Have been taking my miniature Schnauzer Zoe to be groomed by Suzy for a while. My pup always looks amazing and Suzy takes such good care of her, and gives her all of the attention. Zoe is not stuck in a cage with a bunch of other dogs either. I love that Suzy grooms one pup at a time and it really shows how much Suzy enjoys her work! I also love going to Bentley’s. They are always very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to all things nutrition!

Love going to Bentley’s for grooming and our pet supplies! Suzy is an AMAZING groomer! She’s so friendly and my pup absolutely loves her. I can leave him with her knowing that he’ll be comfortable and happy & perfectly groomed. She sends me updates and pix throughout his experience, as well. Can’t thank Bentley’s staff enough for their amazing service!

I want to give praise to Bentley's Pet Stuff in Downers Grove. Especially to Robert & Heather they are amazing. They have helped Vanilla Bean. I got vanilla July 17th 2022 and she had issues not wanting to eat or drink much. Robert & Heather have went out of their way. To help me get food to try to get her to eat she would eat it once or twice and that would be the end of it. I would make regular trips up there once a week. And nobody can tell us anything at the vets. We took her to the vet several times two different vets to try to find out what was wrong. Nobody can tell me what was wrong. Finally October 3rd 2023 we finally figured out what was wrong it was something calcified in her stomach. Surgery was emergency for Vanilla. Vanilla is a picky eater still but she's at least eating three to four times a day. I still go to Bentley's on a weekly basis to see if I could find something that she will eat. It's become costly with the surgery as well as trying to find a food that she will eat. Thank youRobert & Heather at Bentley's pet stuff in Downers Grove

Everyone at Bentley's Pet Stuff and Grooming make you feel so welcome when you walk in the door. Suzy is a great dog groomer! She has been grooming my dogs for years. She is so good with them. Grooming here was such a breeze! I love the express service, as I don’t love my dog gone all day and In a cage. And the staff in the store part was also super nice and helpful! I will definitely be back!

They have a special program for people who recently adopted a cat or dog, in which several of their vendors offer various products for free for your newly adopted family member! My puppy mill rescue loved all her goodies, and the special toy I bought her there too :) The lovely lady who helped me pick out all the items went above and beyond for me, so I will continue to shop there from now on.

We brought our 4 1/2 year old boxer/beagle mix to DG Bentley’s for grooming because of a bad experience at another grooming location. We were referred to Bentley’s by a friend. I cannot express enough how comfortable we are having her groomed there. They get them in and out, no cages. The groomers are so patient and caring and did an amazing job! What we didn’t expect was the knowledge of all the staff. Heather is amazing as is the manager and other staff. They truly care about dogs and cats and their health. They give back to rescue societies and honestly think of not just the pet.. but the pet parent(s) as well. We found our new store for our dog. Sandra and Carl.. and our dog Stella.

My dog has been groomed here by both Suzy and Christina. They are both very talented groomers and do an amazing job. I love that my dog is there less than 2 hours and not put in a crate.I’ve also been here to buy food and the employees are very helpful and friendly. They are highly educated on the products they sell.Highly recommend this location!!

Great experience with Suzy both times so far, she was very thorough in talking to me the first time to go through my dogs haircut, past grooming experience and my dog’s second appointment today for a bath and trim was great. She shared great suggestions of what I can do at home to help my dog be more and more comfortable while grooming which I appreciate. Suzy made me feel secure and confident in her capabilities and my dog’s grooming experience and results show it! Highly recommend

If you're looking for the BEST place for quality pet food and grooming, this is it. I've been getting my pups food exclusively from here since I discovered them. They're all so knowledgeable about their products and can make helpful recommendations without being pushy and overselling. They recently began grooming and I am over the moon with how Bean turned out!! My mom owns a grooming salon in another state so I'm picky, but Suzy absolutely nailed it. I really felt that the effort was put in and I'm so appreciative. Thank you guys for being a fabulous resource!!

We had our 2nd grooming appointment with Suzy today and loved the results. My dog is challenging as she hates the blow dryer but that doesn’t phase Suzy whereas other groomers have called my dog horrible because she’s so scared and reactive. Suzy just takes her time and when my dog didn’t like her paws touched, Suzy just scissored her paws vs using the clipper. We’ll be back for our next visit soon!

Suzy is an amazing groomer! She does a great job with both our dogs. Our Shih Tzu always looks super cute after his “little boy” hair cut. She also takes great care of our bigger dog, Great Pyrenees mix who sheds a lot. Her baths and brush outs help me breathe better as I am allergic to him. It makes his shedding much more manageable and keeps his dander in check. I highly recommend her! She’s the best!

It was our first time for grooming. Susie was great!! Archie is 6mos old and his very first grooming. I was nervous because he hates a bath. Susie said he did great. He came out looking better than I thought. Smells so good. No issues when we got home. So glad I found someone good and so close to home.
