We showed up to get a nail trim and we couldn’t get any services done because the one employee was pregnant and couldn’t lift more than 25lbs. No other staff members were able to help and it was complete waste of time. We even offered to lift the dog and apparently that isn't allowed…

very annoying, second time they have canceled two hours before an appointment. They ask for 48 hour cancelation notice but don't give the same courtesy. Was rather rude on the phone when I called back

Amanda is always happy to see Rufus whenever we come in. She does a really good job and really listened to what I asked. I asked to be light on the spritz because fragrances bother my allergies. She was mindful and didn’t use too much. Rufus was soft and shiny when I picked him up. She even helped me properly adjust his harness to fit him better. I love all the groomers but Amanda is special! Give her a raise or at least a bonus! :)

We weren't sure we would be able to groom our cat since he tries to bite us when we have tried to cut his hair at home. Amanda was able to groom and bathe him so we are very happy with the result!! We now have a tiny lion. :-)

I always receive the upmost care and respect for my pet at Petco! They know what my pet needs and suggest it. If I ever (only 1 time) had a bad experience and they fixed it right away. Ever since then I have not had an issue! They have a great team and trust them.

Our dog is very uncomfortable and squirmy when we try to cut our dogs nails. Amanda is a pro and puts our dog at ease. Will continue to visit for her nail trims and possibly a bath and hair trim that Amanda suggested.

Groomer had total control over a sassy old man chihuahua mix when cutting his nails without having to traumatize the dog, that suffers from a collapsed trachea, by having to use a muzzle.
