Great experience at this location. Had to park my semi- truck till next day. Easily parked it there and did some shopping. Nobody bothered me during my 10 hour reset.. Really friendly staff. Well maintained and clean restrooms as well as parking lot.

Totally disappointed I was asked to show my receipt as I was walking out the door. I was checked out by a cashier. $50 to $60 was my bill. I am insulted I was asked. I am not nor have I ever been a thief. Our family are hard working & pay our taxes.

Very small Walmart. We were looking at sports cards, a couple of worker came n stood by us watching us. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. My husband even looked at them n said I'm not stealing anything, n now ur lucky if I buy anything at all. I wouldn't go out of my way to return that's for sure!

Don't carry many items they used to in groceries and more. Forcing people to go to bulk buying groceries. Can't find cured lunch meats. Employees in your way stocking shelves during the day instead of midnights or off times, Not enough room in many aisles since they reformatted it. 2 carts BARELY fit.

Had to park my 18 wheels here to shop and then sleep. The staff was friendly, store, restrooms and lot was clean(and kept it clean). The self check out person(she) was nice and friendly. I stayed over night, I kept it clean and no one interrupted my 10 hour reset. Thank you to this Walmart.

Absolutely amazing staff. Very easy to ask questions and get help. Also offers sensory hours and I love it! Never have had an issue in all my years living in the area and can say that this is the best Walmart around! Absolutely 5 stars!

I stopped in to get a new shower head. All I seen was expensive ones from $70 to $90. Don't need nothing that fancy and didn't need it I was wanting like the $30 one as seen on TV told me that was the only ones they had. Went to Murphysnoro Walmart for $30. What I'm saying is if someone works at a store and they don't know the answer then they should be honest and say I don't know the answer let me check on that or just say sorry let me find somebody that can help you instead of lying and saying well that's all we have. Because I was lied to I feel like I should rewrite the store as a two star or even maybe a one star rating. I think the employees should always be honest with the customers. This is just my opinion and everybody has opinions whether it's right or wrong.

There's 5 different prices on flour tortillas ....Same brand same count .....I really need to know what is the actual price. Seems to be short handed all the time too. The workers are or have been friendly and helpful.

Service can't get no worse 15 people in line only 1 cash register open with the smallest table you can only put 5 items on at a time while you stand there watching 2 other cashiers cleaning self checkout belts 1 employee standing by the exit & 1 standing watching everyone

I've always liked the store and most of the workers. Things are easy to find and the store is always clean. I'm giving it 3 stars because a hiring staff member gave my husband the run around for 3 weeks and then just hired someone else instead. Very unprofessional. To add to this review, my mom fell on something liquid and the workers blamed my two young children, even though the cameras showed my kids had nothing in their hands to spill.

Well I'll start with I didn't like the fact that I was being followed and watched the whole time I was in electronics as if I was stealing something. Furthermore the guy that supposedly helped me didn't help me do nothing but he helped himself watch me the whole time again as if I was stealing. Not to mention as I noticed he was watching me so hard I seen a few other people walk by they weren't even looked at but it was all eyes on me then he went and got another guy to watch me as well is it because I'm black. I didn't appreciate it and this is why this review is being made because as of 7:00 that's how Walmart treated their customers

I found a bunch of low priced hobby/craft items that make great gifts or are good for yourself. They have miniature easels and canvases that are both under a dollar that you can personalize with a drawing or painting and gift to people that would be kept forever.

I was using the self checkout yesterday. The older lady with grey hair and glasses, who monitors the self checkouts came up to me and my sister and asked why we were buying flowers… its Memorial day weekend… I told her that we had several graves to put flowers on and she walked off. Then she returned 2 minutes later and stood a foot behind me, watching me scan my items. When I turned around, I asked her if there was a problem and she walked off. She had no right to ask what I was planning on doing with those flowers. I’m only giving the review 2 stars because I was able to find the items I needed.

Ordered online for my groceries (as I usually do 🙂). And as with ALL of my orders, it was so quick and easy! The order was correct (substations were equal in price and quality with what I ordered), on time, and the young man that brought my groceries out was a delight! Smile on his face was genuine 🤗, very nice and polite, and very carefully loaded bags into our vehicle. If there was an option to score this higher than 5 star's, I definitely would give them a 10! Thank you Walmart! 🤗🙂👍

Brandon was very helpful by packaging my groceries perfectly! (Cold food with cold food, household items separate). Not overloading bags, very polite. All of the staff at DuQuoin Walmart are very helpful and it's reflected in the organization and quality of products at their store!

It was not an enjoyable shopping situation tonight. Two unescorted boys made it difficult to maneuver the store. They were putting things in people's carts and were very rude. In the parking lot, they were riding circles around people, making it difficult to put things in the vehicles or getting to the vehicle itself.

Better than the Walmarts in Carbondale and Murphysboro! Better selections in the Garden Center. customer reps are friendly and very helpful. The person in the garden center even asked me if I had found everything I wanted, and when I said no, he asked for more information in a very nice manner. I intend to make a trip there at least in e every month!

The store was in stock on the things I went after. I went during stocking time and the stockers were courteous and never made me feel like I was in their way, which has happened at other stores. Hardware seemed to have a much wider selection of Command hooks and hanger options than I've been able to find elsewhere. Good visit!

The Duqouin Walmart is normally always a decent shopping experience. I have only had one serious issue in the past three years and to my satisfaction the Manager Jaime took it very seriously and made real changes immediately that was noticeable right from day one. I overall must say Jaime the manager has impressed me very much so the store is always on top of things and when someone needs help with something we get it or at least that's been my experience!! Highly recommend this location.

If they're going to accept the OTC card as part C of Medicare they should be trained on how to tell if it's covered instead of ringing up one item at a time...only fks you on the sales tax
