customer service. Maybe allow a customer to respond? I told the cashier that’s fantastic and it was literally just an idea not a command. So frustrating.

Young clerk who was a female at front was extremely rude did not help me with my pizza order. Basically told me to shove off I asked for pizza and said we do not have any after seeing another customer walk out with it. She was wearing a black and white mask and did not want to deal with our problems. I would like a direct apology as she was acting completely outrageous

Casey's is also quick and clean. Great pit stop for any need along the way. Need fuel, a snack or a beverage, maybe a chance to freshen up? Casey's is one reason people like small town living!

Plenty of room to fuel with a trailer in tow. Right off the interstate. Other gas station had price of 8.889 posted which probably meant they were having computer problems or were out of gas
