Over 2 days, approximately 6 hours total, my husband and I got to know Zebada, an employee, very well!! She is the best! She has the patience of Job when it comes to technically challenged older people, who are intimated by “changes”. She is amazing, while helping transfer everything from our android to the new iPhone phones and explaining things many many times, she always had a smile and never got frustrated. She could even help other people and her fellow employees while dealing with us. Also we watched Brianna and Josh (I think that was his name) helping customers with the same attitude. I’ve never had such wonderful help at any other Verizon store like I/we had the past 2 days. If I could, I would give them all 10 stars. I hope Verizon knows how great the employees are at the DuQuoin, Illinois store!!! Cannot recommend this store enough! Thanks Zebada for all your help!!!
