Our visit to Peppers Pet Grooming was truly outstanding! The staff exhibited remarkable friendliness and professionalism throughout. The salon itself was impeccably clean, and our dog returned to us looking and smelling fantastic. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and the groomer paid meticulous attention to every detail. Our dog's grooming was completed in less than two hours, a stark contrast to our previous experiences where she would spend the entire day waiting her turn. We will definitely be back!

Great place to take your dogs and cats. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I have a pit bull that trimming her nails was impossible. I took her there and Kimberly was amazing with her and she behaved very well no worries no muslin and her nails look great. I will be taking all my dogs here for now on and I have three. The guy in the front is amazing and friendly and kind all around great place. I take my kids there if I could LOL that's how great it is. My three girls Luna, Sophie and Miss Lola

Pepper’s Pet Groomers is the BEST! Staff is super friendly and the building is beautiful. My dog LOVES coming to see his groomer, Kimberly, and he looks fabulous. I know he is well taken care of and loved when I drop him off. I trust them completely for the care of my dog.

We took our long-haired, senior cat to Pepper's Pet Grooming and we couldn’t be more pleased. Matt looked for a time that got our cat in before any dogs to ensure he felt safe and calm for his first visit. He also was responsive and accommodating when my work schedule changed unexpectedly and I had to pick our cat up sooner.The pricing was beyond fair and our cat smelled and looked wonderful well into the following week.We will happily be return customers for all of our cats!

I recently took my 7-month-old Newfie here, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. So happy to have found Peppers! It’s hard to find a place where they KNOW how to groom a giant breed, double coat dog AND your dog is smiling and happy when you pick them up rather than than anxious and eager to leave! After driving past Pepper's beautiful new grooming shop for a few weeks, I finally decided to check them out and I'm so glad I did!My Goldendoodle, Nash was way past his regular grooming schedule, with random matts and hair starting to cover up his eyes...he was definitely rockin the dirty farm dog look.Most groomers would just use clippers and make him look like a bald raw chicken, however not at Pepper's. Nash's groomer took the time to trim, brush and fluff him. He walked out of there looking like a classy handsome doodle!If you are looking for a great dog groomer, I highly recommend you check out Pepper's. Their staff is wonderful and they do an amazing job!

Retter needed a long over due pampering! What an awesome place clean and organized! Retter didn’t cause too much of a ruffkus! But he looks great and definitely will be returning! He’s camera shy but he is 100% lookin and feeling fresh with his favorite seat in the truck!

Peppers is a wonderful family run grooming center. Taking care of our furry friends is not always easy. At Peppers they are very thoughtful, caring and knowledgeable. My dog has been perfectly groomed on all 3 visits :)

I am so impressed by this place. Peppers Pet Grooming truly deserves every pet owners buisness. The staff is super friendly and professional. I struggled to find a place willing to give my dog a chance to get his nails done due to him being a difficult dog. They were able to do it with ease it seemed like.

I have a Border Collie who is 14 years old. Riley is deaf and has poor eyesight, she doesn’t like me to clip her nails or bathe her anymore. I called and inquired about the services Peppers offered and Matt was great in answering all my questions and putting me at ease. I made an appointment and had the works done on Riley, I called it Riley’s Spa day. I dropped Riley off and an hour later I was called to say she was ready to go home. I picked her up and Riley looked amazing!! The girls clipped her nails, gave her a bath, trimmed all the knots in her hair, cleaned her ears and brushed her teeth!! I was so impressed with the service provided by the staff I have recommended Peppers to my friends. I plan to give Riley a Spa Day again soon. Thank you for care of my fur baby.

My big, beautiful shepherd had his first visit here, and they handled him like a pro. Bath and brush out, shedding treatment so we won't have tumbleweeds in the living room. He's shiny, happy, and not shedding everywhere. Highly recommend.Update- *second visit just as incredible.*

The place is clean and my dog was taken on time. I was given a report of how she behaved and what she did and did not like. She is a long haired collie and she was finished within 3 hours. Her groom looks very nice.

Kimberly was AMAZING!!! Its was our first time here, she listen to what I wanted/needed and did exactly that!!! Doodles are not easy But she rocked it. She also explained everything in detail and what I need to do to maintain him. We found our furever groomer.

Had a great experience at Pepper's Pet Grooming recently. The space is conveniently located on the south side of Ogden Ave close to the Saratoga St. intersection.The shop is brand new with a spacious intake area and state-of-the-art grooming rooms. After a quick intake interview, the groomer discussed the details of our dog's grooming and headed to the back to clean and clip our 4 year old Bernese Mountain dog. Several hours later I received the "ready" text and headed over to pick up the pup. He was shiny clean and nicely trimmed, ready for the holidays! Our experience at Pepper's was excellent from start to finish, kudos to the Scanlon's for bringing super pet grooming to Downer's!!

We stopped at Pepper's on Saturday for a tour with Matt. It was a busy with appointments and a few drop-ins. Just happened to see our sister-in-laws dog being groomed by Joe. He looked great and was so relaxed as they worked! Stop by, book online or give them a call. Pepper's is worth a visit!

After driving by the spot for several weeks, decided to make an appt. When placing the appt, all my options were clearly communicated along with a very fair price range. The grooming was fabulous, my dog Cooper was happy and clearly felt safe following the grooming, in addition to having a stunning haircut and full groom! We will definitely be coming back :)
