Staff was very helpful, when my husband took my wheelchair out of the car a salesperson held the door open for us. The store is very accessible and the showroom was easy to get through. The displays were easy for me to see and the salesperson stayed with us to answer any questions we had while we were looking around. We didn't purchase a phone and mine wasn't compatible so I can't comment on the phone service aspect, but I was very pleased with the experience in the store.

Went in to just look at what was offered by cricket. Chelsea was great, walked me through everything. Even done a sheet that told me all the prices and broke it all down for me. I ended up buying a phone. Best customer service ever! Definitely go see Chelsea! She will get you what you need at a price you will love.

This store is great but cricket doesn't give you ANY deals for phones if you are already a customer which is sad. Other companies give great deals for phones for existing customers.
