Employees are super cool. Waiting in line for 20+ minutes isn't. If you're too cheap to pay cashiers, put in some self checkouts.

I recently visited Berkot's Super Foods with the intention of finding a specific item that I had been searching for. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate it on my own. As luck would have it, Tim, the assistant manager, happened to be walking by at that very moment. I asked if he had a quick second to help me, and he graciously guided me to the right area where I could find the item I was looking for.But Tim didn't stop there. While he guided me to the area I needed to be in he noticed I was wearing a NASCAR t shirt and talked with me a little about his passion for Motorsports too. I thought that was really nice. I didn't feel like just a customer, he wanted to discuss my interests and share his.In conclusion, I had a great experience at Berkot's , thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Tim. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a top-notch shopping experience where the staff genuinely cares about their customers' needs.

Well a little run down, great deli. Never found bread isle and cashier had no idea so we had no buns for our visit to Lake Thunderbird but we were fine.

I don't like the Dwight store AT all. I am a regular but am really not happy spending my hard earned money there. I have no complaints about the selection or food itself, BUT, there are SEVERAL employees who work there that come across as absolutely miserable. If you can't find employees who are pleasant and friendly to your customers, you've got problems. They act like they are being forced to work for free. No greeting, no smile, not even a THANK YOU!! RUDE!!! Really makes me wonder about store management.

I said I wouldn't be back but I did and I am glad I did. The store was a lot cleaner and friendlier. The meat manager was kind and helpful. The customer service person where I checked out was also much more friendly than before too. A pleasant experience this time around and I will be back.

Berkots is a terrible grocery chain! Every location is a disaster. Prices sky high, rotten produce and meat, no cashiers ever, they lie about their sale prices and their own advertisements!! Won’t ever go in this dump againEdit: Berkots Super Foods I will absolutely not waste my time what so ever contacting you to resolve this issue. Your stores have been mismanaged, dumpy and overpriced since you took over from IGA all those years ago. Your store managers are straight up RUDE and you don’t actually care to address any of these issues until we start talking bad about your business online. Jewel is coming to Diamond soon and us locals cannot wait!!!

Called to place a order at 6:58pm I wanted chicken, 2 pizza puffs & potato wedges they told me they Shut down the fryers already so I ask what time they close she said we close at 9pm but we closed fryers down already. I will not be calling back. Not good business and very poor work effect to close the fryers down 2 hours early before you close . Sounds like they just didn't want to do the job they get paid for.

They have a great deli here, along with great employees who serve up great food. Especially the one who served me Berkot's potato salad, the awesome potato soup, and rice pudding last Saturday. She knows who I'm talking about.

PRODUCE AMAZING!!!The Dwight store is great to have in our small town wish prices were lower. PRODUCE manager, Management, and Asst management are wonderful they are so helpful and are always working so hard when you go into the store nice to see them out and not in the office

Little store that's pretty good on prices. Good selection of products. But when you check out they are super lazy. To open up a 2cnd register takes for ever and I've watched them argue over who's gonna do it.

Dwight store is nice...however, the deli meat section is limited...if all you eat is Ham, Turkey, or Salami, then you will be satisfied...I would like to see more variety like Hot Capicola, Beer Sausage, Praski, and Mortadella.

Usually have a good shopping experience here. Deli prices are a bit high at times as they advertise half pound prices. When deli prices are on sale, they are not a bad price.On the other hand, there is a checker there that must not like her job. Not very friendly, does not smile or say thank you. I did not get her name but she has long dark hair pulled back severely. Everyone else is very friendly.

Great small town grocery store. A bit pricey, but they have a good selection of groceries and a big meat department with a butcher in house.

Pricey, very pricey, but they have the best meat of any of the major chain stores. They also have a monthly meat sale where you can get amazing cuts and quantities of meat for great prices. I hit the meat sale every month. I always pick up tons of steaks, roasts, ribs, chops and heaps of bacon. You can get 3 pounds of fresh cut bacon for less than $10. Very friendly staff, very clean.

I come to this place often. In fact I spend about a 150 to $200 a month in this place. before today they would have gotten a good review. But due to an altercation with a worker, which was innocent though perhaps a wrong choice on my part, I will be rethinking where I spend that money. The worker could have handled the situation better then Embarrassing me in front of 5 or 6 fellow customers.

This review is kind of sketchy as I didn't actually go in. I just parked by the building during the Dwight harvest days parade.So I can only say the parking was fine and those that ran inside to pick up something were pleased with whatever they came away with.

Simple, local grocery with some pretty good darn deals. Keep your eye open for the bargains. Don't forget to stop by the deli and ask for a sample of DOTS pretzels! Nice to munch on while in browse mode!

I enjoy shopping here because the people are very polite, the store is clean and well stocked, and it's much quieter than bigger stores. The only item I haven't been able to find here is almond milk yogurt.

Only real option for groceries in the immediate area, but still a 25-mile drive to get to their nearest store location. In general, prices are ok. I shop predominantly the sale items to make my food dollars go farther. Wish they had a larger organic section.
