I shop at the Du Quoin Dollar Tree more often than any other store. The staff are helpful and friendly, I almost always find what I want, I do-always enjoy looking and find lots of useful or just-fun extras.

I love our Dollar Tree, it is so organized and clean!! There are never boxes in the isles to trip over! The staff is all friendly, kind, and helpful! Mostly the manager Emily does a FABULOUS job of knowing and getting to know her community! Emily always greets us with a big smile and warm words, she is the heart of DuQuoin Dollar Tree!

If I could give it no stars I would. I went in on 7/27/21 at around 2pm for snacks and disinfectant spray. After walking the aisles for a few minutes I finally found the disinfectant spray. I intended to get a bunch since they are so cheap. When I started putting the bottles in my basket an associate at the store gave me a very ugly look and said "If I would've know you were going to do that I would've given you the whole case." It came off as very rude and felt like I couldn't purchase what I wanted. I guess it was an inconvenience to her for me shopping there. Anyways I got over that because I bought what I wanted. It was only 9 cans by the way. When I was checking out I asked a different associate if I could put all my items in a different basket to avoid plastic bags. She was cool with it, but the associate from earlier went out of her way to half jokingly say, "Don't steal my basket." She kept on with it after I said I wouldn't and she claimed it was a joke, but it made me very uncomfortable. I would consider it borderline harassment from the number of times she was talking down to me. The products I purchased were fine, but the service was horrendous.

This is the best Dollar Tree store in the area. No matter the time of day, it is clean and tidy. Items are well organized. Staff is helpful and friendly, and there's a good selection of product.

It's one of my favorite stores. They always have good staff, people who are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Nice bathroom. Well stocked and clean.

The store has a wide variety of products and is very clean and organized USUALLY. They are re-organizing their shelves, so it is a little bit messy right now, but I know they will fix it.

I love t h e dollar tree , we do a lot of are holiday decorations in the salon from the dollar tree, we try to do a tree of the season & you don't have to spend a lot to make things festive.
