It took a while to resolve all my issues but my husband & I are delighted with the results. Ludey was always very positive & helpful. Our gas fireplace stopped working and after an initial service call it was determined that our gas valve and pilot had to be replaced. Joaquin (Kilo) was our tech today and he did an outstanding job doing difficult work in a very confined space! Kilo is very friendly and does outstanding work. Our fireplace is now up and working! Had a remodeler put a fireplace in our MBR. It smelled awful when we used it. Kept being told we needed to run it on high for X hours but nothing ever changed. Had the remodeler back a couple times and they assured us it was installed properly. Had a tech out from A Fireplace Store and in five minutes he spotted the problem. Highly recommend this retailer.

Fellow neighbors, please save your hard earned money and avoid dealing with this company. First of all, the woman that owns this business never follows through with appointments, ordering part's and callbacks. She doesn't have a professional and friendly personality and definitely doesn't value her customers. She runs her business very poorly and I sincerely don't know how she could receive any favorable reviews. There are many other professional, reliable and friendly fireplace businesses to choose from.

Our experience with A Fireplace Store and More was great! We would highly recommend using them.Without an appointment, my husband and I walked into the store and talked to Ludy. We had brought measurements, so Ludy helped us pick out a frame and doors to match our mantel, and gas logs that would fit our old 1942 wood burning fireplace. Ludy also scheduled a home visit with Rony, who came to inspect our fireplace and determine what would be needed to install a gas line to the fireplace. While we waited for the frame, doors, and logs to be delivered, Rony and Joaquin did an amazing job installing the gas line, with a shut off, in our crawl space and basement ceiling. Not an easy task in our older home! As soon as all the parts arrived, Pete and Joaquin came to paint the inside of the fireplace and install everything. We are so pleased with the look and efficiency of our new fireplace!Everyone we worked with was very friendly, courteous, and professional. Ludy always returned our calls quickly and Rudy, Joaquin, and Pete were always on time, very neat and thoroughly explained everything they did and what we needed to know to operate our new gas log fireplace. We will definitely call them for future checkups and service!

We just had our fireplace serviced/inspected by Kyle Cameron. He was punctual, neat, and thoroughly competent. At completion, the fireplace worked perfectly. We have our fireplace cleaned/inspected each fall and expect it will function perfectly this winter. Not bad for a 15 year old fireplace!

Called A Fireplace Store and setup appointment for them to come out for an issue with my fireplace. It’s been loud and gas makes pitch noise. Joaquin the tech was awesome. Fixed it in about 1 hour and added all the necessary parts and labor. Will be calling them in spring to look at my gas outdoor fire pit. Glad I found them.

We wanted to let everyone know that Rony and Loude helped our fire place from start to finish. We had another company come out take our gas fireplace apart and never come back after taking 300.00 from us. Rony came out figure out the problem and told us he would get the parts and would be few weeks. He got the parts and we are so happy even our dog is happy. Thank you A fireplace Store. The pilot light would not stay lit in our gas fireplace. I’d read good things about A Fireplace Store and Kyle and Jay did not disappoint! Instead of selling us something we didn’t need, they determined that because we had moved the logs around at some point, they were blocking the necessary air holes. While they rearranged logs to proper order, they also cleaned and gave a fresh coat of black paint to inside of fireplace! Kyle and Jay were polite and respectful…they will get our repeat business if and when needed. Thanks, guys!

The company that had serviced our fireplace in the past had moved or going went out of business. I scheduled an appointment at a Fire Place Store and More using their online form. On the day of the appointment. Kyle called and told me the precise time he would be there. he came with a trainee, Jay. They were extremely pleasant and very efficient. I was very appreciative of the attention to detail. Kyle even took a photo of the log placement before he started dismantling the logs so he could put them back exactly as they were. Since the fireplace was here when I moved in, I knew very little about it or the system. Last season I had some intermittent problems, but they addressed the issue and cleaned the fireplace thoroughly. They were very careful about protecting the surrounding area. And great at helping me understand how the fireplace worked and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them.

Hudson was great to work with. Needed new logs after my husband dropped and broke one of the larger ones. Not only did Hudson come to install the logs, he inspected the fireplace, suggested a new line and pan which he promptly replaced at a very reasonable price. Couldn’t be happier!

We love the gas fireplace we bought from this store. It is in the coldest room on the 1st floor and gets used all winter. It is the main source of heat for the entire house when the temp is above 50. We also have them do an annual cleaning.

10/6/2023: Highly recommend A Fireplace Store & More.Kyle made the initial inspection and noted not only did we have a leak but the lines used to run the gas was not up to code.We met Roni & Ludy in their store who were great to work with. Roni came out to ensure whether or not new lines could be run, and then discuss options regarding the type of logs and burner we wanted.Roni did an excellent job in replacing the outside line that ran through the house and into the fireplace, and did a great job explaining the reasoning for replacing.Less than a week after repalcing the lines and ordering our new logs/burner, Roni came back out to install and run us through how to operate the new system since we chose the electronic started, which i highly recommend.Cannot recommend the store and owners enough, all were very friendly. I really appreciate all of the questions Roni answered to help me understand what was being done with each step and why.We plan to return to the store when we are ready to replace the mantel and/or any future fireplace needs.
